Amazing service, amazing staff, amazing hotel! Will definitely be booking here again! 100000/100 !!!!

Staff were very impolite, food was cold and sloppy. Called me a waste of time, shocking hospitality. Do not recommend, go if you want to waste money and time.

We live in Sydney but had a wedding in Manly and decided to stay overnight. Room was great, I could not fault any part of our stay .... shame too cold to go into beach!

Paid over $400 for a one night stay & not even a mini bar in the room. Overnight parking should be included in this price but it wasn't. To add to that, their car park was full & I was told to go & park somewhere down the road. Sorry, but for this price - not good enough.

Clean comfortable room. Good facilities. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Good location.
Only problem was charge for wi-fi. Personally think that's unreasonable.

The parking situation is a bit convoluted in terms of exit and overall procedure to get your car after 6pm but the staff are friendly and the conference rooms we attended were fine.

All staff are happy to help and they all welcome you every time you walk in or out. A affordable room for the weekend. I would stay again based on my experience. The only thing I can suggest is a better kids menu however this didn't worry us at the time with the nearby food and restaurants

The customer service was exceptional & the front desk team on my arrival were 2nd to none

Location is great, a little bit noisy with the night life of you're not into this. Rooms and decor are nice, but some things need maintenance.

Hotel was very nice. The staff was excellent, especially the concierge service. They helped us plan sites to visit during our stay, including recommending a wonderful guide service to the Blue Mountains. Since our return I've told everyone I know that if they visit the Sidney area, this is the hotel they have to use.

I spoke at a conference here and afterwards relaxed with ma peeps on the comfy chairs out front. Quite satisfying.

Friendly staff. Free Wifi if you join free club. Pool and spa. (no cover) great location. Your room is on a Pokemon go gym!

it was good except the fact that I find it odd that we were not given a discount as part of a wedding party ( despite we were told so). The reason given us was because we booked through on line. This is very strange as many other establishments encourage online booking but not Novotel!!

Great service, polite team, professional overall. I have had the pleasure of staying with the Novotal a couple of times this year and look forward to my next stay in December 2017.

We enjoyed our stay being on the beach, convenient to restaurants and the ferry with great views. The room was comfortable and quiet. The biggest downside was that the balcony was often unusable because of smoke from other balconies.

Although there was a delay at check in as the room was not ready, the staff were friendly the meals were good and the oceanview room was fabulous. Enjoyed the hotel immensely.

Everything was great except it would have been nice to have lights in the roof. They only provided bedside table lights.

It is very nice and luxurious. It has a great location and the rooms are nice. Only problem is that it is a little pricy, but that is only due to its location and grandeur. Would recommend to anyone!

This place is a favourite stay. They go the extra mile to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Highly recommend. Wonderful views beach side. We had birds visit on the balcony.

Was visiting a friend rooms reasonable quite liked look of bathroom an added balcony a plus.

Great staff , location good, room and air conditioning average. Zalise Restaurant rushed the courses for dinner.

Great location in Many. The hotel feels fairly old and probably needs a few more staff, but the staff we have met have tried to be friendly. Some good deals for families in the school holidays have made this a good stay.

Mothers Day luncheon relaxed, friendly service, good seafood. Maybe not top quality but outlook and atmosphere excellent.

Nice spot on the beach for a Manly get-away. Rooms are cool and comfortable all with a nice breakfast buffet in the morning.

Location is very close and convenient to just about all you need and only a short walk down the Corso from the ferry.

Is this a 4 stars Hotel, look like 3 stars to me speaking from experiences.

We arrived on 2nd of January 2020 at 2pm. There were a handful of people ahead of us.
Only two staff attending to business.
We were told our room was not ready at 2.30 pm. We will given two drink vouchers and told
to come back in 30 minutes.
Now 3.20pm, ours room still not ready. We were given the run around until 4.20pm, we finally got our room key.
Check in time is 2pm and check out is 11am.

Breakfast, we ordered two eggs each, sunny side up. The cook gave us two pre cooked egg sunny side up from under the grill. There were only 5 guests including us having breakfast at that time, around 6.35am.

The rubbish bin btw the two lifts was over flow with MacDonald tashs when we came down for breakfast. Ninety minutes later the tashs still there when we went back to ours
room.

Why does a 4 stars Hotel need to have a gaming room filled with Poker machines.

The Novotel at Manly Beach is in just the perfect location and very comfortable. Love staying here.

As a member of Accor hotels group and never use it but have stayed at manly pacific before. After 7hrs of trying to sleep with a light flashing on and off all night then final
Coming on longer and longer, not to mention reception double booked the room for another couple to walk in to there surprise.

And the young manageress on saying that she will try to fix the light at 7 am in the morning after ring three times only to be hung up on. On departing as I had no sleep and was very angry at this stage to be told I would be getting a 50% discount on my room in 5 day or so. Was absolutely disgusted with there response. Am holding off on my out range on social media until further contacted.

