Matthews did an amazing job designing and building the perfect van for my company.

It is very hard to get in touch with someone to assist with parts needs. We needed parts for a bus that we were working on, but it took almost 2 full business days to even get a picture of the items we were needing. By that time I had find an alternative supplier.

I had a great experience working with Dennis Hoag! His attention to detail was amazing and I would never purchase another Blood Mobile from anybody but Matthews Specialty Vehicles.

You have no idea what goes on inside that place. You may think your getting a quality custom vehicle. Do not be fooled. They rush to complete every job , with no concern for safety or craftsmanship.No job to big or to small. You will still get a poor quality vehicle. You want black mold in your bus, you want to take your custom vehicle to shops for major repairs before you even get to take it to an event? Then you have come to the right place. If you like to support slave labor under a dictatorship, that is sending units to the middle east? Again you have come to right place. Next time your in the market for a specialty vehicle, talk to the workers before you buy, if they allow it!

Just wanted to add, that the response the company gave was bogus. I did reach out to them , and once again NOTHING! You State funded agencies should know better than to do business with these guys. I would imagine if you had a view of what really went on , you wouldn't or couldn't.

This company manufactured our libraries bookmobile. While still under warranty (5 years), it breaks down constantly maybe on average once a month. Company now ignores communication regarding this vehicle.

We saw the cooperation , accuracy and honesty in dealing with respectacle Mathews Spec Vehicles and they pay every effort to despatch their products perior to delivery time thanks to their staff , Mr Dennis Hoeg , Mr John Dalay and of course big thanks to Mr Brad Mathews the owner wish them more spread ,develop and success.

That place is a joke to work at, they put you in expecting you know what to do, when no one is giving you instructions. Plus the entire shop is breaking EPA and OSHA guidelines. You can not work if you dont have an idea of what to do, they hired a welder to paint and chase cable.
Like I said that place is ran by people that have no idea what they are doing and should not be in charge.

After calling company multiple times and several messages there is still no one returning calls. That is sure a bad sign when trying to start a relationship.
