Its a good taxi service its rates are not higher. service is also too good last sunday I had to go munnar me and my friends and its make excelant drive and the driver are so kindly person.....we loved that trip... so thanku mangocabs ...... we really enjoyed...

Took their service on dec 2020 for pick up from airport. It was prompt and good service. The driver Mr. Abdul Sathar was a good guy. The only issue faced was the delay in sms confirmations. Didn't get the driver details until calling back the customer service while waiting for the taxi, though the driver was waiting at the airport. However, the driver and car details came to me after boarding the car. Also, the amount to be paid reached me after paying the driver. May be due to technical issues these happened. Everything else was perfect. But at that time, it was worrying thinking of the same complaints raised here on similar grounds before an year by other customers.
Always use this service from the Airport to my hotel. Safe drivers who know where to go. The vehicle and driver is always immaculate. I consider the service good value for money.
I were a little bit confused at first when i saw this much negative comments in this page but anyways l tried them.Actually I got a very good support from their side this time .The customer service were very good and actually the driver also reached the point correctly and droped off at the exact point where i said.The rates were also quite reasonable compared to other taxi services.Quite reliable now and i think they had upgraded the services nowadays.Totally reccomend to all who looks for a decent taxi service.

One of the worst cab service. Their drivers will charge more money than actual price both mango cab and drivers play a huge game. Mango cabs never say correct price to customer through SMS or phone call this is what their system. I think their 5 reviews are paid reviews. While travelling in mango cabs we should confirm the pricing before itself.

Used the service twice today. Both times the drivers seemed to be driving race cars and not taxis. In fact we narrowly missed getting into a major mishap on our way to kovalam. The cars are well maintained but the drivers scare the hell out of you showcasing their driving skills

Great service and updates, everything was as agreed. Price, pick up location, time, and everything else was to plan and there were no issues. We paid the driver directly in cash when she dropped us off at the hotel. Driver was friendly and courteous, drove very well in heavy traffic when in the city. Would highly recommend this transfer company.

We have booked a cab in advance for 03rd Nov 2016 5:00am from kazhakuttom to Thampanoor central railway station trivandrum. They have sent the confirmation message with driver s mobile number on 2nd Nov late night. I have called the driver @ 5, then mobile was ringing and there was no response. I have called the customer service and they informed that they will check and call me back soon. There was no response from the customer service guys/driver's number. Again I tried calling the drivers number and I was getting busy tone. It was 5.20 now (have to catch the train from Trivandrum @ 6.00) and we were not able to find an alternate option as it is early morning. I called the customer service center for one last time. This time service center guy has cooked up a story saying that cab met with an accident [also told that driver was out of reachable, Note: driver s number was ringing for me and it also gets busy in between].