The location was outstanding , the staff could not have been more helpful and the parking service was most helpful.

Stay here was amazing .Me and two of my friends stayed here for one night .view from balcony was great. We had the break from the hotel it was soo delicious and quantity was more than enough .We enjoyed the day alot and hope to visit again in future .Thank you for the wonderful service .

I wanted to take my partner away for a Birthday Escape surprise. I chose the Novotel Manly Pacific because of it's proximity to the city and relaxed environment. We arrived on the Wednesday afternoon and were warmly greeted by the front desk team. Our room wasn't ready, so they offered to call me upon it's availability. We went to the bar and had a celebratory champagne and our mini break had begun! The wet weather didn't detract from our feeling of relaxation; we walked down to Corso and bought fish and chips and champagne for lunch. That evening was State of Origin and we watched it at the Hotel Steyne - recommended to us by the staff at the front desk.

Thursday morning we caught the ferry into the city for the Bastille Festival. Fantastic!! We sampled many delightful delicacies and on our return to Many, stopped at the Gelato bar on the wharf for the compulsory taste of entry back into Manly. Thursday evening we dined at Jellyfish Cafe, a short walk from the Manly Pacific and had the most gorgeous birthday dinner.

Friday was our last day. A late checkout at 11.00am meant we didn't have to rush. So after we packed up, we had a leisurely breakfast at Zalis. A fantastic buffet on offer to cater to all tastes.

My partner and I had a fantastic escape - he loved the total birthday surprise and staying in Manly as it was the first place we went together on a date. All the staff were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. I loved the general vibe and was so pleased I had made the decision to go to the Manly Pacific.

We had a great time and we will be back some day. The hotel has the best location on the best beach in Sydney.
The hotel staff were fantastic.
The bathroom could do with an exhaust fan. The buffet breakfast was ok, but the pineapple in the fruit area wasn't even near ripe.
Also, I am hoping that my $50 check in deposit will be credited promptly as we didn't incur any additional charges. If I have to chase up this deposit, it will be a major disappointment.
Overall it was great and I will not only recommend, but encourage my friends to stay here.

Breakfast was chaotic. Staff appeared uninterested, lacked the basics in hospitality. Appeared to be no staff assigned to table service, so we approached the coffee counter to place an order. We were met with a poor reception, felt we were out of place to be placing an order. When asked what table we where at we told the staff member, who then proceeded to write the wrong table number. 20 minutes later, still with no coffee to be seen, my husband noticed about 6 coffees waiting to be picked up? Or delivered? He approached the coffee counter again, and asked if one of those where his, got a vague response, so out of frustration he picked up a cappuccino, stone cold.As far as the food, ample variety, particularly liked the little yoghurt jars. Inviting assortment of seasonal fruit. But, the breakfast experience on a weekend away isnt just all about the food. Service, ambience and hygiene rate equally in the mind of the breakfast guest. We had to ask for cutlery, which seemed to be cleaned out the back on request. We werent the only ones waiting. Not a serviette in sight, none offered with the hap hazard cutlery handed over either. Used dirty plates stacked high at the end of our table remained there, not an appealing experience.

Very nice location, just in front of beautiful Manly Beach! We were surprised that you have a 24 hour in-room service which most hotels doesn't have. We ordered breakfast at 5:00 am because we needed to leave very early for our 2 day tour. Very lovely staff too ! We hope to be back again !

I stayed for one night for a business trip and was a lovely place. Staff are very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and very spacious. I ordered room service had dinner and dessert with some drinks that was great. What I didnt like that the hotel parking was $50 and it was valet parking. Which was more annoying since you had to go to reception or see if someone is downstairs to get your own car key. Wasn't even a big parking lot so felt like wasted time when you can easily park yourself.

Excellent location with a perfect view of Manly beach, service staff were very professional however rooms were dated some amenities were not provided. Breakfast buffet was bland and awful food was dry and tasteless especially the scrambled eggs. Absolute rip off definitely not worth paying $35.00 your better off going to Maccas. Accor Hotels seriously need to rethink whether this Hotel is worthy of 4 stars.

We were really happy with our experience. Staff were really friendly and helpful and room service was really good. Room was also clean.

Rooms are a bit dated, cleanliness was average. Breakfast good and views and area great

We were celebrating our 17 wedding anniversary. From check in to getting to the room was lovely. Chocolates awaited us and a lovely congrats note. Later on in the evening we came back to wine, cheese platter and a lovely note.

Room service the steak was cold by the time I got it. The plates were not heated so by the time we are the food was cold. Forgot my red wine.
We were out of the room until late on our first day but by the time we got back the room hadn't been made up with new towels ECT.

We celebrated my birthday at the restaurant and the service received from Jeremy and the staff was exceptional. Thank you for always looking after us and allowing my family to thoroughly enjoy themselves! The food was outstanding. Highly recommend this restaurant!

