Pathetic and terrible...booked 2 cabs 2 days in ad...

Pathetic and terrible...booked 2 cabs 2 days in advance....got confirmation messages instantly. On the booking day no response.Called their customer care and calls won't go through .U get a bloody non sense ad as sms in return after sometime somehow managed to get in touch with customer care and the guy promises that driver will call in 5 mins . nothing happens for 40 mins.then we take uberhire .After I hr from booking time.a guy calls and says that he is the cab driver....such an unprofessional service..stay away from.mango....thry are rotten
