The most impressive hotel with beutiful views and wonderful staff . Food was lovely,many varieties to choose from inluding mexican and italian . The views were breathtaking and the cleanest hotel i have been to. The security was excellant every time we left hotel in taxi the room number was taken and taxi registration was also taken, the best experiance ever.

Terrible evil personnel others than reception/couple of bartenders.
Your needs in fluids like coffee, tea and water completely depend on the terrible personnel. It's extremely annoying.
Terrible unhealthy food
Very very limited menu, lack of food between meals, no apples, no boiled eggs on breakfast
Access to the sea from public beach with locals peeing in front of you in the water.
And I witnessed evil evil things there. I saw a nervous bartender threw food on the floor. And other bartender picked it up from the floor, put on the plate and served it to the guest! Never saw anything like this before. Amazing.
I took a chicken for lunch and found out it was RAW meat under its breading. They served raw chicken meat, can you imagine what staff is working there?
I came I paid and I got an attitude from the waiters and bartenders(except 2) like I constantly disturbing their vacation with my miserable requests.
Definitely won't stay in any Renaissance network hotels in future. It's not the standard I was looking for.

Okay place but very worn rooms and when we were there many sufferers with vomiting and fever and stomach cramps included my daughter so will probably not choose the place when I go to sharm el sheik again

The hotel has very good standard but great views from the rooms. The food is good but could be more varied. The staff are really nice and offer themselves as opposed to other hotels we visited in the area. The atmosphere is very good with good music in the pool area.
It s cozy. Purely. Friendly staff. The interior is tired, but everything is in proper shape. Water was replenished every day. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, all for free. Be sure to take a mosquito repellent!))
I supplement the review: be very careful about connecting Wi-Fi !!! You can choose a low-speed Internet, or you can choose high-speed for 60 pounds a day !!! It was very unpleasant when, upon arrival, we were presented with a bill for 420 lbs)))) And they said, it was necessary to watch. So, if you are not sure, ask for checkouts every day.

Would never recommend
I've been to sharm el sheikh countless times and I've been to hotels with less stars and it has never ever been this bad
From the first day I hated the place
only one restaurant that is available with the "breakfast,lunch,dinner" package. It's very small , claims to be "international" but most of the food served there is egyptian. Let's not begin with the quality of food, it is very horrible with very low quantity and variety! Not even the basic things are there such as a pasta station or pizza station. At least when the dish is finished replace it with another dish! they also lie about having the food available, two different people asked for the same food , they gave one of them and swore to the other that they don't have. The attitude of the waiters is horrible , a lady asked for water all he told her was "it's available in the buffet" basically go get it yourself.
service is very poor and the staff are not experienced and can come off as rude sometimes. You have to tell them multiple times to get you what you want.
room was horrible , we literally had to order the small bottles with shampoo,etc . They didn't even provide anything.
guests there are perverts and seem to not know what personal space is. The pool is filled with shouting men which can sometimes be drunk! alcohol is allowed to be drank underwater! Then they tell you kids under 12 even ones that can swim , can't swim without water wings that can be very uncomfortable! I mean provide regular safety then discuss the rest! I've witnessed drunk people fighting in the pool!
* there are no activities to be done , no parties, no animation, no shows, nothing !
* There is no "beach" to begin with , if you want to swim you have to snorkel!

The hotel has a good location, beautiful beaches, several swimming pools and restaurants that offers variable options. The spa, water activities, safaris and several rxvirsions, you can never be bored here.

The kitchen is terrible. Dirty. There are not enough sun beds in the swimming pools; it s necessary to occupy in the morning. No animation. In general, the hotel is not bad, just neglected. There is a sandy beach for children. With pontoon you can dive.
Lovely and cared for place .. but maximum rudeness and non-professionalism of the catering staff. Food not excellent at any of the buffet meals. Poor choice. Savings on everything. Disappointing for a 5 star. Thanks to the very kind Ahmed at the reception. Poor treatment for many clients including me without any reason. Unfortunately, I am not the only one to say this. I do not recommend staying here ... far from the standard marriott reinassance.
The hotel corresponds to a solid 4. The territory is large. The atmosphere in the territory is pleasant, the staff is friendly. The food assortment is great and the food is very tasty. Great pier, there are not so many sun loungers, but if you go to the beach before, you can catch the sun loungers. The sea is clean, there is always a lifeguard on the pier. The condition of the rooms is good, not new, but not old either. Everything functions. The furniture on the balcony is either old or broken. In general, quite a pleasant hotel and corresponds to its value.
Great location, good food, gym, place for diving. Just don't hesitate to go to Tez for sightseeing tours, usurping and glowing. The Salia Hostel is another reef where you can dive, cost 4eur a day
I have rated it a star only because:
1. The balcony has pigeon stools
2. There was no bed for the infant
3. When they brought the bed for infant we discovered a spider in its sheets the night after
Rested with his wife (April 2019). The hotel is pro-European (many Europeans) and this is a significant plus (for me, it is an important upbringing and a general culture of people around you). Room and area - wonderful, a lot of flowers, pools are well-kept, there is a heated pool. No problem with sun loungers. The staff is very friendly, especially the waiter Karin in the main restaurant. English staff know better than Russian, but teach Ukrainian! <br/> Food is tasty, relatively simple, but at the same time it is very well-cooked, almost all or fresh vegetables and fruits, or stewed / cooked dishes. Many sweets and pastries. Wine and beer standards, the other is not particularly tried. The reef is great. Qualitative holiday in this region of Egypt.

