I would give zero stars if possible. Most unprofessional, inadequate and incompetent service department I have ever dealt with. Dropped off a vehicle for diagnostics to determine what repairs needed to be made. After getting back with us the next day and informing us of what needed to be done, we opted to skip repairs for the time being. We specifically had told them the day before that whether the vehicle got repaired or not, it was a must we get it back the next day as it s the only mode of transportation for my brother to get to his job. So we called the next day, after receiving a diagnosis and pricing, that we would be there within a couple hours to pick the vehicle up. Everyone agreed that was fine. No one ever said there would be ANY kind of delay. We get there only to have the technician tell us that the car had been taken apart and it would take several hours to put back together. What?!?! First of all, why didn t someone inform us of this before we drove all the way to your business for nothing? Secondly, WHY was the vehicle taken apart at all? To my knowledge the computer does all the diagnostic work and tells you everything that is wrong. The only reason should take ANY part of the vehicle apart is if we authorized a repair of some sort, which we most certainly did not and even specifically told them the day before, DON T do ANYTHING before we find out a diagnosis, pricing, and give you the approval or not, to proceed. So here we are. You cost me gas to make multiple trips to your business. You cost my brother a days pay because he had no way to get to his job. All because of incompetence. And you re lucky you didn t cost my brother his job because of your incompetence. I do expect my bill adjusted after this headache. Either zero balance the cost of the diagnostics; $144, which was over priced anyway. Most businesses only charge $100. OR you can reimburse me for my gas, or my brother for a days lost wages. One way or the other, I WILL be compensated for the hassle and they better hope they put the car back together properly so no new problems arise. I can have my attorney there otherwise in a matter of minutes.
