Not only they took double the time in delivering the food (32min) but the hostess kept lying about the reason they were so late... trying to say it was my fault... what happened to the client is always right?
Good food, bad management. The client should never be corrected and lied to.... when this things happen, try to complement the experience instead of kicking me out with lies and bad attitude...
