I can t say enough about how well this dealership ...

I can t say enough about how well this dealership has treated me. I purchased a new Ram from them a few years ago and got a great deal, but this visit was for a used truck. AJ was an easy-going salesman who went out of his way to get me into a used truck that I love, and the GM Brian went above and beyond to make the deal work and really got me out of bad situation in my old vehicle. I think is kinda rare to walk away from a car dealership feeling like you were treated like family and in disbelief at the deal you got, but Mall of GA CDJ did that for me and has earned a customer for life.

This person had a sales person contact me immediately who already knew what I was looking for, arranged for me to view and drive the car. The entire process was great and I highly recommend Ryan Bills and the staff here.

My husband and I went to test drive a Jeep Wrangler on 11/4 and were greeted by Jeffrey Patrick. I ended up seeing a Durango that I loved, so we decided to test drive both. No paperwork to fill out, no sales pitch, just test drives. Turned out, we loved both cars and decided to purchase that day. Jeff was pleasant, patient, and just an overall cool guy. No time wasted here. This is by far the best experience I've had at any car dealership. With the help of John Price I was able to find the car that I love at an amazing price. I would recommend Mall of Georgia Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep to anyone looking for an amazing car buying experience.

Have not had a very good experience with my purcha...

Have not had a very good experience with my purchase and service department did not do what I had requested. I had requested more than 5 times that my vehicle be parked in the front where I can pick it up sunday night on my way back. Just lock the keys in it. I would ring a second set. Simple request. I was assured it would be taken care of.
Went to pick it up and its lockrd up in a fenced area in the very back of the dealership.
I live 80+ miles away. And need my truck for work monday morning. Now one of my guys does not have transportation and I cant go to my schedule appointment. This neglect had caused a very big problem.
My other problem was the day I picked up my truck one of the sales manager stoped me in the parking lot and was extreamely rude and was saying we need to talk. After I had made the deal with another manager 3 days before and signed the contract.Very unprofessional. I am starting to to think I have made a very bad decision to go to thid dealership.

Looked at a Chrysler town & Country that was obvio...

Looked at a Chrysler town & Country that was obviously beat. Car had broken plastic panels and far too much wear & Tear for a 41k mile car. Our immediate salesperson wasn't bad, but was new. He had to "check with his manager" on every point of negotiations, including my request that the vehicle be fixed and guaranteed due to an obvious engine issue uncovered during the test drive. His manager left my pregnant wife waiting in the showroom for nearly an hour before coming to speak with us, which was, not surprisingly, as we were walking out the door. Then came the hard sell.

1. No, sir, you have no "assurances" that I will at any point in the transaction purchase the car, and so I will not be forced to sign anything prior to pricing negotiations.

2. Vehicles should be well presented before sale. They should be detailed and presentable, and not have old food in the carpet, nor should they have missing plastic panels.

3. Rust should be repaired, particularly in Georgia, prior to sale. This should be accomplished prior to the vehicle being listed or offered for sale, particularly if you intend to offer the vehicle at full Kelly Blue Book Pricing. If you price it as an "Excellent condition" level, the vehicle needs to be in excellent condition. This includes mechanical problems. Do not attempt to play off mechanical problems by saying it "Isn't a big deal," and that it can be repaired after purchase. Further, do not insult your customer's intelligence by telling them that you don't have an alternator in stock. An alternator is a stock part, and any competent service department should be able to swap one in ~30 minutes.

4. If you shop this dealership, be wary of the loose floor in the showroom. The boards are pulling up and loose, and present a trip hazard.

5. Forewarned is forearmed. Come to the negotiation table ready to do battle. This is clearly a high-pressure dealership that is willing to sell lemons to customers at a price high above the actual retail value of the vehicle. If you want a Chrysler product, I highly recommend you check out either of the following two dealers, with whom I have had good experiences in past dealings:

Gwinett Chrysler- The dealer fee is high, but the sales staff are very helpful.

Akins Ford/Chrysler- Very good selection of new/used inventory at good prices, and they are very customer focused.

