The most ignorant selfish up themselves attitudes from supervisors there. What you do is never enough, they want experienced staff that can work instantly with systems yet they can't keep staff due to their approach of seeing everyone has merely commodity & there's no car parking spots left usually in car park & if you leave your car outside it risks getting clamped. If you see this review, please take into consideration my review & avoid these narcissists & work somewhere else.

I have just had the most uplifting and inspiration conversation with Christina Potter who called me from Teleperformance, Bangor on behalf of Blood Registration. I have had previous difficulties with Blood Registration recently but Christina's manner cheerful approach and understanding and helpful nature ensured I came off the phone a happy and contented customer who was keen to give blood in the future. She was also able to get me background on when I can or cannot give blood after trips abroad. Thank you Christina you have restored my faith in the Blood Registration service and its commitment to the donor.

Applied to work here, for a role on their sainsburys campaign as advertised in INDEED. Went through the interview no problem, only to be told that it was for their blood transfusion service. When I emailed them to check, they told me that they had not dealt with sainsburys since 2018, so I respectfully requested that my application be stopped.
I received VERY rude and unprofessional emails back from James Beattie (probably a manager)...who absolutely doubted me when I advised him that some online jobsites were still advertising for old campaigns.
So, if this is how they deal with people, I'm delighted i won't be working there. And I will definitely be telling people about this experience. Looking at other reviews, it looks like they don't cafe about their image and reputation in their local community.

Training varies do not go to student loans the training is not great and there is even less support they also do not have a dismissal policy so be very careful and on your guard

Not been working here long enough to fully rate as the perfect workplace, however after 2 weeks it seems an ok place to be. Let's see what the months ahead bring.
