Liked the upgraded rooms. Really nice and spacious. We had a king bed city view room. The Milestones is also a plus. You can see the falls from there. Waitress was very nice. The TV had comedy network and I watched the Office so I was ecstatic. The only downfall was the wait for the elevators. We were on the 9th floor so we just walked up when it looked busy.

My family enjoyed our stay here last weekend. Best room we had so far on the hotels we ve stayed around the area. Pool was ok eventhough its small, fitness room was clean and have good equipment. Reason it is not 5 stars is because the elevator wait is too long.

Room 528 You can not make this up. Just before I started my search for a Hotel in Niagara Falls I happen to see a facebook page that said look to see if your sheets are clean. So I found the Marriott on the Falls and was already asking the woman who took my reservations about extra fees and was the $600 hundred include all fees and she said yes. I said this is it really and she said yes. Then I said how about parking then she said that is 40 per day. OK does this include breakfast and she said yes.
After 40 min on the phone I took it. I get there around 11 at night and was very jazzed about going to my yummy room. But first I say please give me my vouchers for the bus and please plug me into your YFI. Plus I said I get breakfast in the morning and he said no. I said the operator said I get it for two moaning so he gave it to us. BECAUSE IF YOU DO NOT DO this right away at the front desk all kinds of stuff happens when you get to your room. We get in our room over looking the falls SO COOL! We flop into the bed and I look down and see hair and fuzz stuff. I said Honey! jump out because it is not CHANGED. GOSH! We get new clean sheets and of course my honey gives him a tip ugg! Hey I love tipping but not now! So we make love and in the morning yeaaa. I now want to pull off all the sheets and even the mattress cover AND WHAT DO WE FIND TO OUR COMPLETE SHOCK, THE MATTRESS IS COVERED IN DRYED BLOOD. YEP
MY HONEY IS LOOKING LIKE IT'S HARD FOR HIM TO REGISTER THE THOUGHT. Do I flip out? no I just stay calm. It just gets nutter. I call down to get the manager up to the room but no one show up. I tell the front desk to bring up a new Mattress and and after a while they say that THEY DO NOT HAVE A NEW ONE.! So they bump us up the a nicer room on the 20th floor. I must say for my self I am all about staying positive person. I always turn lemons into lemonade but not this time. I still wonder of the bed in that room was changed? The extra fee charges are over whelming with fake words like complementary but you get the bill and their is a 12.95 called AMTY charge so I said take it off and she did for both nights. There are so many fees like park fee, History fee, It went on and on. HEY This stuff happens all over the Hotel Industry. Just look who is running the place KID'S. Ages running from 18 years of age to 25. We lost hours dealing with the bed and money stuff. I have to say I grew up in the Restaurant business so I know how to run the place like that. And the costumer is always right. Now the good stuff. Food is yummy, Staff most of the time was wonderful and helpful. The area is fun fun fun. PS CHECK YOUR BED!

Great hotel to watch the falls from your room. However there are a few watchouts:
1. Room sleeps 6, but we received 2 cups, 2 waters, 2 towels, etc.
2. No coffee machines in this hotel
3. Maintenance had to come and repair the shower, they did not fix the issue. Two consistent days of water flooding the bathroom making everything wet. We used all of the towels to mop it up, but house keeping or Maintenance did not clean it up when they came in.
4. They scam you by attempting to charge a unregulated fee called "LF" or local fee. Tell them you will not pay it.

All in all, not sure if this place is worth it for futre stays

Bunch of hidden charges at checkout. Parking was $36. Different employees telling me different information. Cooperate said that the manager would be in contact with me, and I ve heard nothing. I will never be staying at a Marriott again.

The view is lovely . The room needs a microwave in today's world. Every room should have one specially for the price you pay for the room. You go too cheaper hotels and get stuff like that for free. C'mon man what happened to courtesy.