This dealership was absolutely phenomenal. My mom and I went in to look at a car with a sales rep we had been talking with over the phone up until that point. He was able to help me get the Jeep of my dreams for the price I wanted, and I did not feel rushed or haggled at all. Ryan Bills gave me all the information I asked for and took the time to show me the cool features my car had to offer. He cared for the customer (me) from the time he first called until the moment I drove my Jeep off the lot, and I can tell that this dealership emphasizes CONTINUAL customer care, even after purchase. 10/10 would recommend getting a Jeep

I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with less than 2000 miles, which was purchased at Hayes Chrysler Jeep and Dodge, Eric got me in and out with no hassle I will make it a point to Always have my service taken care of at this location. Contacted then to purchase a car and when i spoke on the call the guy who spoke with me said ok for 0 down and also mentioned the price difference if i choose their finance partners so as he agreed for that i told to oull credit providing my SSN. I didnt get any response and very next day he was on leave and contacted other guy now they say i need to pay 3000$ down and my credit was pulled twice which MALL OF GEROGIA didnt agree. I contacted creditor and they said mall of georgia pulled my credit twice.

Misguided, slow response.
I am not gonna refer anyone here and if you want to buy from them please confirm everything before you proceed.

After the nightmare of having to deal with the incompetent frauds at Rick Hendrick... I thought to myself, "I'm never going to buy another Jeep-brand vehicle as long as I live." I was absolutely dismayed at who Fia Chrysler Automobiles let represent their brand. Then I met Colin Cappy (Service Director) and his team at Mall of Georgia Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Colin worked with me on correcting several issues. (And these were not minor issues!) Communication was STELLAR! Nothing is ever perfect... but you could just tell that this service center makes a true and honest effort every single time. And... it starts at the top. So I take my hat off to Colin and I recommend his team at Mall of Georgia. Thank you for being professionals in a field where so many are not.

There's a reason for the expression "Everyone should know a good doctor, a good lawyer, and good MECHANIC"!

I now have a dealership I can trust. Thank you!

UPDATE 5/24/19

This dealer's service center had trouble completing simple tasks - such as an alignment or an oil change. It got to the point where I feel they were actually embarrassed and they weren't making money off servicing my Jeep. I reached out to the Service Director by phone multiple times and left VM. I emailed him 2/20, 3/20 and left my number with the receptionist too. After at least six attempts... I get the hint. I also get to alter my review.

They guys at Flat Out do great work. They removed windshield and window tinting on our car that a previous owner had put on himself. The windshield and windows look brand new and when it rains the water just beads up and rolls right off. FANTASTIC JOB!!! THANK YOU!

From buying a car to service. These guys are really i big group of idiots. Tom is sales basically told me to screw off. After Cotton and Robert smooth over everything Tom screwed up I tried to go in for my first service, 29000 miles, we were told by Justin we needed two services. A grand total of 500 bucks. Firstly I am a service manager and our services totaled 200 compared to theirs. Secondly the was no defined interval where these services should be preformed. Ok so i did play stupid when Justin told me what the car needed. The only reason I was there was to get our free services that was included in the sale. But really why call and tell us our car needed services but didnt have a leg to stand on when asked can you show me where it says im suppose to change the fluid. Boy he looked dumb after I told him what my career was. IDOITS. Please take your car to anywhere but here.

I was looking for cars online. I knew what I wanted and I'm not a fan of salespeople who forces us to buy what they want..
Anyways, i started looking/talking online with this Dealership and they were great, very attentive and they showed me by email many options.
Mr Marcus McWhorter was very receptive and friendly treating me and my father (who doesn't speak English, yet) very nicely.
After couple months i came ready to buy and Salesman Mr Joe Henderson took his time to show me many cars available, showed all the features in the car, very friendly and patient.
The financial department was also great, Mr Jay.
I would definitely recommend this Jeep/Dodge/Ram Dealership.
Excellent dealership.

My Service Advisor, Josh, is always very helpful, knowledgeable & professional when it comes helping us keep our 125k mile 2014 5.7L Jeep Grand Cherokee running like brand new. Buyer Beware- several weeks after purchase i received finance statement from TD. The statement showed more money was added to the loan- the finance agent Joe for Ram added additional warranty onto loan amount and deceived me into signing document while distracting me. also added the buyer's aggreement with my own calculator- they added it incorrectly to the tune of $1400.00- also added into loan amount. ADD your buyer's agreement yourself and see if they have done this to others as well. We believe they are colluding with the finance companies to take advantage of customers- TD completely looked the other way and did nothing to get involved. Ram's corporate offices are also looking the other way as well- they do not want to interfere with the dearler's business practices. We've been here for over 4 hours getting an oil ch...

