Pharmacy staff is always helpful and efficient. Pharmacists are super nice as well. Great prices when you are without insurance coverage.

Walked in the door at Walmart to get a prescription filled. They said it would be a 45 minutes & they signed me up for the text message to let me know when it would be ready. I was shocked that 17 minutes later I received a text saying it was ready. Goodbye Rite Aid you just lost a customer!

I used this pharmacy for years and never really had a problem until recently. I went to my Dr.s office in the morning and she was going to fax over a prescription. Maybe an hour after the appt. I was going to be heading toward palmyra for a few errands, I called to see if they had received the prescription and if they had a ball park idea of when it would be ready so I could plan my stops. She informed they had received it and it was being worked on. I thanked her and thought thats great. So I went to walmart first, Did a little shopping just a few tings but killed about 20 min in the store before heading to the pharmacy. When I gave my name she said oh im sorry its not ready, I'll mark that your in the store it will be about 20min. I made a comment about glad I called ahead and they said they were working on it then. So I said guess I'll sit here and wait, Granted I was annoyed and probably bitchy but I could have ran other errands first if they wouldn't have told me on the phone it was being worked on. So I sat on the bench right in front of the counter and started reading my book. Then in about 10 minutes I hear overhead on the PA system " my name... to the pharmacy" I was sitting in clear sight and there was no one else in line. She was annoyed I gave her attitude so they paged me overhead. I work in customer service so I get people can be jerks. But if I ever treated one of my customers that way there would be disciplinary action or even possibly lose my job. It was completely unprofessional even if I was irritated with them. I called and switched pharmacys that day. Maybe I expect to much but I work in health care and Id never treat my patients/customers that way even when they are difficult.

They are good for the most part, always seem to have a hard time with them getting ahold of my doctors when I run out of refills, I always have to call both twice to make sure I get a prescription.

Just called to renew a prescription and the lady who I was talking to acted like I was dumb. All she had to do was look up my name and had to click a button to get it refilled but apparently thats just to much work. Never had problems before today.
