Great hotel located in the clock tower building doing close to the Kaaba. Room service is delicious and the biryani is one of the best I've ever ate. Good international breakfast at the top floor of the clock tower which incredible views of Makkah.

The Hotel is very beautiful. The Harm View is very beautiful and full view

We had a wonderful stay in Fairmont,
little issues only about the Praying Mat,it doesnt smell good but over all are nice.Staff are friendly and acvomodating!

My daughter, Haniya had an amazing time at the children's club at Fairmont Makkah. How an hour passed, i have no idea. She left happy and content

It is mostly known as clock tower.It's outer design is exceptional & the interior design is nice.
There have different shops for various items,but for otto,jaynamaj & abayes shops are famous. There is also a large food court in third floor.
And yes there is also barber shop in the ground floor,

There is a huge clock in the top,U can see the time from a further distance such as 15 km far from the tower.

The hotel itself is extremely luxurious. Opulent Rooms with excellent breakfast and health club options. This is one of the finest hotels to stay in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Riyaz Hussain and Ms. Hanan have been extremely helpful for the duration of our stay.

Expensive rooms specially in Ramadan and hajj season. In normal days its quite better for stay there. And its malls perfumes shops are excellent. Keep it up. But they should offer normal rates for their rooms in ramadan because every person can't afford very high prices.

One of the best 5 star hotels I have ever stayed in. Spacious rooms with good ambiance and excellent house keeping. Its location, proximity to haram, mosque inside tower, view of haram from hotel are just perfect. Highly recommended

Great stay at the Fairmont Hotel Makkah! Clean and spacious rooms with very easy access to the Haram. Staff have been great throught my stay and will be back to this hotel in the near future.

Stayed 8 days in this hotel and Kazi was in Lezzet restaurant, his service to us was brilliant especially at the busy times. Kazi gave us warm welcome and arranged us table we appreciate him for great job.

Its a nice and cosy hotel and convenient for people who visit makkah ,although the restaurant is crowded.

The breakfast was terrible, staff were unhelpful and the hotel falsely advertised a 4 sleeper it was only a 3 sleeper. Could have been so much better. Had to pay for wifi a crazy amount and we were charged for phone calls which were not made

Great stay, friendly atmosphere and perfect location for Umrah.
Great for older people who don t want to walk to Haram every prayer since they have a large prayer room overlooking the Haram with live feed from the Haram. You also get live feed in your room which you can control.
The rooms are very clean and the staff are very responsive.

Dessert no variasi

I don't recommend this place for any people going to Makkah for Umrah. Reasons - (1) Price is higher compared to other hotels in the same tower. (2) It is the farthest hotel in the tower, so takes your time to reach your room. (3) The bathrooms in all the rooms are not made in a proper way - water gets logged on to the floor as the flow of water is not towards the drainage pit due to which making wadu isn't possible. (4) Breakfast is neither good nor tasty nor is there any variety of food. All the four days I stayed there the items were the same.

As one of the luxurious hotel in the Abraj Al Bait complex, this hotel definitely got the best view.

If you're travelling to Saudi Arabia and specifically Makkah. It is advisable to book a hotel within the Makkah Clock Tower. Staying at the clock tower allows you to have easy access to many facilities and shops which were once a cab or long journey away. The clock tower is adjacent to the Holy Ka'bah and the tower acts like a beacon and landmark for the Ka'bah when you are miles and miles away.

Cons:

We arrived on a weekday during the low season, but there were only two bellboys. I took my luggage to the 28th floor using different elevators. During checkout, it took half an hour for my luggage to be brought to the car. It could have been my mistake not to stay in the room until someone collected it.

Beds are very soft, you sink in them, a bad thing for me.

Dine in was good in general, but soup was warm, not hot. I asked Fairmont Gold reception to send someone to remove the food after dinner, but no one came.

Pros:

Two-bedroom gold suite overlooking Kaaba was nicely positioned and clean.

Waleed Saeed provided excellent service, like many others in the hotel.

Verdict:

Remembering my experience at the nextdoor Raffles, I still would come back to Fairmont.

situated at 29th floor at the fairmonth Makkah clock tower hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. Faheem ..one of the staff.. displayed excelled customer service.
Our staff the hotel was great and received excellent service.

We have lunch in lezzet resturant the food osam the buffet is so nice ,we enjoy every moment in resturant ,the service is remarkable and Mr kazi take care of all guest table by table and giving information about hotel and restuarant,kazi had done great job, host hanan welcome with smile.

The facilities are very convenient and free to attend. Service is very amicable. 100% recommend.

Im representative of a Turkish Tourism agency. I do not have any complain about hotel services but We always book rooms with Ka'ba view. But front office of hotel always giving us corner view rooms at first and than we would have to complain. i mean rooms with small Ka'ba view from right or left corner of the hotel building may frustrate ur imaginations.
Our guests get angry to us because of corner view rooms. Before receiving ur room card you must notice front office that you need central Ka'ba view that sees Ka'ba clearly. If I need to say my personal thinking i do not stay in a room with Ka'ba view in order to pretend disrespectful situation but when ur guest demand it like that, you must take care of it.

I stayed in Royal Darul Eman Hotel.Great place, very close to Haram, neat nd clean hotel....but hotel does not match with basic facilities of 5 star hotel. Hotel did not provide basic washroom accessories and Tea making constituents. Even manager was called, but no rrsponce. Room layout was totally non aesthetic, However...Morning breakfast was superb. Pictures of brrakfast dishes are also posted for public help.Overall Hotel did not deliver Vs Money it charges.

Starting from the way of the reception with miss laily and during the taste of the international food
Wich is containing the food From the East to the West.
Ending with the high expert services team it is more than hotel restaurant.

But The staff not to much

One of the finest hotel in Mecca. However room sercice needs to be bit quick in responding. Moreover, breakfast was good with varieties of dishes but need to diversify as per regional cuisines like pakistani dishes were missing.

I loved this hotel, very comfy and super clean and the buffet is superbly delicious I recommand this hotel very near to the al-Haram and it has it own masjid with a view to the ( ).

I was lucky with my friend to choose fairmont gold makkah because the service is excellent and thanks to my butler saipoden for his perfect service and kindess i want to call him Mr.smiling.

Excellent customer service in the health club by omniyah. Cant thank her enough. Fantastic tour in great detail. Very clean and tidy and smells great. All in all a 5 star service much appreciated
