be honest this Hotel Fairmont its Very Perfect & Excellent Hospitality.
Its not about 5* Hotel service, but totaly is very cozy, comfort, high standart class, Insya Allah 100% Halal Delicious foods.

My Aunt, My Uncle, My lectures, My Neighbours, Also some of friend said to me that Very Happy to keep stay in here during doing Activities Hajj in Mekkah Al Mukaram.

The location is not far, only few metres from the Gate of Masjidil Al Haram.
The All Staf is very welcoming, helpfull, warm, friendly also very kindness,
The Room very tidy, clean and smell very freshly.
All the View taken pictures by this hotel is very interesting.
The fasilitas Hotel Equipment is very complete,
Here also provide the cheapher one room as Standard Budget for us or with family to keep available stay in here.

Finnally, Insya Allah in coming soon i big hope and Wishing for would like prefer to Stay in here During Umrah or Hajj in future.

Amazing hotel.. gotta change lifts to get to mall and then wall a little

Its located inside Clock tower Macca. If you want to go there must ask someone tell the way of clock tower.

The room is good, but schedule of room cleaning need to be considered to re arranged

Had an amazing time at the health club. It s really nice to see a space that we can relax after Umrah and get rejuvenated to keep performing more prayers afterwards. Truly one of a kind!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Makkah Clock Tower. Especially the breakfast was really awesome. The girls on the front welcome counter really see me through the restaurant "shima" & "lalia" most welcoming smile I ever say in this part of the world.
I love to stay here if I got any chance in the future.

Lovely place. Good rooms and toilets with branded toiletries. The only reason for 4star is the breakfast offering which is no where compare to neighbours like Hyatt. Radisson. Conrad

the servants were friendly, the place was comfortable and clean, the service was satisfying, and the important thing was the view towards the Kaaba was amazing

Fairmont lift distance are more than any other hotel in clock tower

Excellent stay in Fairmont during our 3 day stay. The stay was convenient and comfortable for performing Umrah for the first time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room service was very helpful. Restaurant staff Riyas Hussain was very kind and helpful. Will come back definitely.

I really like to stay in fairmont gold Makkah specially the service of butler in the lounge like saipoden,Assad and saipoden, thank u also for Adam who serving me in the floor I ll come here next Ramadan in in Shaw allah

I definitely recommend this service. Abdul Qadir, Mohazzeb ,mand the great chef Mohammed have made eating at Fairmont Gold lounge a wonderful experience.

Service is amazing, it wasn t busy - My Mum had amazing time with us daughters in Jacuzzi Staff is very seeet they give tour to full health suite.. It s very clean, it also has ladies oy gym which is perfect Although due to Umrah we only used Jacuzzi at the end of the day for 1 day but it was really good

You literally walk out to masjid Haram!!! Connected to the mall for ease of getting food and goodies. Nice view of the town as well. Great staff and location!!

as hotel i recommend it. when it comes to basement taxi parking it is very complicated as taxi entrance is restricted and not smplified. I hope they put into consideration making travelers experience better.

No else view is better when you can see Kabbah and Ghar-e-Hira both at the same time from your room window, day in and day out and that too on your Hajj trip.

the best place for me to stay im makkah little bet pricy specially in ramadan they have two private prayer rooms in the hotel attached to shopping mall in Haram level

Hostess Shimma was very delightful. Our stay was very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and catered to our needs. Food was really good and also ranged from all different types. Great experience would recommend definitely to stay at Fairmont.

A lot of things can be bought here. But need to be careful with the sellers as the price can be negotiate. They set the price too high compare to the quality of the product.

Fantastic location for acess to Ha'rram through the king abdul Aziz gate.

Hughes selection of food from all over the world - It's expensive food wise. But no pizza hut, McDonald, dominnos.

For Pakistani ppl the food is not very good, it's not authentic or spicy, the roti/naan are factory made.

The basement has good selection of cheap gift shops, otherwise you have all the glittering shops above and they are same prices are any other place.

It's a really nice hotel with a wonderful view of the haram.
Since it's located in the zam zam tower there is no problem for people to shop and eat.

Excellent service and hotel. We booked two room and we had stay on 27th floor Fairmont gold. We had two rooms. Butler service was really good. Special service in a lounge was excellent. Everytime we go to lounge Mohazzib, suraj and showkat warm welcome us. They really make good kadak tea with skimmed milk which make us feel like home. Very friendly environment. We stayed for a week. Housekeeping was ok. Just elavator was a challenging part but rest Alhamdulillah is good.

Really nice hotel. Service could be improved though. Nice views of the holy mosque.
