Incredibly large and nice hotel area, with super service 24/7. If you just want to rest and soak up the sun, this is a great place. If you are staying longer than a week, you should take Amisol anger excursions.

Great resort with clean rooms and air conditioning, good and plentiful food, it should be updated but in the total great place, if you are Italian you should definitely rely on the top francuzzo village, precious for assistance and you solve every thing, from trips to the taxi to go out . Come here but pass by francuzzo you have an extra gear. Look for it on fb francuzzo village.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Though I could do without ppl who sell excursions around pool area. Good food (took all inclusive) beach is not for kids it's stones but pool area makes up for it. Perfect for snorkling, with fruitful sea life. Pool closes at sunset which felt short coz swimming pool looks very attractive with night lights on..

All the staff did their service in a best way to provide comfortable and easy holiday for visitors.

Advantage of this hotel is quite big territory separated on several landscape levels.

Although the furniture and rooms are not the newest - apartments are very clean and cozy. We had fantastic view to the Sea and Tiran Island.

Every day we were excited to taste some new dishes in restaurant. Notwithstanding the food was of similar ingredients - the cookers did very good job for surprising us with new combination.

As disadvantages could be mentioned that animators are not their strong side (though for those who prefer easy time spending and silence would be a plus).
Also, some of the staff who are making excursions, photo or diving are very haunting and annoying!

At last, we want to thank for exclusive service of the waiters team, especially Mr. Ali! Shukraan!

Very nice hotel! We were in October, I liked everything very much.
Territory: beautiful, well-groomed. Quite a lot of greenery for Egypt.
Beach: While choosing a hotel, I was skeptical about the beach, but in the end everything is very convenient. Yes, there is only one pontoon, but there was never a line. Plus there are two places from which you can jump into the water.
Sea: just a fairy tale! The variety of fish is off scale! We swam in a bathyscaphe, and so near the hotel everything is the same. We even saw a turtle and a stingray.
Cuisine: delicious and interesting. There was always a choice, do not equate with Turkey, they cannot be compared. Drinks are served by waiters, but you can take them yourself from the bartender.
Staff: smiling and friendly. They all understood both Russian and English, who how. Cleaned well and every day. The bar served delicious cocktails, the hookah is also normal.
Number: I don t know, everyone probably has their own concept of "tired number". Everything suited me, cleaning linen, plenty of towels, changed every day. Plus, every day they brought water and a set for tea and coffee to the room. Well, let's say there is a scratch on the table or chair, so what? But a gorgeous sea view!
As a result, we were very pleased with the rest and will be happy to come again!

For the fifth time in the past two years, we have come to the hotel with our children and feel at home here. Despite the renovation of half the hotel, we did not feel any discomfort. Two excellent restaurants with Italian cuisine and seafood fully satisfy our taste. And thanks to Valeria with the guest relay, all issues are resolved instantly. If you add here a cozy spa, a large green area and good service in everything, our choice will become clear.

Resort is beautiful. Rooms aren't maintained as per a 5 star standard.

The worst hotel I've ever been to the workers here are very rude they took our money also their ceiling drips water the people don't know how to communicate with their clients I truly do not recommend this hotel

Beautiful and magnificent set up on the beach good landscaping and good food and hospitality.

Where do I start first of all big thanks to Ahmad Khaled at rotanda bar for making us have an unforgettable night with a candlelit dinner and flowers for our wedding anniversary and Chef Mohammed, Kream, and Mohamad in La Casa restaurant for doing a special dinner for us and Ahmed in Guest relation for arranging the great room decoration. And of course Gamal at Reception for always making us feel welcomed

We also had a couples Massage at Oasis spa, it was amazing!
Me and my husband were very happy with it so big thanks to Stamp and Tom the girls that did our massage and Mahmoud Azzam in the spa. Thanks to all staff that made us enjoy our Anniversary.

One year later. Let's go again - corals and fish are notable here .. two stories about the staff:

1. In room mini bar. We do not use it. Every day at 11 a.m. a man comes and counts what is left. For the third time - it was enough, I say, take it and do not go any more .. refused to take it away, why I did not understand. I had to call the reception desk and explain in Russian that these visits were straining. After 10 minutes, he ran, terribly offended and took everything .. language barrier?