We checked in at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls around midnight on January 8th 2021. We were given the key for a room on the 22nd floor. Upon entering the bi-level suite, we immediately noticed a foul smell in the room. A few minutes later, I opened the mini fridge to see leftover rotting food. We immediately went back to the front desk where they gave us a key to another room. We then had to move everything over once again. The new room had popcorn in the sofas facing the windows and glitter in the carpet.
In this time of Covid-19, what we saw during our stay clearly showed a disregard for cleaning/disinfecting. Marriott is not at all committed to clean in fact, Marriott did not even do the bare minimum. Also, the front desk did nothing more than provide us with a new room, which in turned showed their abysmal customer service.
We booked our stay based on the reputation of the Marriott name. We were sorely disappointed.
We reached out directly (via email) to Marriott Bonvoy Customer Care and they indicated that Marriot Hotel General Management would get back to us within 5 days. It has been 2 weeks with no reply.
Avoid at all costs.

Our room on the 16th floor over looked the falls. We took a short walk through the Marriott Spa and Resort hotel to the fun tram down the hill to see the falls. We watched the fireworks from our room, used the pool, and ordered room service. Everything was clean and beautiful. Parking cost $40.

We had a nice and clean room with a great view on the Falls, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was good too (there was no buffet due to COVID, we ordered our meals by menu).

This was such a great experience, despite the fact that they weren't able to get us a Falls view room on our first day they made it up to us by giving us for our last day a Falls-view suite with a hot tub which was much enjoyed-and not just by the kids! The pool is kinda tiny so that's one thing I would advise them to redo however we really enjoyed our stay here.

We were greeted by a very friendly desk agent. She showed interest in why we were there and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was a beautiful loft suite with an amazing view of the falls. We will definately be back!!!

Is located just off the main strip. Large lobby with lounging area including a fireplace and bar. Was a 8 dollar uber to the main strip. The pool was nice. The rooms are spacious with good views. Great staff, overall an excellent experience.

My Girlfriend Maggi and I were fortunate enough to land a room on the top floor, 31st, our view of the Horseshoe Falls and people climbing everywhere was one of the most spectacular places I've been. Waking up to the Sunrise was an added bonus. Everyone of the staff members were always ready to take care of anything we asked for.

Clean hotel, but severely flawed in suite bathroom door design. Sliding bathroom door does not lock, large 2" gap between allows roommates to clearly look in. Because door does not lock, sometimes slides open on its own

We got the room as a "Mystery hotel" on Expedia for about $200 at the very last moment, which made it decent. Otherwise it is soooooo not worth the $500 it actually is. The rooms are neat, but somewhat old. Overall ok, but not worth its actual price.

Good quality, but expensive Marriott. Park at the casino instead to save money. Don't take breakfast at the hotel either - there are plenty of places within easy walking distance that are cheaper and better. We took the room with a view over the falls which was utterly worth the otherwise too expensive hotel. We loved it! Dropped one star primarily because of the ridiculous 'amenities charge' - which feels like a bait-and-switch con, but is something other hotels and restaurants try to get away with too around Niagara.

ATTENTION TOURIST!!!!! Anyone who is staying at this hotel BEWARE of the TOURIST TAX they will charge you! My husband and I were charged an extra $60 for tourist fees this is NOT mandated or regulated by the federal government and they CANNOT make you pay the tourist tax. Watch out in Niagara Falls with anything you buy, make sure you re not being charged the tourist tax & if you are make sure you ask to speak to a manager and have it removed from the bill! They cannot make you pay this!

Aside from being scammed my husband and i had a nice stay at this hotel, but not sure I ll be back because of the tourist fee. Also, the buffet breakfast was lukewarm and almost cold when we were eating it. If it wasn t included we would have eaten elsewhere. Highly recommend driving 25 minutes up the street to Niagara on the lake, it s a beautiful quaint little town and they don t scam you! They couldn t believe NF was still scamming! Beware!

