Ah, I loved this hotel. Every day, there were fresh flowers in the lobby, at the reception and super clean with lightly scented air. It was very special aroma-I bet it was some local incense with amazing scent. I know you might be thinking incense that one can find in middle eastern/indian stores. No it was not that aroma, it was just refreshing and not overloading your smell receptors. The fresh flowers and amazing arrangement of potted plants. Yes, they were real as I was thinking it might be just plastic decor. There were plenty of meeting rooms and spacious lobby to receive guests. 24/7 laundry and room service. Oh, the rooms were tidy and one can even enjoy the view of Holy mosque, Kabba from the room. The breakfast was in buffet style with plenty of fresh fruits and large variety of foods to choose from four different sections. There was a cheff corner in the breakfast hall where one can order fresh omelet with herbs and mushrooms. I would surely go there again and highly recommend if it's in your budget range.

Great experience, Best view, fabulous buffet, amazing staff! The hotel is very classy, easy to find, and the service here is more than great. Especially the restaurant staff Wafa a Halawani for her appreciated effort. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Mecca and have a life-time experience.

Food : similiar india and pakistany food and we from indonesia...nothing taste indonesian food...breakfast, lunch dan dinner else matter ...sometime very boring.

Rooms were spacious, had all the facilities one would expect from such a hotel, pleasantly the lifts were never a problem when you consider how many people this place has to accommodate. biggest problem was WIFI, very poor.

This place is royal, if you are on the top floors you can witness the mesmerizing view of Holy Kaaba and the Makkah city.

Our family enjoy breakfast in lezzet restaurant, service given Mr kazi and mofizul . The restaurant staff has been very welcoming and accommodating. After a few days we were able to enjoy tea just like at home. They provided me with everything that I asked. And they were available to serve with a smile all the time. Kazi and the group are a nice team and I am sure anyone including my family would like to came back to faimobt hotels and specially Lezzet Restaurant again. Great service !! Great food!!!

Large hotel that has a clock symbol, the service is good, and for Indonesians really enjoy this hotel because the menu in the restaurant is Indonesian food ... close to the Grand Mosque and having a comfortable room and prayer room..

Was surprised with the level of service at this Fairmont!! Check-in was really slow!! Actually too slow. Rooms: nothing special. Nothing different from the other cheaper hotel near by. The pillows, the bed, not the Fairmont standard I expected. Whenever I needed to call room service I had to call them 6 or 7 times for somebody to pickup. The staff where helpful and friendly but I believe they can't keep up with the workload.

Great hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. Loved the style of the hotel, the room was so clean and big. However, the reason I didn t give this hotel 5 stars is because of the service. When we first arrived the bags took so long to get to our room, and other things took so long to get to us like when we asked for a plate or spoons.

Good hotel with excellent service but the restaurant need to add few African food to there menu. I will definitely lodge in the hotel again Mah Shah Allah, but want to eat African food when I lodge. Please do this for us Africans

We had a lovely stay at the fairmont Makkah. The best part, it s o my 2 lifts away from the Haram, also Haram can be heard via the speakers in each room, Salah can be prayer in the prayer room also, with Haram view.
Beautiful architecture, interior design and most of all, excellent service! Very clean throughout, maintained to a high standard.
Restaurant food is prepared to high standard and taste delicious!

I like this place because its very comfortable for us.

The service is so bad, the lifts are too crowded and slow.
Instead of giving the quadrant room they cheated and gave triplet room with extra service bed.

Hotel is very good. The suites are better than the rooms. Just keep in mind there are 3 different elevators to get down to the actual lobby of the hotel (building), which may take over 10 minutes and you could miss couple of rakats of salah. Thats the biggest downfall of this hotel. Other than that it's a good hotel.
