After recieving my order promptly, but with one product unfortunately slightly damaged, I contacted Botany asking for a replacement. I was surprised at how quickly and generously the problem was dealt with- excellent customer service, and great products too! Highly recommend
Great products! I use the essential oils, the serums (my favourite is Vitamin B Niacinamide), the hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, and the botany aromatherapy exfoliants (petitgrain leaf, geranium, coconut). I have sensitive skin so these natural, organic products cause no irritation, they smell great, and I love the packaging too!
