Booked taxi for 4am to Airport. No car till 4:30. ...

Booked taxi for 4am to Airport. No car till 4:30. In between I called up to remind, then a driver calls and tells 'saar arriving in 5 minutes'. Didn't arrive in 5 minutes. Took Uber to Airport. Why to book these taxi service when there is Uber? They don't even have cashless payment which is really required in trips to airport. When you get drippes, you don't have to search for change for 10 minutes.
