the package we booked included room served dinner.
request to have it at 8pm when check in.
Then called at 7pm to change the serve time to 7:30pm while staff said okay.
wait until 20:10, still nothing arrive and therefore called service hotline. no applogies, just reply will make it asap.
Food arrive at 835 finally.
Also, could only say food is not cold, not sure if i could say it's warm
Room design is a bit old school.
bathtub is not very clean, see hairs when first come in
seaview, as we are assigned to lower level, 1/2 seaview, 1/2 carpark view
never again
