Even decor is nice and eclectic food is overpriced and oily, I got sick right after And never plan to comes back in another hand the service sucks , the Miami arrogance always a turn off.

We have been coming here since the very 1st day they opened and though the restaurant is MUCH large now then in the beginning the food is still just as amazing and we are always so at home here. It is our most recommended restaurant for people coming to the Design District. Don't miss.

Best food ever!!! Must try grilled octopus, it s my favorite and I order it everywhere I travel, but this place has the best one! Very pleasant atmosphere, super clean and lovely. Our fish took a little extra time, but the waiter brought us baklava at the end as compliments for a little wait and it was delish as well and not loaded with sugar like most other places. Definitely recommend

Usually good, but tonight the server never came to take our order. But try it, it's good.

Great atmosphere ! After a 45 min wait at 2:30 pm the waiter took the order 4 gyros wraps and mousaca , 2 dessert 130$ too expensive for the quantity.

Went to enjoy dinner. We were sat quick but the waiter took a while to arrive to the table. I don't normally eat Greek food but wanted to try and enjoy a good service.
Two tables were sat right after us near our table and they received service right away. Our waiter did not get drinks or anything else. We sat and waited for 30 minutes and restaurant was not busy at all and nobody came to offer anything.. very disappointed in this place as a service perspective.

We were near the entrance in the restaurant. We HAD to get up and leave.

Never recommending this place or going back.

Beautiful outdoor garden setting. Excellent food and service. Wines over priced.

I was at a conference in Miami and wanted to get out of the hotel. This restaurant was recommended by a friend. I took an Uber from the Intercontinental to Wynwood and then walked to the restaurant. I showed up at about 7:00 with no reservation and was promptly seated.

The outdoor patio was great, secluded from the street with viewing access to the kitchen and server station. It was bustling, lots of couples, families and peeps out for the night (was a Friday).

I ordered a beer and the moussaka. The crusty bread was served in a small paper bag, and was perfect with olive oil. The moussaka was bomber, super creamy served in a small ramekin. I love making moussaka at home, I have a couple recipes (one vegetarian, one lamb) and this was by far the est moussaka I've ever had.

Service was good, servers were jovial, and having worked in restaurants for 25 years I was able to commiserate. Good conversation.

The only reason I would give four stars is because they should have warned me that dining alone was selfish and I should have brought my wife :)

The food was fantastic, prepared in a simple and authentic fashion with very fresh ingredients. I would have given it 5 stars but honestly, for a Greek/Turkish restaurant the portions were way too small. I have never seen such a small Greek salad.

Delicious food, lovely setting. The beets and manti dumplings were fantastic! Highly recommend going here.

After a stressful city tour, a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere resto overlooking the sea and the city. The food is all right.

Love the place, they madrid an excellent Job with the decoration. The service is very nice, at lease when I have gone and the food is Good! Min the heart of the Design District! And close to the luxury mall! Great option if you are looking for something unique around the area.

Not only they took double the time in delivering the food (32min) but the hostess kept lying about the reason they were so late... trying to say it was my fault... what happened to the client is always right?
Good food, bad management. The client should never be corrected and lied to.... when this things happen, try to complement the experience instead of kicking me out with lies and bad attitude...

Lamb burger was super over cooked and bland in flavor, while the fries were not crunchy and hard as stone. $6 of a small esspresso. For the price of the food this place fails to deliver

No need to travel to Greece, just come visit Mandolin. The atmosphere is perfect and the food is incredible and so fresh. Favorites are the Greek salad, grilled octopus and mint tea.

Mandolin is your go to Greek restaurant in Miami that will always deliver. Tucked away a little further north of the Design District it s easy to miss if you haven t been before. From the moment you walk in it feels as if you have been teleported directly to an island in Greece. As many times as I have been, I mainly alternate between the fish courses and the lamb chops. Definitely recommend a reservation in advance (via Yelp) or you may find yourself waiting for a while.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special bar drinks. The side of fresh fruit was also generous and perfectly ripe.