The hotel was nice. Incredible views! There is one thing that the tourists need to keep in mind, though. When you go to the Niagara Falls Tours desk, they will try to needlessly show you stuff. We just wanted tickets for the Hornblower, the ship that goes up to the falls on the Canadian side. The lady told us that she didn't sell those there and then launched into a speech about how we would wait 2 hours to get on that boat and that we would get priority seating IF we bought a tour package for $125. My friends and I declined, walked over to the free computers in the lobby, booked tickets for a cruise for 45 minutes from that point, and paid $17 each. We walked right onto the boat! Don't fall for the sales pitch.

I'm giving it 1 star because of the fall's view other than that I'm not impressed at all for a Marriott. Before I checked in I called the day before and asked for a microwave, I never got it, it wasn't in the room it seems that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I also agree with some people about the rudeness of certain people at the front desk not all of them, we where given the voucher for the buses but when I went to the information desk the lady said that it's the front desk who takes care of that. Well why the hell didn't he do that right off the bat instead of just filling out the vouchers? The bathroom was dirty lots of hair in the sink and on the floor and I will also agree with others that the room wasn't vacuum even on the second day the same dirt on the carpet was still there. I will probably check out one day earlier and I better not see hidden surprised fees. I must add that the shower was not hot and it completely stopped 3 times on me and twice on the husband what's up with that? I do not recommend this hotel do yourself a favor and book somewhere else cleaner and with more services and no need for the manager to apologize it's a copy paste of an apology on every bad reviews he gets for his hotel. Instead of repeating the same BS via copy paste fix the problems

The service, the smiles the willingness to go that extra mile! This place has been beautifully redesigned. May I suggest for the minimal price difference a JR Presidential suite on the 19th floor...the views are spectacular!

My husband and I booked this hotel for December 26 to 28 and we were very excited to go there.

We booked in the beginning of November giving all of our information and credit card number, but we never received any confirmation by email.

A few weeks ago, I decided to call back since we didn t have any confirmation and I was worried our bedroom wasn t booked.

We called the hotel, they didn t find anything, so instead of helping us, they just told us that wasn t the hotel we booked and said to call the other Marriott to verify, which we did. First, they couldn t verify anything at 7-8 pm because it was closed and the next day, they couldn t find anything (and they didn t seem to care at all).

They didn t care though to charge my credit card a month in advance (so I guess they booked it on the wrong month) and nobody could help us when my husband called today.

I ve never seen such incompetence when booking a hotel room by phone. Seems like nobody wants to do their job and help people with their bookings.

We were so happy at first to book at this great hotel at such a great price, but looks like it was only a mirage.

I wouldn t be surprised if they ignore this message or simply blame it back on me. They seem pretty good at that.

Nice place. Get a Falls-view room (not all are) the amenities are nice as are the staff . .both the front end folks AND the maintenance and room care people are great. We had a loose handrail on stairs to the loft which was repaired poste haste! Beds are comfortable, which is the biggest of deals in hostelry, IMO Spouseling had made reservations at the wrong hotel (same chain) and they even fixed that debacle! ( But the price more than doubled!)

The location is close to the Scotiabank centre. It has good views of the falls, but it is a bit of a walk to get there. The room was clean and quiet. Parking was expensive. Overall, the hotel met our basic needs in a hotel.

The view is really good. Best. I searched several places, but this is the best. But if you want to use Wi-Fi, you have to pay $9.95 more, and to use fast Wi-Fi you have to pay 14 more. And I ordered room service, but $36 is tax 15% delivery charge 5 HST? There is a magic that costs 58 dollars, all inclusive
Parking fee is also extra, as if it was 30 dollars
No toothpaste shower gown
The view and the room facilities are good!

I was only here briefly, stopping to have a drink with co-workers. Don't put much in the three stars - just not enough of an experience to rate higher than that as, for me, 4 or 5 stars is when a place stands out. It isn't anything against the hotel bar, but it was not different than many others.
