This place is fantastic, it has the best location in Sharm El Sheikh, it's five stars and the service is sooo excellent. Everything is clean and so neat I wish I can come back soon... Highly recommended

Great resort. Just that there is no wi-fi in rooms, only in lobby and there is a pretty long walk to the rooms.

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The staff were very nice and always ready to help. However, some rooms could need some refurbishment to get a real 5 star experience, even though the standard is always lower abroad than in Norway. Wonderful dive opportunities, lovely views and generally very nice rest area. Recommended for children's families as they do a lot for both young and old to thrive. Only good memories of the hotel like that looked :)

This is a horrible resort that I would not recommend to anyone. This is my first time in Egypt and my expectations were not high. I would not consider myself someone that goes to 5 star resorts, I mostly book 3 stars and am totally happy.
I would say that this is a 2.5 star resort at best. The food options are not great, the service is OK at best (as I would expect in a 3 star resort, not more than that). What surprised me the most and what I was not able to find in other reviews is that this all inclusive has a lot of things that are extra. You want espresso - not included. You want mixed drinks (other than rum and coke and vodka-juice) - not included. Ice cream is served 3 hours per day. Fresh squeezed juice - not included.
Resort has bugs and even though we stayed there with an infant we did not get warned about bugs right away. After the first night these mosquito type bugs bit him all over the face and fingers. When we went to the front desk to ask what was it, they were very aware of the issue and gave us bug replant. It took a week for the bites to come off. We were sprayed with smoke and chemicals once when we stayed late at a beach. The whole family including an infant. This is a routine spray they do no one warned us about.
We were given drinks in dirty glasses on multiple occasions and we saw staff put dirty glasses from a table that just left on a new table. They just wiped them with a cloth and put them on a new table.
We have heard of multiple poisonings although we were fine.
The whole experience is a total disappointment and a waste of vacation. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Surprised to see a Marriott logo on this resort.

The hotel is very nice, the food is exceptionally great! Very calm and relaxing atmosphere and you can't notice the crowd because of the number of pools at the hotel.

The hotel needs renovation! The smell of neglect, inter-tile dirt, dilapidated furniture, sockets torn from the walls and dangling "on snot", broken tiles by the pools, reusable plastic glasses in bars - these are not 5 or even 4 stars. Fortunately, the administration is aware of this - during our stay, about half of the rooms were already closed for renovations. To some extent, I think we were lucky - there was no competition for sun loungers, for access to the sea from a pontoon, for places in a restaurant. Because the hotel is very large by design, and I can hardly imagine what would be there if it worked at full capacity. Even with an incomplete load, we were faced with the fact that in order to go down into the sea you need to stand in line, that you need to wait in the lobby until the restaurant is a little free.
Further. The hotel has its own peculiarity - its location. It is located on a rather steep slope. This is a plus and a minus at the same time. The plus is that the buildings are built in a cascade and almost all sea view rooms (mainly those on the second floor). The downside - if you are an elderly person with problem joints, if you have a small child who needs to be carried in a stroller, even if sedentary, if you are overweight or have pressure and shortness of breath - get ready to test the stairs at least 3 times a day. And given that Egypt is still hot, this is a serious challenge. On the other hand, those who are determined to relax in order to acquire better physical shape are very good here - apart from the numerous steps and the sea with a strong current, most of the restaurant menu dishes can be classified as dietary - stewed, boiled, steamed, and many vegetables. And delicious juices - guava and mango.
I personally caught Wi-Fi throughout the hotel - from the main building to the pontoon. With good quality. Is free.
There are no comments on the work of the staff - all issues were resolved promptly, professionally and kindly. I also liked that the cleaning of the rooms was always unnoticed - I don't know how they were timing. But unlike Turkey, no one has ever disturbed us here, especially in the afternoon. And I also appreciated the unobtrusiveness of the services of the spa center, photographers, diving center and tour desk. They are always close at hand and within sight, but do not hang over you three times a day.
The area is well appointed. Moderately green - as much as possible in Egypt. There are many hoopoes. At night they saw either owls or owls. In the evenings, pink geckos can be seen on the ceiling near the light bulbs. There were no mosquitoes. But there were annoying flies. Especially on the beach. The advantage of the hotel is its "own" live coral reef with beautiful fish.

The hotel have water sports activities with a diving center .
The only missing thing is the Wifi in the rooms , it's only cable internet in the room and the wifi is working only in the lobby.
Forget to say that they have a great seafood (Calamari) with a good Chef (Shaaban) I really enjoyed my meal.

They food was costly and not very good. The rooms were clean and the pools and layout are beautiful. I recommend going for a Thai massage if you have the time.

I am in love with this place! We went on our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing time! From the small details like flowers in the bedroom to a spectacular private dinner on the beach this place delivered. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants is out of this world. Huge selection of everything. One of our regular servers, Ali, was our favorite person there. Every day he came with a huge smile and just brightened our day. The lobby actually has a couple of fun shops in it too in case you want to do a little shopping. The guy Michele who owns the one by the gym is great! The water in the Red Sea is crystal clear and you can see beautiful fish swimming along. The only thing we really didn t enjoy were the excursions, honestly we would have rather just spent more time at the resort. I hope this helps!

Ok, So I spent 4 days at this place, I think almost everything is perfect, but I didn't really enjoy the food, their barely made any changes over the 4 days and there was no change at all for the Lunch. However the sea view and other services are of high quality.
It could be a nice place but it is the staff who sometimes behaves badly ... ..the GM Not all the staff who should control the staff and make sure that customers are satisfied. But .... forces are busy with other ???????!

The hotel is perfect for a relaxing, relaxing stay. For several years now I have been resting at this hotel and I recommend it to everyone else.
Disgusting. There is nowhere to go, the service is terrible. The room smelled of chemicals. After we changed it to a very small room, so we slept with our adult child in the same bed.