A great location right opposite the manly beach and a short walk to the Corso and the Manly ferry.
Staff were attentive and friendly.
My only concern with all Sydney hotels is the $35 to park your car which is an added impost on country people.
Breakfast was delightful.

Right on the beach (Manly), typical Novotel standard, incl valet parking, pricing reflects location, well equipped, comfy as you would expect.

Room was decent although as far down the hallway as possible. View through the window was surrounded by other rooms looking back. Minibar fridge seemed to have previous guests food stored in it. And after hours valet had parked the car but left the seat soo far forwards and up that i banged my knee on the dash and head on the roof trying to get in. Other than that, the staff are courteous and well presented. Facilities are good. Free gym entry for guests (decent gym too, not 3 bikes and a multi machine). I come on business and quite often stay here. Will continue to do so in future regardless if any of the above mentioned things are improved upon. Would be nice to see though... one last thing that would improve the experience 10 fold would be 24 hour self parking with the door card for entry. Could not emphasize what a great difference this would have made.

Facing East over Manly beach means a terrific location. No buzz however, certainly not during the day. The building needs a couple of million spent on it to bring it into 2019

The food and service at the Japanese bar/restaurant along the esplanade is amazing. Huge servings.

Very disappointed. As a Accor member called into hotel restaurant for lunch on 15/10/2018 at about 1.30pm. We're pointedly told we couldn't have lunch as private function booked for the Monday and Tuesday. There were people standing around talking and quite a few empty tables. I wonder how they catered for people actually staying at the hotel.

Lovely venue for a conference. Excellent Grand rooms, break away rooms, display areas. Fabulous catering. Accessible public transport. Hotel rooms and staff are great.

In general the hotel is good. Perfect location, walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Our room was on Level 4 which had good views.
Although we could have expected a higher quality for a 4 star hotel. Some things that needed improvement based on our room was the bathroom door couldn't shut fully due to the water damage at the bottom. The outdoor spa and pool (not suitable in cool weather) on top floor seemed neglected, maybe because majority of people swim at the beach.
Lastly we opted for the guest self parking ($50 per night or valet $65) since there was only 2 hr street parking. But apparently they're conditions to park in their garage whether valet or self, is you will need to leave your car keys and your car, because "they need to move around the cars from time to time". Why do they call it self parking then? Why do they need to rotate cars? Anyhow we didnt agree, and just parked our car in the side street overnight with no issues.

Very child friendly. Didn't seem to mind Ms 3 playing ball games in the lobby while it continued to rain outside.

These guys have some communication issues. After paying nearly $20000 for my daughters wedding I was not allowed to park in their parking garage because I wasnt one of the people staying overnight in the hotel room that I paid for. And during the event I wad locked out of the venue and staff wouldn't let me back in, saying I needed to enter through the pub. But then the bouncer refused to let me in saying he needed my ID, and when I showed it to him he mumbled something about waiting for the manager. The manager eventually appeared and was confused. I think he didn't know there was a function above his pub. After carefully explaining that I was trying to get upstairs he directed me through some doors that led upstairs. I guess everyone was just doing what they were told to do. Perhaps I didn't pay enough money to them. If I ever return then I'll pay a lot more money and maybe I'll get some respect... or not...

Only stayed one night. Booked two rooms next to each other. Car parking was convenient and efficient.
Someone had charged a meal and drinks, which I had not incurred, to my room. Was eventually sorted out thankfully.

Everything was clean and well appointed. The bed was extra comfortable too.

The hotel room itself was very underwhelming.
We were told on arrival that we had received an upgrade and upon entering the room my husband said " I would hate to see the original room we booked".
I'm not sure that we would choose Novotel again. Definitely not this location anyway.
The room was very very bland and the shower recess was not cleaned thoroughly. I.e. mould around skirting and glass door.

Everyone helpful clean .One thing with our overnight stay was very confused with the bathroom light took till morning to work it out without all the lights staying on not good for the other sleeping .And we found out with other people we spoke to they had the same problem

I was born and bred in Manly and have grown up knowing the Manly Pacific. As a Le Club Accor member, it was our first port of call. Although the hallways are a bit outdated, the rooms and the beds are nice. Unfortunately our air conditioner did not work the 1st 2 nights and all the concierge did was make sure we were using it properly...which we were. 3rd time finally someone came up to fix it and low and behold, there was a technical issue. So night 3 was finally a cool and comfortable experience.
Having Daniel San down stairs is fantastic.
Only 1 other down side was ordering our drinks and the wine that I ordered was delivered by a waitress who held my glass by the rim, not by the stem. As we are hoteliers, this was one of the most basic of things that we teach our staff.

Mind you, all in all, we will be back. Heart of manly, great views, great bed, Daniel San's cosmopolitans are great!
