27.07.19: I have changed my review based on a pleasent experience with mango cabs.. 4stars

15.07.19.One star : Bad experience review. I had to catch a bus to Bangalore today at 8:00 pm. I pre-booked a cab for 7 pm. I reminded them at 6pm, called again at 6:50(this didn't go through) and atlast they called me back at 7:00 informing that the cab is late. .. I waited till 7:22.. nothing came.. I called back . They even don't want to listen.. The worst part is the lying. The service area person mentioned the cab is late because of traffic.. when I called the driver he told that the cab allocated to me broke down.
