worst cab service. i ve booked to railway station .The driver purposely went along wrong way in order to make the bill high .initially they told rate is 290. later he gave bill of 430 .NEVER EVER GO FOR IT
mango cabs is one of the best service in Kerala. They provide excellent and professional drivers, who are very well aware of the routes and roads. The driver so kind person. who was allocated for me was very professional and courteous. Their charges are also normal. Just go for it.

Poor service. While booking the cab , they gave me an estimate of Rs 1700 for the trip from airport to Kollam. After the trip , they demanded 2350. Driver gave me a mobile no to raise the complaint and that guy said that the call centre guys are incompetent and I should gave the rate he mentioned. When I asked for the detailed break down , he made up some calculations & told me that I have to give 2150 as the final amount. Finally I gave the amount he asked as it was late night.

i used the mangocabs services three times in trivandrum. Their services are totally waste. They have no timing. They will provide services to customers at their own interest. i booked one ride on June 2016 from Thampanoor to Neyyattinkara. Booked at around 1:00 PM. Customer care executive told that Ritz taxi will reach with in 10 minutes. After 20 Minutes i called again, executive told there is a traffic problem near palayam, thats why its late. At last the taxi reached at 2:20 PM and we went to Neyyattinkara. Their prices are good.
On today[22/09/2016] i booked the same mangocab from kozhikode. Route:- WestHIll to Medical college at 10:45 AM.

Booked the ride and get the SMS confirmation with booking code:44446.
10:45 AM - Called to customer for the status. Executive told that cab will reach soon and driver will call.
11:00 AM Again Called, Executive told the same words
11:30 Again Called, Phone not attended
11:40 Again Called, Executive attended and told that she will check it and call back soon. But now the time is 6:43 PM. Till Now no one[Executive/Driver] called to my mobile or landphone.

I have had to put up with extremely bad service many times. Today as well. No punctuality, arrogant and indecent behaviour, dirty cabs. I think Mango is the worst in the city of Trivandrum. Why choose them again when there are so many better companies? God save your company, Mango. I don't think you yourselves can save it.
I'm surprised to see some good reviews along with bad ones. Of course, they can be easily doctored and there can also be some happy accidents of good service!

When I pointed out, I was told that I should have pointed out. That means only people who know Trivandrum can take their service. The driver and the company told me my character was bad. I was made to pay the extra amount for their mistake. It is better to take Ola or Uber. It is expensive, but it is safe. These guys are dangerous.

hey were also able to accommodate for our infant son with a baby capsule. The car was spacious and comfortable and the drivers professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this service for airport transfers, especially when travelling with young children. i liked the service

This is probably one of the worst Taxi companies currently in Trivandrum district, they were extremely good in the past and their services have deteriorated to below zero level I the past few months. Twice taxi were send to wrong pickup points though we have we have given the right location. I have booked a taxi today for 1845 to be picked up from home to take me to airport, no driver a phoned me until 1900 so I decided to call their office, the person who answered the phone said 15 minutes and the same story continued for the next one hour, and the result is we missing the flight.. The company has become totally unreliable. I'm sure who have used their services have got the sa.e opinion as me,

Don't use this my friends. Horrible experience. Booked a cab for 10:30 to be informed at 12:00 that the taxi is not available. Reason: taxi met with an accident, but the driver calls separate asking for a different rate!?!../ don't rely on their service.
Close to the exit of the airport, very efficient des desk, you luggage Desappear and get brought to a white car. Address is known and Ravi paid at the beginning. No surprise.

Cab details was shared a day before and I was picked up on time from thampanoor station early in the morning. Hussain our cab driver was friendly and courteous.car was in good condition.i would Highly recomended J&J taxi services if u plan to visit Kerala.
We had a long but very comfortable drive. The driver spoke fluently English, Stopped along the way for drinks and snacks. We had a calm and safe drive.
Yesterday I booked a cab (for exam purpose) which was scheduled for next day around 11.45am, But they didn't provided a cab on time, despite of confirmation. Only after reaching halfway to the destination, around 12.45pm the driver called me and asked where to come... Irresponsible, unprofessional and pathetic service. They should have at least call me at morning and convey the matter, then I would look for some other arrangements.. There was no response from their side even when I called at 11.30am to get driver's details...
