Very good services, the hotel staff trying to satisfy you as much as they can

Right now I am in one of my most favourite Aldira restaurant in Fairmont royal clock tower and I liked Mr.Fahim Aslam and Mr. Omar's humble & very kind welcome reception service and their very caring service, really I appreciated. All the time both are providing very excellent service

Nice and luxury place to stay, it nearly close to haram, many store in this building, so if you need anything (food, daily need, jewellery, many more), just go down and shopping.

Best hotel to stay in while in makkah, just outside haram.

The service was excellent, our family had breakfast in Saudi restaurant, ambience of restaurants is so amazing,people are eager to serve they connect so well.

Great hotel I totally recommend it for all nationalities, also great food and Ms Nouf was very helpful and supportive thank you for everything

Closed to Haram. Most rooms have view of the kabbah which is amazing.

Amazing service by the staff. And truly amazing atmosphere. Would have been great if the opening hours were for longer time like until 12am...

10/10 quality and service. Breakfast was amazing. Laila helped us with checking i. and Majid (the manager) was also very helpful. The restaurant Al Dera had a phenomenal breakfast spread with many cultures and choices of foods Our waiter Faheem gave us the best chai with milk and helped us. And Asher Saleh also was helpful in the process of our experiences. Thank you for all the service and I would highly reccomend this place for anyone who stays at the Royal Clock Tower Hotel in Makkah.

Good food, good hospitality, but I need the room to be vacuum cleaned every time it's being tidied up

Hotel over all is definitely a 5 stars hotel, however anyone could tell hotel rooms looks over used and need to be worked on. The suites dosent even have a single USB blog !!! In room dining dosent answer the phone !!!!. However the check in process and service we received was amazing and top notch. Thank you thank you sisters ' Amira and Wedad' they both treated my elderly mother like if she was thier mom, you both are asset to this hotel, also the Saudie Lebanee Restaurant on the 29th floor is top notch food as well as the service specially 'Yunus' great waiter 'thump up buddy' keep up the great service . The Bircher Muesli was delicious thank you Chef 'Fairos' . The host desk for the resturant the manager ' Maged and sister Shimaa ' wow what a great hospitality ' thank you.' and by the end of my visit, Fahad Z. Bellman was great and what an amazing attitude. I have stayed in 5 stars hotels all over the world , and I am very satisfied with this hotel . I will stay here again no question ask. Thank you again.

Alhamdulillah the service rendered by Mr Kazi and the team is excellent. 5 stars for him and the team. I truly like the teapot on the table, very convinient, small thing but it counts a lot in my book. Keep it up.

Over rated. Too many lifts to change. Pathetic food (breakfast is standard - can't complain on breakfast). Other two Swiss properties are more convenient.

Liked the stay and the service by Ghadeer of Mazaq and Heba of reception.

I love the Makkah Clock Museum tour, a unique experience in your life.

Plus: good room, prayer room with view of haram, good food (indonesian taste).
Minus: always long queue when using lift/elevators (I was at 2nd floor) especially before and after praying.

This Hotel should really be a 7 star hotel does not deserve to be only 5 star hotel the service cleanliness the staff breakfast and room everything was truly above expectations I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is not like any of them from every point this hotel experience is what you would see in a 7 star hotel for sure. My rating is based on the hotel itself besides being in front of Haram unbelievable...

Such a beautiful place in a great location, next to the mosque. Situated in a shopping centre, it s very convenient to do shopping while coming and going to the mosque... The rooms are mosque facing..so you can see Kaaba from every room...there are so many options for food...great place..

Car Parking will be sometime issue during the weekend, and there is only one recipientist at president's club members for checking in process.
Otherwise, the hotel is great.

Good place for shopping and eating especially between prayers at Masjid Al Haram. Clean place for ablutions.

NICE HOTEL BUT THE REAL DEAL IS THE PARKING..... I HAVE TO PARK MY CAR TWO KILOMETERS AWAY FROM THE HOTEL....

The service they provide is excellent but the breakfast buffet breads were stale on one of the days..they were rock hard..more than a few days old. With being such a big company they should give the left over food to the poor people outside Haram Shareef. More compassion for the weak is greatly needed by the big boys..which is lacking in Mecca and Madina.The staff were exceptionally friendly..10 out of 10 for the effort they put in.

Really beautiful hotel but absolutely horrible management. Bad maintenance, "duct-tape fix"
To simply put it : they do not care as they know people will always come for Hajj and Umra.
Also, please Fairmont staff who will reply to my review: please don't simply put the same copy paste reply you always use for one star reviews.

It's an awesome place to stay if you go for umrah or even in Hajj days apart from Mina stay.

The restaurant on M3 was the best part of our stay because the service was amazing! A special thanks to Riyaz Hussain (his name may be misspelled) who was a very cheerful and helpful employee who worked very hard for us to be satisfied.

The service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here! We were treated really well by the restaurant staff especially Mohammad, Riyaz, and Eddie. The variety of the food, quality, and service was wonderful!

Awesome location for those expecting to visit masjidil Haram 5 times a day. Good facilities and breakfast, however no daily room clean up/services; bed sheets/linen was tidy up only once in our 4 nights stay.

Restaurant staffs are helpful, yet they are not so polite/friendly.

Other than those, everything is perfect!
