Very interesting stay at Fairmont mekka royal clock tower. Location, Amazing decoration and services in and out side suite. View exceeds our expectations. The staff are very kind and smile all the time, many thanks to those who are dealing with Accor members. Ms Islam has thankfully provided me with a very early check in, at 11:30 am, which is most probably impossible in other hotels. They also provided me with extra beds and coat to accommodate all my family members. They provided me with Everything I have requested. Breakfast has many many variety, which is the best I have tried, the staff there are very kind, many thanks shall go to Mr. Kazi and to the others who I don t remember their names, who made my breakfast with my family the best ever. Many thanks all.

This is the best place live in Makkah. Everything is near and environment is much better.

Very close to Masjidil Haram. Big and comfortable room. Prayer room in S2 floor is amazing with Kaaba view. Food was great at M3 restaurant with different options everyday, provided some Indonesian cuisine too which was also great. Overall we had a pleasant stay, would be nice to come back.

Overall it was fine however some of the facilities can be much better improved like when a driver is coming to pick up the hotel need to arrange for security card issuance yet they leave for the customer to go down and don't. Also on 9 Nov there was a critical maintenance issue that caused all devices to make sounds in the room without any notification or even apology from management

Very great accomadation but the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the food as I would expect better food. Overall great

Me and my family had breakfash in Lezzat restaurant, the buffet and food are good. Service given by Hafiz Kazi. They welcome us very warm and they give nice table Haram view. We are very happy with the service. Kazi escort us on table

The Best Hotel in Makkah. Real five star. We stayed in this hotel for five days during our Umrah. We chose Ka ba view rooms for some extra charges and it was worth every penny. We enjoyed every moment as we could see the Kaaba through the window and hear the Azan as the room s audio video system was synchronised with Haram. Not to mention the breakfasts with large array of multinational cuisine. Overall excellent experience.

It's thought come during Doha Islamic submit when Islamic countries wanted own time zone as makka is center of earth but still this dream could have not come true. But this building now became a world third tallest building..

Fairmount mainly known as Clock tower "5 star" hotel services along with lower 5level of Abraj Al Bait Shopping Mall with most of premium brands and food court as well. Cards are accepted at most of the food court multi cuisine resturant.

Kazi was very helpful and made special tea for us at the Saudi restaurant.. excellent service ...

This is my second visit in this hotel .alhamdulillah i got fresh fruits and arabic coffee every day on order capccino espresso by butler showkat he make for me one special drink which is made by mixture of 5 juices

Staying at this hotel has indeed been a phenomenal experience for me.

We had lunch in lezzet restuarant the buffet is nice ,service given by kazi and staff, kazi gave us warm wecome, our family enjoy ,kazi escort us to table, he smile ,we feel as we are in home.

The service is 3*. Ask for a cup of tea at breakfast and expect to repeat the request 20mins later because it hasn't arrived (on multiple ocassions). Very poorly trained staff and a lack of coordination. Wouldn't blame the waiters, but training provided by management on even "3*" service. Disappointing.

Very crowded and horrible breakfast buffet . The rooms though are cleaned professionaly.

The overall stay is great, staff are friendly and helpful, location is convenient and most importantly is clean. There are various variety of food served during breakfast and all are served fresh. However, the only disadvantage is some dishes are salted more than usual.

The room was extraordinary, albeit a bit expensive. But in my eyes it was well worth it. Their breakfast buffet was great as well. Definitely pick this hotel during your next visit!

Aldira restaurant dinner was nice just need to addup Indian dinner as per indian guests . Overall service was very nice. There was only rare item for indian guests . Need to improve indian taste too.
