One of the best cab services in trivandrum. I am a regular taxi user and i had tried many taxi services.But i felt most happy with mango cabs. Because of their excellent customer service and good cab drivers i always felt a extra comfort when riding with them.

I used Mango Cabs extensively for a family function in Trivandrum where we were hosting guests from all over the country. I found their service prompt, efficient and courteous. Multiple pickups and intra-city transfers were both handled well. Customer service was quick to respond to any eventualities. Drivers were polite and drove well maintained vehicles. I recommend their service to whoever is looking for taxi services in Trivandrum

The driver was very punctual and he knew all the nearby sight seeing place.

Worst customer care. They harass you . families stay away.

Having cheating drivers like Sajumon.
They will cheat different rates for same place same distance.

Today morning we had pickup from killipalam to technopark phase 3 by mango cab.Driver *Haseeb* who called the office and charged RS:310/- for 15km
He is good and did the best.

Afternoon we had pickup from technopark phase 3 to killipalam same 15km with Driver *Sajumon*.He charged
RS 370/- for the same distance with out calling office.He told that mango cab office is asked to collect Rs:370/-.from us.It is not good.Here after we will not book car from mango cab.

Excellent driving and safe too. me and frnds, we had good experience with driver. He guided us beautifully. He is like a friend to us. Showed beautiful places for our memories. He took us to tasty food hotels.. he recommended Kerala traditional dance and martial art and we enjoyed it. Totally we enjoyed his driving, guiding, fun and his companionship.

The driver showed up 40 minutes late.
Very bad driving with killer stopping at close distances to vehicles ahead.
The Mango customer Service is hopeless as no one answers .

Pathetic and terrible...booked 2 cabs 2 days in advance....got confirmation messages instantly. On the booking day no response.Called their customer care and calls won't go through .U get a bloody non sense ad as sms in return after sometime somehow managed to get in touch with customer care and the guy promises that driver will call in 5 mins . nothing happens for 40 mins.then we take uberhire .After I hr from booking time.a guy calls and says that he is the cab driver....such an unprofessional service..stay away from.mango....thry are rotten

very much happy by your services. taxi was on time and driver was really friendly and full of knowledge about flights etc.
He also took care of taxi stop near the flight company counter.

Worst experience..booked desire can for railway station drop at 7:50 and told urgent.
Till 750 nobody called and when I called driver not yet started.
Car came and it was Dutson.

At the time of ordering they told the cab will come in 15 minutes time. But waiting for one hour the vehicle will not come. On calling each time, they will tell the car will come in 10 min time. After a few calls they are not attending the call or disconnecting it after picking up. Finally they attended the phone and told they have not taken any money from us and if we want we can cancel the order. We suffered a lot because of their irresponsible behavior. My recommendation is never ever depend on their service. They are so irresponsible.

last time when i called mango cabs and booked a ride for morining 8.45 the driver came at 9.20 .
I called mango cabs again the for another ride.It was along drive and when had to stop two times in between to get breakfast and lunch.
I told the driver to buy anything as he liked and i would pay the bill.After having his meal he came to our table with the bill and stood there watching us eat .I told him to leave the bill but i could see him watching our plates it was really awkward.The rates given by them is high when compared to other cab rides
when you call a cab service and ask for an estimate They will give give an amount which is almost as charged in the end but with mango cabs ,even if you take a ride after asking for an estimate the rates may vary more than 1000.No one will answer their phone on time.
the worst part is their attitude take a long drive with mango cabs and you will understand this.
their service is nothing when compared to other cab services in trivandrum. Taking an auto is much better than riding with mango cabs..

Highly recommend this service! Our hotel was kind of hard to find and they were able to get us dropped off and picked up with no problem at all. Also our flight was delayed and hour and got in close to midnight but our driver was there waiting for us with a smile.

Terrible customer care!! Because of delayed pick-up, i missed my flight! On the day of my pick up just 5 minutes before the stipulated time, they changed the driver! they did not even bother to inform me or the replacement driver! Neither did they share the replacement drivers number!! and as always the customer care was busy!! And they wont own up their mistake! Now I have been chasing them for compensation for over 3 weeks now, they have been dodging from paying me giving me lame excuses! They simply have lost credibility.

Bad experience during these days. They are not sending cabs on time, even for Airport drop which is risking the checkin time. They made us wait 45 minutes on the road and the driver kept on lied regarding his current position. And the worst part is, once after boarding, driver drives in a rash format to keep up the time and to pick the next client which is again risking all our lives. This is the not the first time happening to me. I will never choose mango cabs again. One more thing I need to add here is, while entering the airport the KM reading was 11.7. He dropped us on the entry gate and left to parking lot. Later after 10 km when he joined us back to pick us the KM reading was 13.9, which is fishy. If you want a safe journey, choose other operators. Thats my call.

I run a cafe in trivandrum.I urgently needed a taxi at night time to move some order to a client. I booked on mango cabs and said like i have to carry some luggage.They sent me big car which i can load all my order and comfortably ride.That were a huge help at that night and the best part is that they didn't even charge me extra for the luggage.I had only pay for the ride and actually i really enjoyed the customer support.
