Excellent hotel and restaurant. Great food and the service is excellent. Specially Kazi and Riyaz were brilliant. Must visit!

Makkah Tower is explicitly the excellent choice , the rates are variable and moreover choices available to package tour prices, depending on the month or seasonal days..

Standard luxury rooms with decent rooms, good room service and break fast. Partial view of haram. Built-in speakers for azan and nimaz. Quite enjoyable and comfort able.

Give more fast bcs i gave 4 the wifi was slow . But overall good

It's a great place near Makkah. Easy to visit Masjidul Haram. Not for middle class people

They pay great attention to room service, food alternatives and internet services.

A good greeting every morning by the front desk girl at the breakfast. Shimaa was very helpful

I have been in the hotel for the last three years. The hotel is great, better if you take the fairmont rooms over the residencies. It is close the Haram, has a convenient prayer room overlooking the kabba.

Near to Everywhere. Near to Masjidil Haram, Mall, foodcourt, souvenirs' shop.
We stayed 4 days 3 nights.
It has prayer room (musholla), view to Ka'bah n the Imam is directly from Masjidil Haram.
The bedroom is clean n comfort.
We got twin beds.
The housekeeping is very responsive
The restaurant view is amazing, rukun yamani side of Ka'bah
Breakfast is eastern food
Lunch n Dinner are Indonesian food beside eastern food.
The salad bar is very good

Best view ever for kahbbah... excellent front office... security staff need improvement.... breakfast is very average when compared with others surrounding same class of hotels...

I enjoy my breakfast the buffet and is so excellence and service given by Kazi and staff is remarkable, kazii knows what guest need he i interact which and every guest by nice and mailing way ,Kazi doing wonderful job for company he set example for every one, thanks Kazi.

Buffet Excellent,Spa and gym super excellent,The lady which is dealing me,super nice and humble.Gym is very good and have professional things,Spa,sauna perfect,Washrooms very clean.You have lockers to keep ur things safe.MashAllah everything is outstanding.
.Rooms are very clean very big.Wifi speed awesome,Room view Excellent...Even Hotel management allowed us to park our car in hotels dedicated parking.In short everything is amazing and we will remember this visit and very soon in sha Allah we will visit again.

Spent 4 nights here at fairmont makkah, one of the best hotels i ve stayed in at Saudi Arabia, if not the best. The best part of it was sleeping and waking up to al ka aba view. In addition, we had a wonderful breakfast every day at Al dira restaurant which have a very friendly and helpful crew with wide variety of food from different cultures and of course very delicious.
Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it over any other hotel.

We had breakfast in lezzet resturant ,the service and buffet is so nice we enjoyed, kazi gave us warm welcome with pleasant smile and offer us table, thanks kazi we recommend our family and friends to come this hotel.

Best hotel and most famous in Makkah and very well known as clock tower which is the biggest clock in the world you can see time from Long distance mostly visited by
Pilgrims during hajj and umra seasons highly recommend.

It's also serve has hotel and shopping mall for varieties of quality and quantity materials e.g. cloths(in different fashion), jewelleries, shoes, sports kits, perfumes, electronics, watches, bank, corporate offices, home appliances and food courts.
It's a place to be when in Makkah.

best hotel in makkah but they always change your booking, which is very annoying after a long flight, you have to fight with the reception on what you booked.
