Nice facility, good service. Nice rooms but poor sound damping between rooms. The food under medium, lacks bacon even though it is Muslim country. The controls can use gloves and clearly mark the food. Many noisy and rude Russians ruin the impression.

The place is good but a change for the service and the restaurant is very plain

They are having a horrible service specially to the Egyptian. They discriminate based on where are you from!!!! This hotel need to be rated as a two star only for looking. ..l devise you guys when you decide to visit this place to have your other country passport to be treated as you should be treated. ..by the way I need to tell you about the food. they havind tge same food every day,,, no diversity in cooking compared to other hotels I used to go...most of the good rates are from foreigners people......

Hotel very nice and well located. They sell it with everything included and once there you check that there are several options so not everything is included. The prices are cheap except the dive center, which is quite expensive. The staff of the restaurants in general takes too much when asked for something.
It has a fish restaurant near the beach, it is called calamari, it is highly recommended, very good fish and well priced

The family room is dead, three beds and a very dusty bunk, the pillows are not comfortable, it is impossible to sleep .. One negative!

Or table tennis also extra. Even the internet is extra.There are several resturants on site but they are also not included in all inclusive. This is my 4 stay in scharm and this is the worst kitchen with a good margin.The room is big and nice so it is certainly a plus, the location by the sea is lovely. And the people who work here are very nice.

Hello. I stayed with my family at this hotel from July 15-22, frankly the place is beautiful, very clean, it has several pools and a private beach, the front desk, concierge and security are very friendly and professional On the other hand, the buffet remains to be improved (menu not varied and repetitive) and the waiters take a lot of time to bring the drinks or the coffee, It is necessary each time to give one to drink to be sure of being well served.

What a horrible experience, 2 hours to check in... we got promised a room with a view and when we paid. Guess what no view... they overcharged us than the agreed rate and kept putting blame of their employees.
They even said that the hotel is only for families and couples and were acting like they were doing us a favour by letting us in. If we were not allowed to book then why did they accept and take the money.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed, and I stayed in a Mudd house in a village in india. Rude, impatient and frankly unworthy of even 2 stars.

I love staying in the Marriott brand hotels, but after this I urge the marriot management to take a hard look and audit them. This is a big stain on the legacy of the brand.

Three stars. Unfortunately, I cannot give more. Vacationing with their parents, two couples. We had luxury bracelets, our parents had half board. I want to note right away that our room is more expensive, they wanted to get us in for an additional fee, although we already paid for it. There were problems with the language barrier at the Receptionist, the guy basically refused to understand us, although (over time we learned) that a girl from Russia was working and could translate everything calmly for us. Naturally, we refused to pay extra for the room, and we got a regular room, like our parents. To be honest, the conditions are so-so: the walls are worn, the taps are loose, the tiles are cracked in places. Moreover, the hotel itself was in a state of renovation.
Food: I can t say that it s bad, but absolutely all products were re-processed. For example: fresh chopped tomatoes were served for breakfast, of course they weren't eaten. For lunch, the same tomatoes were served with spices, and for dinner they had already made a salad of them. And so with everything, be it fish or meat.
At the end of the rest, our friend found out that they wanted to fool us with the number, and went to figure it out, an hour later we were already provided with an excellent suite-style room with a double bed. But again, there are no slippers in the room, you need to call Repshin to bring them to you. If you do not leave a tip, then the room is cleaned superficially, even new hygiene products are not installed.
There was also one not pleasant situation. My mom can't swim. I looked at the corals and swam on an inflatable pillow. At some point, she stopped keeping her balance and began to sink. She was grabbed by a rescuer, but then began to demand 5 dollars from dad for saving her.

Very good snorkeling right at the pier and attentive life guards on duty. The suite was amazing. Breakfast was average, but thats due to the Covid situation we are all facing. I totally recommend it for a great stay.

Great place, great view, very good for snorkling as the whole beach is by the beautiful red sea corals.
just the sand on the beach isn't good for sandcastles as it's not that type of clean white sand :).
Highly recommended place overall

We've been 10 years ago and loved it very much (especially the coral reeg wall) and now we wanted to see how it changed and developed. The staff was lovely as usual and they gave us a tour of the resort with a guide and an electric car. Lots of area are in renovation and we'll be fully refurbished until summer but the main areas are still well mantained and in good shape The SPA has improvements.. There is a heated pool for the "cold" season also a gym and some sport fields. The resort is in walking distance from a well known show, a water park and a market but is relatively far from Naama Bay, Holywood, Soho Square, or even Old town and the big mosque. All these require a taxi ride. We didn't see on this area the cheap maxi-taxi which normally go from Old town to Nabq and back, so I assume taxi is the only way around Sharm from there. Farsha Cafe is relatively close and it's a good thing to visit it (it's amazing and uniwue). There were still flowers and decorations but probably we liked it more at our first visit but not because it changed very much but because back then we didn't have too many comparing options. Anyway, being exactly on the sea shore and having the underwater coral heaven which is as good as Ras Mohamed protected area, makes this hotel a good choice!

