Great hotel and great service with excellent breakfast and super friendly staff at their Atyaf restaurant!

Great for Islamic culture but be cautious about dozens of people who try to overcrowded the escalators

Beautiful hotel.If you have small baby and family and have concern regarding safety and have extra bucks to spare this hotel is best and closest to Masjid Haram. Go down and main entrance open in front of King Abdul Aziz gate and you can even see Kaaba from a distance through this gate.

Almost every time i come to visit Makkah i stay at this hotel, its the best hotel in Makkah.
Thier service is very good, they try very hard to satisfy the guests. Also their rooms are big and very nice.
The hotel has a prayer hall which has a great view to the haram and you can pray with the haram from there.

Ma'sha'Allah was such a lovely hotel had no faults our 5 nights were amazing hearing the azaan from our hotel room was just breathtaking. The breakfast was 5 stars. I would like to know where to purchase the sencha green tea offered in the hotel . I loved all services would deffinately recommend with love from the UK

Every thing in this hotel is unique and utterly good. In particular, restaurant Atyaaf with a rich variety of delicious foods and beverage. The staff is the best of all of this..polite, nice cooperative and responsive (Captains, chefs and waiters). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to all those who seeks an acceptable and comfortable Omra.

Quiet atmosphere ...
Third time held a fairmont located in clock tower ... a huge building and a distinctive architectural style ... inside a quiet and romantic atmosphere .... The room is spacious and includes all the amenities and the main needs of high-end accommodation .... Breakfast varied and predominantly character Oriental ... and the service is neutral from the reception to the restaurant service .... I recommend dinner at the Lebanese restaurant ... The rooms have a beautiful view of the spacious .

My stay at the more than fair(mont) has been more than wonderful and has made my umrah more enjoyable and comfortable. As any institution is only as good as its staff , I have to say that at each level from reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff have been most helpful and attentive. Alhamdulillah the breakfast at the al diyar restuarant was more than ample and huge variety. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The Hotel is perfect , everything is amazing ,cleaness and, neatness . Everyone was very welcoming and sweet specially the girl named Laila in the restraunt..overall the hotel was perfect and I d like to come here again to visit this beautiful city.

Lazat restaurant has excellent service. Riyaz Hussain and Eddie went above and beyond to make sure we had great food and a great experience!

Good place, near masjidil haram and shopping centre.

Nice and comfortable, very good food court, the only problem is you have to switch two elevators to reach hotel.

We are staying for five days, we enjoy our breakfast in Saudi restaurant service given by Kamal ,Ahmed , Richa is amazing and especially kazi escort as and gave us nice table thanks to management to have such wonderful staff.

Enjoyed my staying there.. the room has all the supplies, I only missed the restroom flipflop there wasn t any, blessed stay in the best place

5 star Hotel ulopposite HARAM MECCA and world's 2nd tallest building , but i am also not sure for parking how to come if we need the room on the spot, not prior booking bcoz HARAM security doesn't allow the cars to go inside can you plz suggest?

My family had breakfast in saudia restaurant, the buffet is perfect and service is extremely amazing the people are always eager to serve as a possible, they make their best to serve us ,I like to come back again with family and friends .

Worst hotel ever, No parking..they two my car after I waited for more than 3 hours waiting for the guys who are responsible for the hotel parking..they promised me to find me a spot for my car..later on I found out they parked punch of cars they came after me and my car is gone.

I asked for an extra bed. I didn't get it.
I asked for a wheel chair .. twice, I didn't get it.

Lifts are super slow.

Windows are super dirty.

I don't recommend even for my worst enemy.

The suite room facing kabah is awesome. This is my second times staying in this hotel during umrah and definitely will be back here again every year during umrah.
I went to Healthy club, and I served by Amal, she is kind and give a great service and also for the healty club cleaner, even the cleaner can t speak in English, but she tried to fulfill my needs.
The Indonesian Chef Bowo is really a good chef; he is kind and able to communicate with guests for food taste , the only thing that should need to be improved is the service quality in fb service, because I was asking a cup of coffee and the service was really slow, other than that, be careful with trainees because when I asked for a room key, she gave me the wrong type of key so that, i won t be able to enter the room.
Besides, I really recommend the hotel especially the room, the facilities and the food quality.

I initially gave it 5 stars. The room was perfect for three guests; spacious and comfortable. However, I took away a star because the breakfast buffet was disappointing. The selection was limited and lacking in essential Hijazi breakfast staples.

Fairmont has amazed me with its service and hospitality. I would recommend everyone to pay a stay here. Alhamdulillah amazed with Fairmont

Very nice hotel people ftom Pakistan and Karachi are very fame of it is situated in the holy city of Macca I really.this palace.

Makkah Royal clock tower is in front of King Abdulaziz gate Madjid al Haram.

7 Hotels, huge shopping are, large food courts etc. conveniently available.

Movenpick, Fairmont, Pullman, Rotana, Raffles, Retaj, and two Swissotel s are in Royal Clock Tower.

Getting car parking is an issue in the building.

Car entry strictly controlled, only allows those have advance booking.

1st 4 floors are shopping and food courts.

11th floor is Hotel lobbies except Swissotel.

Wheelchair available in all Hotels free of charge for in house guests.

It's the best hotel to stay in Makkah, amazing view of Haram, quite good service, and with a multistory shopping mall just beneath it, you can do anything from having a cup of cappuccino in a calm coffeeshop to doing a full shopping experience, there are a lot of elevators. But you need to leave early for prayers or you will risk losing jamaa prayer.

Food and service quality is excellent in Saudi restuarant on 29th floor with a wide variety and choices available for kids. Staff is quite efficient and quick on your request. Strongly recommend to stay and visit in fairmount.

For those who love to see the best return of their spending.

The hotel view is superb is its infront of Kaabah and the food for breakfast,lunch,dinner were superb even when we had to go for prayers there is a prayer room for those that cannot make it in time.

Great hotel to stay within 200 meters of Masjid Al Haram entrance.

What a hotel, glitz, glam and especially a Arab's playground to show off wealth and prosperity.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Fairmont Clock Tower and look forward to return soon.

One less star to Five-Star ratings due to no parking for guests except the Arab's (all Arab's seems to have royalty status in here and had all the parking spots reserved for them).

We had a breakfast on Haram-level restaurant and the views of Masjid Al Haram are breathtaking.
