The Cut Salon Review

Done by ERIC! I absolutely love how it turned out! My hair was originally red-ish dark brown. But he did wonderful job by making it exactly what I wanted! Definitely coming-back place.

I went here on short notice. My blonde hair was so dull and I tried to do my own roots (it was an emergency) and they came out yellow. Jennifer Penrod took one look and knew exactly what to do. She wove through the base and it was instant pop! The blonde she created had a subtle dimension and the light bounces off it with the perfect shade of light golden blonde -- perfect for my skin tone! The price was right too. My hair is so weird you never know what to e Percy. I'm just glad I found someone who can handle it and make it look awesome instead of just settling for whatever hair. 5 stars for sure!

I'm a loyal customer of this salon. Amber is the best stylist! She's extremely pleasant, talented, & there's plenty of nearby parking. It's a win-win all around! :)

I had a decent haircut here. I wanted some length off -a couple inches, I said but she wanted to preserve the length, and she did. Haha! Still got rid of some damaged ends.

I had been searching for someone who really knows how to cut curly hair for a long time. I found her. Jennifer Penrod cut my hair hair into a very lovely and flattering shape. She also knew how to care for my hair after and offered great suggestions for maintenance. I have had amazing results with Jennifer.

What a harmony I experienced at the Cut hair salon today... My stylist was Clara. She was very attentive. When she worked on cutting my hair she was very focused and creative. It seems that she enjoys very much what she is doing. I want to say that I had a great time. Thank you, Clara. - Birute S.

Let me start by saying Jamie is AMAZING!

The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Jamie is very personable and made me feel right at home. She did such a fantastic job and she was so patient with me (My hair needed a whole make over. Two tone color, cut, and style) and made sure everything was how I wanted it. Needless to say I took up her chair for quite a while and I never once felt rushed.

Everyone was so accommodating. One of the ladies even ran over to their sister salon to get the color I needed!

I will surely be coming back here and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great salon.

I have been going here for years. Donna is the best. The staff is really friendly and the prices are reasonable for Santa Monica area. I always look forward to going to get a haircut.

My stylist was Heather. She was kind and engaging with me. She gave me exactly what I wanted with my highlights. It was a great experience!

Jenni totally ignored my requests for what I wanted for my haircut and color...requested same color and cut as previous appointment, but did not seem to actively listen, instead was distracted with her phone and I felt very rushed when she was rushing to wash my hair. I have seen other reviews for her on Yelp similar to this so at least she is showing to be consistent. Needless to say, I will not return, waste of good money. Does not seem to understand how to truly cut curly/wavy hair, even though she seems to think she does.

I have been going to the Cut for 5 years and won't go anywhere else. Donna is the best, but the whole staff is friendly, easy-going and the price isn't too bad. Free parking in the back, coffee/water while you wait too. Great place

When it comes to customer service, Julia takes the cake. What a very sweet soul and helpful individual. She is patient, kind and understanding.

Also, the shop is very clean and the rest of the staff are very talented. Some of the best stylist work here. Fun atmosphere and great vibes.

The prices are very affordable. The owner and manager are also great. I guess this is what they mean when they say "attitude reflects leadership." Highly Recommend!