Greek/Turkish fusion bistro with patio seating. We've been to this quaint restaurant before and have really enjoyed ourselves every time. The food is always fresh, delicious and service is fast and very friendly. We really love how organic and natural this place feels. We also enjoy the outdoor seating area and find the setup under the old trees, the orchids and the wild birds that fly by relaxing and romantic for date night. They also offer inside seating. No parking available, but you can park about a block away at a private parking lot for $5 for the first 4 hours.

I loved this place but the last experience was not good. The place too full, to the point that you have to shout at the one next to you. We were 6 people and the table size very small. This made us feel uncomfortable because reaching and passing the dishes was laborious. And finally the account .... super expensive. The food is good but not for those prices and after all the inconveniences of the night. Anyway I invited everyone to the site I was very disappointed.

Great atmosphere, great service, great food! What else do you need.

We parked in a good spot next to the restaurant and the valet parking saw us parking, after we finished our dinner, we found out the car was towed. We asked the guys in the valet parking and with sarcastic expression gave us the towing company phone number. Additional expense for $125.00 . Most probably the valet is getting additional commission on towed cars. Be aware or simply give the car to the valet.

Best branzino ever! And the vibe it s just awesome!

We went there with another couple who have been there many times. Most of the seating is outdoors in a courtyard under large trees, so beware if it looks like rain. We ordered several mezzes (appetizers): the Turkish Sampler (hummus, tomato and eggplant), grilled octopus, Greek salad, Tiger shrimp.... then shared 2 main courses: Branzino and chicken kebab... All were very good, especially when washed down with a pitcher of their special white sangria... which was tasty but not much alcohol... didn't even feel it.

Atmosphere, terrace very nice, just a little expensive qd even for what it is, even if very good!

It's a nice place. We eat outside, in a large space under trees, tents and umbrellas. The food is Greek, rustic like the local and the service is pleasant and efficient. You're fine, you talk well. Personally I do not go crazy for this type of cuisine, and when I come here I usually eat pita and hummus and a salad with feta cheese.

My favourite restaurant in Miami! The food is amazing, the ambiance charming (you don t fell yourself in Miami anymore, you are transported for a Greek island) and the staff is helpful and pleasing. During the weekends, it tends to be full, so it s important to make a reservation (yelp) to avoid the waiting.

Food was excellent and paired with great service and a cool atmosphere turned out to be a wonderful dining experience. I recommend the cheese saganaki for an appetizer.

Love love love this place! Great selection of food for all. Simple dishes, great ingredients and stunning decor that takes you back to Greece. Ordered the pine wine. I recommend to try this. It is different and really finishes like a pine cone!

Unffff this is by far one of my favorite places in the area . Try their lamb burger it is incredible. The service is good but awkward at times. The ambiance makes you feel like you're having tea in a garden which is really cool.

Amazing so fresh. Definitely authentic Greek and Turkish food. I got the chicken kabob with pilaf rice. This is the best thing on the menu. Trust me get this one you won't go wrong. I got this meal 4 times on my honeymoon, the very best. Also the Greek mountain tea is very good. The turkish coffee is legit!

Great food, delicious. Great atmosphere, cozy, warms, romantic. Except for the part where the waiters interrupted our conversation with the typical questions and the constant refiling of water, even though we had a bottle on our table.
We will go back, with a small "Do Not Disturb sign. :)

Honestly, it was my first time eating in a Korean restaurant and I was very happy and satisfied with the food that they served. Their staves were also very responsive if ever I have any concerns. Very nice restaurant with a welcoming and family atmosphere. The dishes are really tasty. Appetizer pates are very abundant .. they can be shared with more people. Very recommended also for lunch.

Food here is good, atmosphere is great. The hostesses are a mess. There is one person in particular, we don't know her name, if you don't have a reservation, she will tell you that the waiting time is 1h 30m even with a completely empty restaurant. It was not even 7pm last time we went. We have been client for several years now, but for three times in a row we had problems to get seated. Speaking of reservations, have you tried to call the restaurant? they never ever answer, how are your clients supposed to make a reservation? Something changed, before it was such a welcoming place, now it feels like a place for the illuminati.

Everything about this place is special. The aesthetics from the decor to the uniforms. It all flows so beautifully in an outdoor setting, under the trees, and open skies. The food is delicious, full of flavor and texture.
