So, my first review was bad as the internet was terrible, however when I called about it they explained that there was a backup source available in the room which was great, also, after we checked out we asked if we could get a room to shower before we headed to the airport and they gave us one no problem - so all in all, a great experience, I fear I reviewed to soon (with 3 stars). My bad.

The typhoon of mangosteen blows, the whole hotel has blackouts, and the guests are trapped in the elevator. The guests are required to walk up to 10 floors to carry luggage and go downstairs. Say that I want to let agoda refund the fee, the phone will not be able to pick up the front desk, people are very angry and disappointed.

Sea view room is a much selection if you stay with Marco Polo

This is a comfortable hotel, the size of the room is just right, you can comfortably lie in bed watching TV or at the desk next to some official business. The overall feeling is very good, the staff service is very thoughtful, very friendly and welcoming.

One of my most favorite hotel, Gateway is our go to hotel whenever we are in Hongkong. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very clean and modern facilities. The minibar was refilled daily and the housekeeping always checked if we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was great, amazing menu and they even have a pop cake pancake maker which was absolutely delicious! The best thing is that it is inside the harbor city mall, the largest mall in HK! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking forward to visit HK.

The Centennial Hall can be used for banquets or lectures. There is no column in the middle of the rectangular shape, and one of the best places for a dozen banquets.

I got great experience from very friendly and kind reception staff in Marco Polo HK Hotel. I definitely will come back again!!

Very convenient for shopaholic people. This hotel is in the middle of big shopping mall. The room is clean. Also friendly staff.

It's a decent hotel, but the cheapest rooms are so old, you might find a better offer for the same price. Go for delux option, it seems nicer on photos.

Have a phone in each room. You can take it out during your stay. Big room. Big toilet. Very safe. Only insert card can go up to room floors.

My second visit at this hotel last week. Whilst the ambience was good, there were tell tail signs that its getting old. Rooms were good, but service could improve. And worst of all, their wifi sucks. So don't keep any hopes on it..

Completely lost touch!

Arrived at hotel at 1am on Sunday morning on a late flight.

Despite getting an upgrade to a sea view room on executive, the room looks like it s not been refurbished since 1980 s.

It took 1/2 hour for our bags to arrive from bell boy who told me the problem was that he was not informed which room we were in. Incredible!

And to top things off, the air conditioning / thermostat seems broken as the the temperature in the room was freezing despite setting to highest temperature of 25 degrees.

What happened!?

This hotel is in extremely good location. Right next to shopping mall. Room size is excellent. Fantastic harbour. Very nice location. Great staff. They are very helpful and polite. Everytime I went there , i received friendly and helpful service. Whenever I go to Hong Kong, I will choose this hotel.
Hotel will look after you and ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Luggage delivery service is fast and efficient.
Warm welcome by doorman.
Cheerful and smiling face from Front desk.
Breakfast is also very good.
Don't miss the dinner at Cucina. Excellent food there.

99, 2000, 2001 is a very central hotel with a very central location.

the view from the windows is as lucky (or as asked). numbers on C grade, but looking to compare. everything you need is there. what I did not like was a stale, damp smell both in the room and in the corridor (12th floor). and tightly closed windows. the breakfasts are great.

Hong Kong's premier hotel, Macau can easily go to Kowloon Station with AEL dehydration to Peridola Airport

Extremely convenient located close to everything you expect from Hongkong. Good standard and reasonable rates. My 5th time in this hotel.

If you visit any exhibition then this hotel is just 20 minutes away. 5 minutes walk to the ferry and then 10 minutes walk on the Hongkong side.

I had a wonderful time here. Aside from the very attentive staff the place itself is nice its near train stations parks and shops. This hotel has very fast stable wi-fi connection.

The location of the Tsim Sha Tsui area is convenient. The hotel lobby is relatively small and there are few seats. However, even the shops and the piers have many tourists. The on-site restaurant is also OK. The coffee shop is more suitable for lunch. The dinner buffet is similar to that of other restaurants. It is common. The dragon clams and long-legged squid are salty, and the cooked food is more D. It is more suitable for the elderly. And children, the most appreciated service A-level

First class view! Good service! But breakfast is super simple and can only be a paste!

Regular place to stay every time I am in Hong Kong. Still friendly, clean and comfortable room, and very consistent service. But over the years, as I mentioned already a few times in the survey, the rooms require a massive modernization and upgrade. It's still comfortable and bigger than any similar hotel, but it looks really tired. Television channels are still pretty much analoque and non HD. Regardless all these small problems, Marcopolo is still my preferred hotel every time I am in Hong Kong. Location is one of the main reason.

The counter service staff has a poor attitude and can change the original reservation type arbitrarily.
Poor sanitation in the room, the charging socket is seriously insufficient!
Although the service staff station stands in the lobby, there is no service function at all, the breakfast room is also, the service staff will not take the initiative to serve.
Traveling around the world, this service management is the most outrageous

Gateway hotel is a lavish hotel with premium service and classy decor. The hotel is located around a bustling shopping area with a lot diverse food options. Gateway hotels rooms are clean and comfortable making the price quite worth it. The hotel has a good view of the jetty and is close walk to a amazing view of the Hong Kong harbour.

Good location which closed to star ferry and shopping mall. Easy access to everywhere. Room is big compare with other hotels in HK. Club staffs are nice and friendly. They helped to book the table and give a good idea of local restaurants. The food in club lounge is yummy and nice.
