Everything was as expected for a 4 star hotel. Nothing special (for the area), but no complaints either!

Great place to host your event. The rooms are nice but they aren't awe inspiring. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Chris is no good, charges people extra money and accuses people of smoking in room, blatantly refused to refund money and says never getting it back to matter what. Started legal proceedings , see you in court Chris.

Attended an end of year work conference. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Room was set up very nicely. Highly recommend. Great experience.

Over all this hotel is just okay. The bed was hard and lumpy and the pillows were flat.

Very bad experience upon arrival lady at the front desk was very rude with a mix up our reservation, she was not patient in helping us clear out the mix up. Another gentleman had to come over and help us check in properly. He gave us a free parking permit for our stay for the mix up which the same lady took away from us as we were checking out and charged us for it at the end of our stay. Overall no complimentary parking or WiFi. There was a lots of work and loud construction over the weekend so no sleeping in due to loud noise. Very bad experience for our first time to Houston , when we visit again we will NOT recommend staying here at their location. Bad experience for my children to see such rude customer service.

Stayed in this Hotel for a night during a visit in Houston. The location was convenient, lobby was nice and modern and the staff was friendly. The rooms were standard Mariott which is fine by me. Dowsides were that Parking was about $20 and the views aren't great because the hotel is sandwiched tightly between some other bland office buildings. Overall a pleasant stay and would do so again.

The reception rooms were large and the staff impeccable.

This hotel was nice very clean the bed was really comfortable. It was way to expensive for what they are offering. The Sheraton is just as nice and clean bed as comfortable, the price is more reasonable. I've never stayed at the Marriott and decided to see what the big deal was. I wasn't disappointed, but wasn't so impressed either.

I was the organizer for a business network mixer at this Marriott. About 5 staff members and the general manager made it all a perfect experience. If you are having an event and need a venue, look no further. The place is beautiful, the food great and the management and staff will pamper you.

Very nice place. However the concierge lounge is not open on the weekends. That has to be taken into account.

In houston the JWs are fantastic but if your budget doesn t allow either of them. You can t go wrong here!

Comfy beds, big TVs, good coffee and tea in the rooms. Walkable to Galleria, and convenient shuttle service to anywhere within 3 miles. Lobby coffee is expensive and mediocre. Same goes for breakfast and lunch offerings. Staff were friendly and fast.

Clean. Courteous staff. Good food. Comfortable rooms.

My stay at the Marriott was amazing! The staff was attentive and super friendly. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Houston. You can never go wrong with Marriott.

I ve been here several times for meetings and conferences. The staff is always great, the conference rooms and amenities clean and useful. The restaurant and bar are very comfortable and enjoyable during the day with those big windows in front. Access to the Hotel through the parking is a bit confusing, since you first get into an office building that is connected to the Hotel. Hence you have to first pass by the conference rooms to the front desk to then go back to the conference rooms. Still not too bad, they always validate the tickets!

Decent Marriott and I always end of staying here for some reason...

The woman working the valet was very rude to me. She did not ask me why I was there or if I needed help, she just started pointing at me to leave.

The hotel was nice and, the rooms were clean. The only negative is that you have to pay $24 to park your car.

Parking garage arm was broken, so I was told I would have to reverse out and find another entrance. I looped back around for directions and found them letting cars through. Food was mediocre.

Stayed here for one night to celebrate pride weekend. While taking a hot shower the steam made it hard to breathe, so i opened the door. The steam set off the fire alarm and when they came to address the problem we were accused of smoking in the room despite the fact that the maintenance man informed us AND the (i guess manager?) that the steam 100% would have caused it, due to the smoke detector being directly next to the bathroom door. Despite being told this information they still put a 200 dollar fee on my card. When i contacted them about this they still claimed their was "a strong smoke odor" which we have on recording the man saying it could have come from any of the rooms, as the smell was already in the hallway as they were on their way to address our issue. The maintenance man was very polite but the (manager?) was very accusatory and we felt a bit discriminated against as we are a lesbian couple and we still had all of our pride attire.

Never had so much trouble getting out of a parking garage. The guard accused me of having teenage children with me. I'm 27 and a non-parent. Other than that, a beautiful place.

Not my favorite place. I booked on Priceline (choose your rate) so I didn't know where I'd be until I got the confirmation email. The location makes it kind of easy to miss and both times my Uber drivers got blocked in because their valet area is so small. You do have to pay to park. The bartender that weekend seemed like it was her first day on the job and was way too suspicious acting for my taste when I gave her my room number for my tab. Like just look it up and cross reference my ID ma'am, no need to give me the 3rd degree! She looked at the menu to get the ingredients of each drink (which came out terrible) and was so slow. The walls were so thin in the room, especially the bathroom so we could hear the neighboring room's toilet flush and shower. Bathroom pipes kept knocking. Bed was decent, fridge in the room, digital thermostat, and there was a safe included. All in all, mid range for my tastes but since I only stayed in town one night it's my fault for taking the cheap route.