2 pontoon 5 in the morning. The sea does not stir, hanging a sign "about the bad weather, the pontoon is closed" next to it sits a guard in a white shirt and a walkie-talkie. It is terribly excited when I try to go to the pontoon - pokes at the bad weather badge, calls for help. An uncle resorts with a belly and initial English. It turns out that a prerequisite is also the presence of a life guard which will come only in an hour. Why did it take so long to wait and why a security guard with a walkie-talkie is not a life guard ... naturally left unanswered ... Language barrier?

I was not at this hotel - I look around. In my opinion, the location of the circle El Fanar is a significant trump, and the price is not very biting + almost center.

Always enjoy the Italian restaurant, El Casa. The food is always good and staff very friendly and efficient, especially Andrew, who always gives excellent service.

The animation team was incredible!! Nastya and Nastya along with the others were very kind and friendly people. They would engage you daily whether you're at the pool or beach to come join in some of the hotel activities and more One word .. AMAZING!! Wonderfully located nice hotel! Very healthy, delicious food and very comfortable beds. Also the own house reef is the hammer. Can just be recommended! Ps: We (3Personen) arrived at night and were very hungry, on request, the hotel manager personally arranged a meal in the room. Really great!

A really nice Resort with a beautiful view. The staff are very friendly and the animation team will keep you going all day and night. Its location is near many attraction sites in Sharm as well.

Travelled for hours to get to the hotel to be taken to a room that was incorrect. Was 2 single beds for me and my wife. To then find nothing in the mini fridge only warm water lying around!! when we asked for stuff we were told to wait till the morning!!!

The bathroom was dirty my wife wouldn't even take a bath.
Room service food quality was extremely poor.
We arrived at 11pm to only get to the right room by 12 30 and then to have them doing maintaince outside our room which was loud and disruptive!!

Good hotel. Good kitchen. Wonderful reef. Service 4-. Waiting for the Russians. In the airport all flights to Ukraine except for Brest. It is not nice to wait for European service for your money. The attitude to the Ukrainians is different. We are not interested in them !!!

A wonderful hotel recommended by me, which has decided to spend its vacation here, will not go wrong.
We had a reservation for seven nights, but we continued our stay for another week.
We are here at the moment and we are having a great time. Clean, nice, the staff is top notch, and not to mention the food is varied every day, the chefs are among the guests and they are constantly asking if you want something?
And for entertainment, I have no words, the markets are also around us, they work around the clock, walks are organized constantly.
I am very happy and if I come again, I would stay in this hotel.

This is one excellent hotel which I full heartedly recommend to everyone who wants to spend their holiday here. You will not regret your choice!
We have booked seven nights but extended it with a week. We are here at the moment and we are having a great time. It is very clean, great atmosphere, top quality customer service and the best food possible. The food is excellent and the cooks are always asking the guests if there is anything that they wanted them to prepare as specialty.
As for the entertainment, I am speechless..the markets are very close and open 24/7. There are organized trips for the guests to get to know the entertainment and the local area. I am very pleased with our choice and I will definitely come back again to the same hotel.
I want to get the chance to thank the staff members of this wonderful hotel, including the manager. You are wonderful people even the Labrador letrierer Doch who checks the barrier.

I had to be in the New Year, but I was very disappointed. All in all, only two things were satisfied: the waiters are really nice and the cameras are all around, so you feel safe. And the rest, this is a tragedy food choice is really small after 4 days, not even eating (desserts are just delicious), because everything was awake, plus the infinity of stairs had to be overcome. Dasimokejas $ 40, we got the number by the heated pool, the pool is really small and the beds are small, so if you do not work 5-6 hours in the morning, it will stay without sleep, and if you get it, the other minus big, you need to defend from flies, feeling that you are in the countryside and in the middle of the picture there is nothing when people lie on the grass, because there is no shortage of sunbeds near the sea, too.
