We needed a new car, but were unable to arrive until about an hour before close. Mark Miller staff stayed two hours after close to help us, treated us well, and helped us as we tried to make a difficult purchasing decision. Throughout the entire process, Mark Miller staff never complained or acted annoyed. In fact, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We really felt like they put us first, even though we are sure it must have been an inconvenience for them to help us so long after closing. It's this kind of customer experience that will keep me coming back to Mark Miller.