We've been here for over 4 hours getting an oil change and alignment. Now they say it's done; so I asked for the specs to the alignment. Service tech now tells us that the printer is not working and they had to put our Jeep back on the alignment machine. Just seemes shady. There goes our Saturday :(

After waiting an additional hour they finally gave me a picture that showed the vehicle is still out of alignment but that's as close as they can get it. Odd now there is wear and tear but before I asked for the specs everything was fine.

We came to the dealer expecting higher prices and quality service just to find they are deceiving their consumers and not truly performing the service that you pay for.

We demanded a refund and got it. They also offer to fill our tank due to the delay, but that doesn't give me or my family our 5+ hours back.

I bought a 2013 jeep Grand Cherokee limited in 2015 and got the extended warranty . I pay it off this past Jan 2019 I went to ask if it would cover the repair the sunroof liner. I was told the warranty expired in Dec 2018. I told them that wasn't right I still had miles to go before it expired. The told me the warranty started the day the Jeep was first put out for sale in 2012, we bought it Sept 9th 2015 ! We didn't even own it in 2012 !!!! They screwed me out of 2 years and $3500 for the extended warranty. We got the warranty booklet down and it plainly says in black and white they the warranty started the day WE BOUGHT IT IN 2015, not the day it was put out for sale . I will never buy from them again they are cheats !!! IF ANYONE ELSE GETS A EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THEM BEWARE ! They will screw you over ! Even though you have proof they are wrong .

I went to this dealership in hopes of being put into a vehicle. Because that's what I heard they were good at. Jeff was my salesman. And I have nothing but good things to say about him. They out me in a car and I had this car for 2 weeks. Purchased insurance on it and everything. Then come to find out they said I "lied about my income" and "lied about my start date" at my job. I brought in 6 pay check stubs and even my tax paperwork. Even brought In my offer letter for work to prove where I work and when I started. They failed to tell me till the very end of everything that they do not take overtime into consideration for income until you have been at your job for 1 year. I even put 3500 down and they put me into a vehicle leading me to believe I have a new car then tell me I need to return the car. Talk about misleading!!!! And on top of it Bobby was as rude as can be. Never returned my calls and I had to come into the dealership to get his attention. Basically made it seem like it was my fault the reason I had to return the car. I guess I feel like they shouldn't make someone get insurance on a car and make them believe it's their car then make them return it.
If I could leave negative stars I would but I have to leave 1 and that will be because of Jeff I guess. I hope people read my review and it steers you away from this dealership. Bc there are better dealerships in the area. I drive by this dealership everyday to and from work and everytime I see it, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this dealership.

I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 three months ago. I am not a big fan of the buying experience! The people at this dealership made my purchase seamless. Mike Clinnin with the internet sales department worked with me through all of my questions and concerns. I chatted online with him many times and he even answered phone calls from me. We worked out a good time for me to meet with Mike Eubanks of the showroom sales group. Mr. Eubanks made it all about me. I never felt pressure and enjoyed talking with him about things other than a vehicle purchase. The truck I bought did have a few things that needed attention from the service department. Collin Cappy and his guys went way beyond the norm to make sure all my needs were met on my time schedule. It makes it hard for me that I am moving from the area. Would like to have them as the team always ready to look after my truck. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for the best buying experience!!

We've purchased two Jeeps from Mall of GA CDJ. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them! Bought our first Wrangler from Robert, then my latest Grand Cherokee from Bobby... both hard working, respectful guys. Jason's always there to help and make it happen! The service folks are fantastic and very accommodating. Big fan of Terry in the body shop! Would buy many more Jeeps and Chryslers from them, as we are obviously a Chrysler/Jeep family with 3 of them at any one time!!

This place is the very essence of a bad experience...

