Aldira restaurant is wonderful for breakfast, the variety of food, the ambiance and services are world class

Good plz good location good expirence but price is too high

We really have a wonderful breakfast in LezzeT restaurant with dear brother Kazi who takes care of us very much in a Professional manner

V near to haram . Moreover accommodation is too good with a pleasant atmosphere . Elevators r in excess and quite accommodating

amazing location of the hotel, makes it easy walk to mosque, the hotel is nice entrance is hard to find, and staff is a nightmare whole administration is bad, i will never again stay at this place, i won't recommend.

We had breakfast in lezzet restaurant and we enjoy service given by kazi hafiz and saiju is wonderful they help our family they gave us fresh tea and make our day zaharani abdulla gave us smile.

The hotel was awesome great proximity to the Haram Sharif!

Breakfast view was to die for and especially our host Kazi was very hospitable and made our experience even better!

I m only rating 1 star because of the employee Amal in the health center, she was wonderful and very kind. Other than that, we ve found a cockroach in the breakfast restaurant.

Hotel is very good. but there were some problems like the hot water system was not working. i was also surprised to see that water drainage was not good in the bath room in such a big hotel.

Now I want to post the review for the Hotel.
Let me start with the arrival.
Not a proper entrance to get into the hotel. Be careful when you are coming with kids or a baby. Not what I thought when I booked a 5-star Fairmont brand hotel.
Next, the room I booked.
I was booked a Quad room by the agent. On arrival I was told there is NO Quad room and was given a Triple room with an added bed. This completely took away any space which was there in the room. I even approached the manager but no help whatsoever. They said it s the agent problem, but they checked the booking and it said Standard Quad Cityview.
And the FINAL thing, the elevator. To get to Haram or back to hotel. Most of the times all elevators don t work and you will spend most time waiting for elevators.
But the cleaning crews, the porter are EXCELLENT, always ready to help and assist. That s what I will give a 5- star.

I hope this will help some people to make an informed decision.

Amazing service, staff is great !! Even in the busy times they try to accommodate everyone!! Breakfast is amazing the waiter sultan jaffar got us the best chai! Allot of variety! Highly recommended

The price is little high (Fairmont gold ) but they offer many additional services like a snaks during the day

The best hotel of facilities and services for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, the most strategic location and can see the Kaaba view

One of the prestigious buildings on earth today. the new landmark Mecca City besides the Mosque Al-Haram of course. This building have very strategic position, Makkah Royal Clock Tower is right in front of the holy mosque. easy to find and access.

Great experience, Alhamdulillah. Very close to Al Haram.

My second stay. The suite with partial Haram view allows full time view for Kaaba and it is perfect for elders to view Haram.

Next to Haram or even can say part of Haram. Shoping mall on ground floor and first floor with many brands. A little expensive but much better than the other options around. Again people are rude.

very good basic amenities... although, wish most of the cardio machines were working. the good old treadmill did justice. has a spa, steam room and jacuzzi...

We had a fabulous breakfast in Al dira restaurant in Fairmont Hotel. Beautiful view of Haram and kaaba from our table. Such a Wonderful design, amazing service and some excellent staff shimaa and Rasly very helpful and polite, they responded in less than a minute if needed. This hotel will be my choice next time I'm in Makkah.

Aldeera restaurants, i had a great breakfast here and the staff was so friendly .

Fancy rooms, nice view of Kabaah and breakfast was delicious.

Restaurant atyaf in the fairmont hotel good service and good food

Our family had breakfast and lunch in lezzet restuarant they enjoy the buffet and nice tasty , i lost my bag appreciate kazi he take care and gave safe place in lost and found, this great example of kazi he show honesty,he always take care of our table and ask quality of service and food,he is perfect example of five star hotel.