The staff is amazing! A special thanks to Samuel who was so nice with my family and I. The staff were all wonderful. The rooms were all clean. The good was good. The only suggestion is to add a little more variety in the buffets. Thanks for the great hospitality !

The kitchen is simply gorgeous, the staff understands 50% Rus. Language is also a plus. The sea is clean, the fish are just beautiful, Panton is not long. I took the star for the bar, the cocktails of Shmurd Shmurda, until you give a dollar of alcohol even such as local there you feel ..

it was a week vacation spent at renaissance as a family ,last month , it was really like a dream the place the rooms the food specially the animation team mila and the others !! they made us feel great as they treat people very kindly and do their best to make you busy wether the darts game or the dance & singing , they were the life itself ! all staff were polite and treat you with love ! security was 100/100 , kiss every body there .

I put 3, since the hotel level is 3 *. The hotel is no longer the first freshness: old furniture, old renovations, cracked countertops, etc. The room has a door leading to another room and because of it poor noise insulation, at 4 o'clock in the morning the neighbor's alarm clock can wake up. Also, the air conditioner is very noisy, sounding like a working tractor.

The area near the pools is poorly cleaned, you can find crackers, pieces of pineapple and chicken bones, which are then gnawed by crows - local orderlies who care about the cleanliness of the area more than the staff. Someone's feces were also scattered along the coast, which again indicates poor-quality cleaning. The tiles in the pools are of poor quality, especially in the central pool (where the jacuzzi is) you can cut yourself.

The food is not gourmet and is often very salty. Some waiters are imposing and arrogant, which is terribly annoying, since they only bring drinks, then you have to wait 10-15 minutes, given that there were not many people in the restaurant. The husband gave a tip to one waiter simply for being normal.

The atmosphere there is very Arab, the constant hungry and insolent looks of the Arabs like a piece of meat, which is annoying and annoying.

A very clean hotel, but it is boring and it is not useful to spend the Eid vacation and there is no program for the children and there are no times to entertain I advise anyone to spend any vacation in it. The first boring holiday in my life I had in this hotel and the children are sad a lot

A narrow strip of sand, frightening fish, a lot of species, beautiful reefs, definitely better than a blue hole in dahab, beautiful and interesting.

2 time on this hotel and it keeps getting better, the diving is amazing, the staff are so polite and always helpful.
The kitchen also knows about Lactose intolerance and other allergy.

Where do I start, firstly we visited most of sharm el sheikh resorts and the only resort we keep coming back to is this one mostly because how welcoming the staff are.

Starting from Gamal at the front desk. He always makes the check in process seamless, always make us feel welcomed by the personalized greeting. He always goes above and beyond, thanks Gamal!

Moving forward the new rooms are amazing with the new Greek style to the stunning Red Sea views.

The main pool bar where Ahmed sayed and Ahmed khaled always makes us enjoy our time having our snack, some cold drinks or their amazing espresso with a breath taking view. Only thing is, please bring back Ahmed Abdallah and the shisha this was one of the best parts of our stay there!

And now its food time, introducing one of the best restaurants in sharm el sheikh, La Casa, we sometimes book in the restaurant even if wer not staying at the resort because of how delicious its pastas, fire oven pizzas and amazing Salmon, all thanks to the great chef Mohammed! We also cant forget how mohammed mabrook, Andrew and kareem always makes us feel like wer back at our Casa :).

Truly amazing staff and amazing resort and as soon as the renovations are done im sure it will be one of the top resorts in the area!

A wonderful 5 star hotel and the people working on it have excellent morals and excellent for a family vacation and in a very excellent location

Unforgettable vacation. We were a group of 15 people and we were all very satisfied (for many years we have been spending the year in Sharm but we have never been as good as in this Resort). Excellent services, food, cleanliness, kindness of the staff and organization in general. Thanks to "Francuzzo" who, collaborating inside the structure, was, for us Italian guests, a fundamental point of reference as he introduced us to places and places never seen before in Sharm. We will definitely be back for the next New Year, but hopefully even sooner !!!!