Very large hotel with incredibly many stairs. If you want to improve your fitness, the hotel is perfect. The food a very monotonous, morning buffet is very nice. There is a lot of noise in the restaurant. All staff are very service minded. The hotel surroundings are extremely well maintained with lots of palm trees and flowers.

While we were in Cairo, we travelled to this resort by coach and it took us 4-5 hrs to reach Sharm. The resort looked stunning from outside (entrance) and the staff were friendly and helpful. We received an upgrade as there was some mix up with the booking. The family room was very spacious & clean. Had a fridge, washing machine, safe and other useful things. We had sea view and all inclusive so we tasted a variety of culinaries ranging from western to eastern food. The food hall has a stunning views of the beach, the best I've ever seen. We were really full but were offered snacks & drinks at the beach in between the meals. Kids were given ice cream once a day. The beach was stunning but kind of in a small area so there's lots of limitations. However, one can opt for snorkelling & be guided by professionals. There are also offers of going on cruises to see historical mountains & other sea shows. Both of the mentioned cost money. We booked for a massage & it was excellent & cheap. Next to the sauna/massage place there's a tennis court which one can hire at an additional fee. There's also a table tennis area for free and a good standard gym also for free. The staff were really friendly & every time we call for the mini shuttle/carts they come right away. The pools are clean and cleaned on a regular basis. There were unfortunately signs of mosquitos in the evening but that's due to the massive amount of beautiful flowers/roses surrounding the place. The smell was heavenly. The sunset can be witnessed very clearly in a matter of minutes & that was an unforgettable experience. There's a public beach outside the resort which many locals go to. It's worth a visit as we saw turtles & dolphins. Watch out for dead & alive jellyfish. There's an entrance fee but a very cheap one. We enjoyed ourselves very much & didn't need to go to the main town. But if you do, it's not too far at all. You can buy souvenirs from the outside shop and other useful products as it's also a grocery store. We definitely recommend this resort for many reasons & we're hoping to travel back once the UK flight restriction is off.

We had a vacation in paradise in May 2016. Hotel has big green territory, which has been constantly kept in order by gardeners. Food is great and may satisfy different tastes. Coral reef is rich of life and looks great, you may meet stingray, porcupinefish, lion fish and lots of others, perfect place for snorkeling and diving. Room was always kept in order, personnel is friendly and helpful. Hotel has 4 swimming pools for adults and kids. Beach is multi level, big and clean, you may find a place for yourself any time. Even despite the fact that pierce doesn't work as it was recently broken by waves, you may easily swim to the sea, there is enough water to do that.

We have often visited different hotels, but the Renaissance was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, location (20 minutes to the old town), friendly staff, good food and peace of mind, from the security system to the level of vacationers. We will return again! We also recommend all this hotel, where everything you need for a wonderful pastime is combined !!
I came to this hotel with my husband and brought relatives for vacation for the 2nd time. We didn't expect that the staff wouldn't be helpful and kind enough for our pleasant stay. Baristas and Reception are not helpful (price for room upgrade is not fixed, see?). Not sure we can recommend Renaissance to our friends and come again ;-(

It was the best hotel we have stayed in the people were very friendly lots of pools and the beach right there you couldn't ask for more. Islam was very helpful who was one of the guys on the beach a very friendly person. The rooms were cleaned everyday. There was a safe to put all your impede tante belongings away we had a great holiday and hope to go back again sometime
A very beautiful hotel with pools, waves, jacuzzi. Restaurant overlooking the most beautiful cliff. Next to it is a cafeteria located on a cliff. Amazing views and great relaxation. Very helpful hotel staff, especially Mr. Ahmed who is always smiling and helpful. I highly recommend

absolutely fantastic place to be, digg just to be in the hotel. perfect place to snorkel and swim in the sea from a pier :) several pools and nice people working there. If you want to play volleyball or water aerobics, then you can do it with the other guests :) At the ATM inside the hotel they have a bookshelf where guests leave books that you can borrow for free;) Fight good food in the hotel, then the next once i had ordered all inclusive, new menu every day from all parts of the world;) fresh honey and nice staff :)