This place is the very essence of a bad experience. I have repeatedly attempted to purchase a vehicle from them, a very specific vehicle, and never could get the time of day. I tried to get two different salespeople to provide me details and they would not return my phone calls. I even took the initiative to address an email directly to their sales manager and never received either an acknowledgement or a reply. Finally, I gave up. Last night I put a deposit on a vehicle at another dealership for a substantially similar vehicle (Diesel Grand Cherokee) for 6K MORE than their vehicle and what appears today? Why, they have now, after almost two months decided to sell that car. Understand, I knew the vehicle they had was experiencing an issue they wanted to repair. I was willing to wait. I was willing to purchase it and fix it myself. I just wanted the car because it was EXACTLY what I wanted. Their sales staff from the top down is what is bad about car sales. Next week I take delivery of the car I purchased from Preston Hood in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I have to pay to have it delivered. I had to pay to have it inspected (galling because I am a mechanic). I had to perform everything long distance. Why couldn't at least one person have picked up the phone and told me they didn't want to sell it or were waiting until a the moon was right or they don't like my name or whatever the hell reason it was they couldn't just communicate with me? I have no idea if they are fair dealers because they don't seem to have an interest in selling anything. Maybe it's my hair! No, couldn't be because they never laid eyes on me. My voice? Hmmm.... maybe.

I had an excellent experience with Mall of GA Chrysler Dodge Jeep working with Rod Ward. Rod treated me and my 14 year old son like family. I had a hard deal and other dealership wouldn't work with me. Rod and the finance department helped me cover almost $10k negative equity and got me in an excellent Pacifica that was nicer than anything I had ever had. I brought my husband the next day and everything got handled easily. Also, I got all the features I wanted along with an affordable monthly payment and interest rate. Worst place to go. No respect at all. Drop my company car for oil change, tire rotation, and regular break inspection. Told the guy, named sam visik or something, I'll be inside waiting. After an hour and half waiting with no update went out and looked for the guy. Then he said oil change and rotation was done an hour ago but was looking for some approval to do something with the rotors and it would take an hour and half more!!! WHY IN THE WORLD that disrespectful guy did not go inside to give an update? Just to let me know what was going on and see if I could keep waiting or wanted to reschedule better???? NEVER COMING BACK. UNACCEPTABLE

I would like to thank David Eckhart (Service Dept Mgr) for his responsiveness and reception to my feedback (which btw also included kudos to Eric and the other service adviser who helped me in Josh's absence). While he did mention there's a couple of new service techs on the floor, he did not excuse the issues nor did he attempt to defend them in any way. I feel confident that David will take appropriate actions. He also stood by the offer of the full detail, and even arranged for a loaner vehicle to be made available to me when I have that done. Moving up to 4 stars now...with 5 stars pending the outcome of my detail :-D

Sales experience was great! Service...not so much.
Bought my 2018 Grand Cherokee in April 2018, and with that received a service/maintenance package...basic oil change, tire rotation, inspections, etc.. My first 5K service went just OK. Had them look at one of the doors that wasn't lined up with the frame and made an awful grinding noise. They adjusted the door hinge, but the door still wasn't aligned right. The service adviser insisted it was fine and they couldn't do any more with it. And..the service tech left left black greasy marks all over my light tan interior cockpit. The next 5K service they did use their plastic to prevent dirtying my interior (only because I reminded them to), however they didn't reset the wheel sensors with the tire rotation (I know this because I had low pressure warning come on my dash showing it was my rear passenger tire, but it was actually the front passenger tire that was low on air.) No biggie, nobody died. My most recent 5K service was this past week and it didn't go so well...when I made the appointment AND when I dropped it off, I told the service adviser I needed the 5K service, but also I felt a shimmy at high speeds, and to make sure they reset the wheel sensors with the tire rotation. When I went to pick it up, looking at the service order, they did an alignment (which I had to pay for) but hadn't done the tire rotation. My service adviser was Josh, but he wasn't there so another adviser took over, and said they would take it back in right away and no more than 15 minutes. Well 40 mins later I ask the cashier when my vehicle would be done, and she nonchalantly looked down on her desk and lo-behold was my service order. But, she had to go get the key, another 5 minutes. When I got into my vehicle, there again were black greasy stains all over my interior! I went back into the garage, where there were several service advisers standing around (including Josh who had returned by this time), no customers, and nobody even acknowledged me until I literally yelled for someone to come look at the condition they had left my vehicle in. They first asked who my service adviser was, and when we ID'd Josh, he never even got up from his stool to come look at my vehicle. However, another service adviser Eric did, he was very apologetic, offered to clean it then and there but I could not wait any longer, so he said to bring it back and he'd arrange a free detail. I was good with that, although it's a p.i.a to keep driving over there. But the icing on the cake was driving home... the service tech never reset the oil check sensor! So, the solution that Eric suggested (hit the ignition button 3 times, without actually starting the engine, then tap accelerator 5 times...seriously?) didn't work, and I now have to drive back over there again to have this sensor reset. I realize my issues are not as egregious as some I've read here, but c'mon guys, this is basic stuff...Mechanics 101. I would give 0 stars if I could, but rating 2 stars only because Eric seems sincere in his apologies and efforts to make it right.
Cumulatively these three service experiences have made me feel like I want to go to the other Jeep dealership up the road from me, but my 5K service package can only be used at MOG Jeep....gotcha!

