mangocabs have great drivers - very professional, kind, stopped along the way at scenic points for us to take pictures. Nice car. We thought about going with a cheaper service through one of these internet outstation cab bookings but after reading the horror stories went with a traditional taxi company, and are glad we did.

Wonderful Professional Taxi Service
We had booked a mango cab for 4 days Kerala tour with Monsoon Travels. The Vehicle was clean and well maintained. The driver was very professional and well mannered. The owner was fantastic and was in touch with us even though, he was himself travelling.
Overall a great experience. Will highly recommend.

15.07.19.One star : Bad experience review. I had to catch a bus to Bangalore today at 8:00 pm. I pre-booked a cab for 7 pm. I reminded them at 6pm, called again at 6:50(this didn't go through) and atlast they called me back at 7:00 informing that the cab is late. .. I waited till 7:22.. nothing came.. I called back . They even don't want to listen.. The worst part is the lying. The service area person mentioned the cab is late because of traffic.. when I called the driver he told that the cab allocated to me broke down.

mango cabs is one of the best service in Kerala. They provide excellent and professional drivers, who are very well aware of the routes and roads. Their charges are also normal. One of the good experience I have.Just enjoy it.

Absolutely horrifying experience with this cab service! Would not recommend them to anyone. Rude and conniving people who try to rob you by threatining you into paying them double of what was agreed for! The cab driver was helpless at the hands of these people and was extremely helpful but was yelled at by the managers for being kind to us. They don't deserve to provide cab services to anyone. Do yourself a favour and pick any cab service apart from this.

Mango cab's goon's service. The drivers are not less than goons. They charge double and triple. After that incident i rely maximum on Uber and other services,.Where mango charges 1200, Ola and Uber charge 130 rupees. If coupon applied i can travel in 80 rupees. Who doesnt like money to be saved?

we had booked a cab for 1 pm. we didnt get a call till 1 and we called them back they told us that the cab driver will contact us. But nobody contacted and we called them again it will take another 40 min for them. Worst experience ever.

Worst service out there with no control what so ever on their cab fleet. Drivers run off with extra money ( more than the bill ) , non professional drivers hassling the traffic rules and safety of travellers . Will never recommend.
I wish there could have been an option to rate half star , I would have gone for that for sure.

My experience have been great with Mango cabs. I prefer Mango cabs especially for my late night or early morning airport drops. They are always on time, courteous and professional. For people complaining about the charges please confirm the charges while you book itself. I have found them to be very transparent over the charges especially for airport drops.

It was a wonderful holiday. Hassle-free service ,price is reasonable and driver Sameer was fluent in English and Hindi. I would highly recommend them for any Kerala tour.

Actually I had no problems in using their service,as they have highly trained staffs and drivers....

Booked taxi for 4am to Airport. No car till 4:30. In between I called up to remind, then a driver calls and tells 'saar arriving in 5 minutes'. Didn't arrive in 5 minutes. Took Uber to Airport. Why to book these taxi service when there is Uber? They don't even have cashless payment which is really required in trips to airport. When you get drippes, you don't have to search for change for 10 minutes.

actually i came to know about mango cabs very accidentally.But once i get to know about their service,they are amazing.I booked them from the railway station and till the hotel the driver explained each and every detail as a tour guide to me.That was a wonderful experience and i used their service afterwards every time i visit trivandrum.
