Pricey hotels. Huge mall at the bottom, with expensive prices. Better prices at the souks in the basement. Front door open up on outside mataaf.

Really nice & comfy room.
Very hospitable and helpful receptionist.

Breakfast at Aldira , everything was excellent.

I had a great breakfast with great staff and friendly , nice view too.

Very convenient place to stay during Umorh or Hajj. They have praying room that have Ka'bah view from above.

It's okay for the High class , they can have a view of kaaba right from their room while the lower classes just take photo's as a memory try making some low cost rooms maybe a floor or two so that everyone can enjoy the beautiful view by their side.

It was a great place, somewhat exclusive and luxurious. I don't know if I wasn't lucky or...:
- amount of toiletries didn't match the number of persons staying
- no extra bed upon staying given there had been a request before
- staffs should practice more english, I found it hard to communicate or to convey my needs or to complaint
- I wasn't lucky, I got a room in the very corner, far from the elevator shower of WC was too hard to press & wifi in my room was sometime available, but most of the time unavailable
- shower system was too complicated, especially for elders
- messy ambience during breakfast, incomplete food/beverage complementaries (bowl, plate, glass are often running out of stocks)
- breakfast menu was too monotonous
- people who helped in the restaurant weren't very responsive. I asked where the honey was, and the staff said "there!" while pointing out to a bowl of JAM
- elevator system

Best ever building in suadia food court, shopping mall, barber, laundry, luxury rooms available here.

We had breakfast in lezzet restaurant and Mr Javed and kazi gave us welcome us. Kazi come to ur table and ask us about service. Thanks kazi to ask about breakfast and our needs.

Wonderful hotel services. It is strategic, near to Masjidil Haram.
If you want to buy some item, you can go downstair and there are many store there. If you want to buy some souvenir for family, the safwa store is beside this building.

Loving our stay at the Fairmont esp enjoyed the buffet dinner served at lezzat restaurant .The staff is very cooperative ESP Mr Riyas Hussain generous n kind to enjoy the max out of it one must try.Highly recommended !!

A must visit place. It has shopping and dine in options. There are a lot of options like you can have fast food, indian food, turkish food desserts amd a lot of other things to eat.

Great hotel with great view on the Haram from the facing rooms. Plenty of elevators for easy and quick in and out for prayers trips. The breakfast was very good and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

I stayed at Fairmont Hotel with family and dinned at resturant lezzet a number of times. I found the staff to be exceptionally courteous especially Riyas Hussain supervisor went out of the way to make our stay at the hotel memorable. The variety of food offered was also excellent. Next time I am in mecca I would stay here and enjoy your hospitality again inshallah

Near to Haram about 2.5KM .. there are near bus service price is very good

The service we received in the Fairmont Gold in Mecca , is outstanding and especially the Bulter that would accommodate us with the best service and providing all our favorite sweeties , fruit, tea and coffee 24/7.

Excellent luxurious hotel with fine dining, good room service with friendly staff whi cares for the guests. Got calls from hotel staff twice every day about our stay and any help needed.
Haram view helps to plan when to leave for salat as that area is very busy and gates closes very fast.
very close to haram, max 10 minutes walk to Kabba when not so busy.