We just bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from this dealership and I have to say that it was by far one of the best car buying experiences my husband and I have ever had (and we are really OLD). Ryan Bills was our salesman and he was very polite, informative, and excited about his product. I knew that his knowledge of the vehicle was extensive which made me feel better about this choice of vehicle. We have had the Jeep for about two weeks now and my husband thoroughly enjoys his Jeep. Thanks to everyone we worked with at the dealership , but thanks especially to Ryan.

Even though i did not buy a car i did get great se...

Even though i did not buy a car i did get great service at this store.
was looking for a charger in a specific color but they did not have it but they did have it an another
color so i did go for a test drive and loved it but couldnt fall in love with the color but our salesman Jim Major did everything in his power to get it for me (searching for it in other stores, looking for a left over model) and as a final attempt showed me his managers charger in the color i wanted that was coming to the end of his lease to see if he could get me in it. It was a bit out of my price range but i really appreciated the effort. and the fre ice cream pops as we waited helped out too lol but i honestly had a great experience at this dealership and recommend it to any looking for a new or used vehicle and see Jim Majors if u can.

I purchased a pre-owned 2015 Durango here that loo...

I purchased a pre-owned 2015 Durango here that looked to be in great condition. It was still under the original warranty so that was reassuring so I bought it. I only received 1 FOB key and spoke with the manager to get another. He said that he would. Never heard from him even after numerous calls. Fast forward a year, the wife gets into a minor fender bender. The repair shop tells me that this vehicle had been involved in an earlier accident. I was never told it had been if not, I would have never bought this vehicle, especially at the price it was listed at. I always thought that passenger side quarter panel was off in color a bit but I thought it was just me. I guess dealers are not required to disclose the history of a vehicle. Used car buyers BEWARE! Ask for the Car Fax before you buy here or do some research on the vin. I wish I had! Michael Clinnin was my salesman and he was nice but I wish he would have told me about the history of this vehicle. I would have picked something else out.

This is the worst car buying experience I have eve...

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I had issues with every part of this dealership. The salesmen (plural, I ditched the first one) acted like they didn't care to sell a car. The manager made promises that he didn't keep. He said he would get the chips in the paint fixed and then ran me around in circles and eventually gave me the information of some random "independent contractor" to get it fixed (and then he never helped me). The "detail" was a wipe down with a dirty rag. The service department takes 2 hours to get an oil change done, even with an appointment. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE MORONS. I only gave one star because zero stars is not an option.

Jeffrey Patrick was a true professional and made me and my wife feel very comfortable in our purchase decision even though we kept him there after hours. This was the first time ever purchasing and financing a car and it was by far the best experience I have ever had. Jeffery P. helped me and made sure I was well taken care of!! Antwon took care of the financing and he was just as welcoming!! Definitely recommend buying your car here! I am the most indecisive person with the biggest fear of payments and financing and I didn't have to second guess this purchase! So I hardly ever write reviews but I have to say I was beyond happy with my purchase. Ryan Bills was the sales manager and boy was he put to the test .. let s say I have a few factors that caused bumps in the road and went in looking for one vehicle just to come out with an out of this world car that I sure am loving!! I have been a loyal customer to Hayes Chrysler from the beginning but after meeting Ryan Bills and Derek Langley of Mall of GA Chrysler Dodge Jeep and they have a new loyal customer! Any friends of mine or strangers for the fact I would tell them in a heartbeat to give these guys a try and you won t be disappointed! I can t sing enough praises .. if you want your dream vehicle make sure you ask for Ryan.
