Terrible customer care!! Because of delayed pick-up, i missed my flight! On the day of my pick up just 5 minutes before the stipulated time, they changed the driver! they did not even bother to inform me or the replacement driver! Neither did they share the replacement drivers number!! and as always the customer care was busy!! And they wont own up their mistake! Now I have been chasing them for compensation for over 3 weeks now, they have been dodging from paying me giving me lame excuses! They simply have lost credibility.
