Excellent and reliable service. We used this service 4 times during our recent trip to Trivandrum. The drivers were extremely friendly and spoke English. They were always on time and we wouldn t hesitate to use them again. Fantastic for families travelling with younger children who need transport with a child seat.
The driver was very punctual and he knew all the nearby sight seeing place.

It was raining heavily and I couldn't not find any vehicle to reach airport from Kazhakootam. I quickly called Mango cabs and they said no car is free now but can provide one within 30mins. I said i will wait and within 30mins the driver contacted and picked me up. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

I hv booked cab to drop me at domastic airport cab reach on time at pickup point Taj Vivanta. No charges has been disclosed on booking or on confirmation message. I hv asked driver where is meter he has shown car kilometers meter and set zero. When i reach airport i asked how much he called on one no and askme for Rs.450/= as Air port drop charges. when i asked him why? he said it is standard for our co. when i threten him he has taken Rs.350/=.

Very good service from trivandrum airport after I mistakenly asked them to pick me up 24hrs early. Rather than getting angry the team totally understood and arranged to pick me up the day after, the service was smooth and the car very clean. I highly recommend this service!

As promissed the driver was waiting and easy to find, and the ride to the hotel was a pleasure. When we should go back again, the driver showed up 15 min before planned, so we could be in better time to the airport.

They do not provide sms/email with the cost of the travel immediately after the end of the trip, we have to pay what the driver asks. They do not cash or online payments, so we do not have proof of payment. I had used the cab and paid money that the driver demanded, 5 days later I got an SMS from the cab service with the cost, which was much lesser than what I paid, I called them up and they sided with the driver even though I tried explaining, they gave my personal no to the driver who called me and spoke very unprofessionally. Since the payment was made in cash there was no proof. They said they will look into the matter and never reverted.
Piece of advice to anyone who wishes to use this cab service, do not use. They cheat you and make you look like the culprit.

Really good service.We were quite concerned with safety issues as we were all ladies to travel in such a long distance but let me say the cab service experience entirely changed our concerns and thoughts, we travelled so safely to home and the journey was very comfortable. This post is to make folks in the Trivandrum area aware of the despicable service and treatment we received at the hands of Mango Cabs this week. We have been happy customers of Mango Cabs for nearly 5 years now and always relied on them for keeping time. Their customer service was also quite commendable, until this set of experiences. We had a flight to board for which the cab arrived nearly an hour late. The driver seemed to be the least bothered about being irresponsible and does not even get out of the cab to help load our luggage so we can get moving quick. Travelling with an infant can be hectic as it is, and while racing to the airport, the cars is out of fuel. At this point, we are at our wits end cos we are nearly sure that we won t make the flight. We had to be at our destination the next morning for urgent reasons and there was no other travel means except for travelling by road which would be harrowing for all of us. We couldn t get on our flight. Luckily(we ll not so lucky, we lost a good sum of money), there was another early morning flight. We got back home and again booked a cab from them. We demanded that we should not be charged for the trip and they did agree but honestly is it just about the money? We specifically asked them to reach about 15 minutes early, but yet again they reached 10 minutes late. Frankly, the 10 minutes wouldn t really have bothered us if we hadn t already missed one flight and then when we asked the driver why he was late despite the specification to arrive early, he started abusing us in a manner of ranting that he had to get out of bed in the wee hours because of us. We had hardly had a couple of hours sleep and still kept a good face while the driver asked us to go ask Mango Cabs for a refund for our missed flight instead of blowing steam on him. All we asked him, was the reason for him not keeping time. We stopped talking seeing his manners. We did make the flight this time, and on contacting Mango Cabs to report the ill-mannered driver, he didn t entertain us much. Instead, after dropping our call, he called us back from a different number and harassed and abused us in the local language. We repeatedly asked him his name but he didn t share it. All in all, we are done with Mango Cabs and they have lost a good customer base as we have recommended them to a number of friends.

Extremely unprofessional and unorganized!! Even after giving all the details they still did not organize the trips as per schedule due to which my guest had to wait up to 45 min for the pick up... the whole marriage pick up and drop was spoiled by these guys... timely update about schedule changes were given and still they failed to update their drivers about it. One car was send instead of two. So people had to wait until the first car dropped the guest and returned for the next set. They caused extreme inconvenience to my guest and also me. In the end since I was out of town and could not do the remaining payment on time they send me a mail that said if I don t pay them ASAP they would call up my guest and ask for the payment. Seriously??? Where was this sense of urgency when you made my guest wait for 45 mins??? I would never opt Mango cabs and also not suggest it to anyone... please do not choose them for any important event... extremely disappointed...