This of course is a high end hotel, but I rate it with two stars. I am upset that the front desk charged my card over 200 for bogas charges and I had to jump through hoops just to have them only remove half. If you have money to throw away I recommend this hotel.

The lobby portends a spacious, updated hotel, but the rooms don't necessarily deliver on the latter. The rooms are large but would be better served by using some of that square footage to expand the cramped bathroom. The mattresses are a bit soft when . My biggest quibble with the room is that there are 0 USB plugs, let alone USB-C. In fact, there are only 2 standard plugs and only on a single side of the bed. Aside from that, I appreciated the in-room refrigerator, the large TV, and Karla who runs the concierge floor breakfast was wonderful.

If anyone is looking for bargain deals for hotels browse through . made a reservation for a resort on there and these guys had the best prices worldwide!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Misty and Katie were AWESOME!!! The bartender Misty made one of the best old fashioned drinks I had in a long time! I definitely will return to stay here because of the service.

The hotel was fairly nice. The indoor pool was a plus. Room was very clean but bathroom was sort of small. Also there is a pretty steep parking fee (around $25 for self parking), so just be aware.

If you are looking for an awesome stay, this is it.

High class. Great place for a romantic couples weekend

No pool in June. Who does that. Remodeling in the beginning of traveling season, really sucks! And have the nerve to charge for internet services in the rooms. Pic below is the pool one day when it's open again!

Did not stay but the hotel staff was not very accommodating. However, valet driver explained safe parking options for my motorcycle and recommended other hotel options in the area.

Amazing staff, amazing concierge lounge. The rooms were quiet. Had dinner at the restaurant, good prices and the food was great. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It was 27 minutes from the airport. Traffic in the morning can be a little hectic in any direction.

Very nice place. Stipped by to visit a coworker staying in the hotel and had an enjoyable chat in the lobby bar. Prices wrrr a little high in truth typical for a hotel bar. Staff was very attentive and pleasant.

Front desk people are drones. No enthusiasm and no customer service skills.

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and efficient. The air temp took a while to be somewhat comfortable. It started out super cold. Our room was right next to the parking garage which was fantastic.

The only the downside of this hotel are: the $26 a day parking fee, no microwave in basic room, refrigerator are so tiny to put your food & drinks and the bathroom is very outdated.

Real comfortable room. Terrific hostess in the members only hospitality room. If I weren't a Marriott fan before meeting her I would be after hearing her story.

The hotel was rated 4 star but definitely was NOT! There are certain expectations of a 4 star, ie an excellent restaurant and bar, spa services and upgraded, stylish hotel, rooms and amenities. This hotel was none of those. On the positive, it was clean, the air conditioner worked well, and the few staff that was there was friendly. It was okay, just not 4 star. I would also recommend placing families with children on different floors than adult/single travelers. Nothing like kids slamming doors all evening and baby's crying at night. Oh, they also have paper thin walls!!!!!

Amber in the concierge lounge is the main reason to visit, but the hotel itself is in a great location with an equally as impressive staff. 5 star quality at a 4 star rate.

Do not Book this hotel if you think the cost of WIFI and parking should be included. Parking is an additional $25.00 a night. WIFi is an additional $15.00 per day.

Terrible beds. The service is good, but not worth it because the beds are so uncomfortable.

Location is great and so is the staff. For a Marriott hotel, the standards here are a little low. Closer attention is needed for the cleanliness, especially the bathroom. Vents are dirty and are not being cleaned, behind the toilet, even the brochures in the room were dirty and covered with some substance. Overall I feel that if as much attention is given to the care, cleanliness, and maintenance of the rooms, as the Customer service, that would be great. Just needs more attention to the details .

The location for the hotel is pretty nice, considering it's so close to the Galleria and all those places. The professional event that was held there was handled well and the breakfast was pretty good. Just your typical stuff, really. The parking situation wasn't too bad, considering the event allowed for parking valuation, which dropped the price to 5 bucks.

Hotel smelled out stank gas ovens or a gas leak. Room was so small I had no place for luggage. Largest part of the room was the entryway. Old dusty furniture. I have had nicer beds at holiday inn. Not worth the money & hotel should be rated 2 1/2 half star rooms & lobby are not up to par for 4 star rating.
