I like the service, Mr.Riyad & Mr.Noor in M3 restaurant took good care of me and my family.

The lifts were not working & we kept calling the reception nobody picked up the phone, we kept waiting for 30 minutes, breakfast is mediocre does not have a 5* feel to it.

That place seems like heaven. The bed at soft the room is spacious everthing at the best quality.

These area has the best hotels near Alkaaba. The view are amazing. You can walk after couple minutes for worship.

Everything was great, but there's no tea in the night and afternoon at the restaurant, wallahi y'all need more variety of fruit

It was the best trip and stay ever. very thanks to all Fairmont Makkah team.

The place is state of the art building with all modern facilities 5 star hotels and super markets its a great and satisfying experience to be in the set up for some duration of haj

I have to say its clean..pakistani staff are amazing but unfortunately receptionists and all related services are very disappointing.. I have asked milion times to use the phone externally and they took money and said the phone z not working.. No one was cooperative when being asked to bring anything to the room.. They bring the requested thing after 4 to 5 times of asking. The breakfast is beyond expectations and is small compared to others.

Best hotel with lot s of facility. Near to Haramin Mosque. I enjoy the breakfast there and they staff is also very co-operative.

Average hotel, with decent bed and bathroom, the lobby is OK and clean, but the wifi is the problem, I can't connect to it when I was in the room, need to go to lobby to do so.. Overall is good

Top hotel at the abraj albait towers, rooms have space and the service is perfect,got my friends who will come to fairmont in the last 10days next RAMADHAN.

I am and have been a guest since the hotel first opened....best view in the world when you get the Kabba view rooms......luxurious hotel with excellent costumer service and care. Tends to be chaotic during high season with crowded slow elevators....
I am a gold member so I tend to get a special treatment when I stay... would not try any other hotel in Makkah....

Great and the room is beautiful.. The bed is marvellous and Mr Kazi served us with great hospitality.. Good attitude and friendly..

One star for room amenities and another for location. Management of the hotel sucks big time. It is ok for them to downgrade your room, and not bothered to tell you. BE AWARE of the Ka'aba view rooms, as most of the hotel rooms aren't. But They still rent them as kaaba view.
Check in took 25 minutes, despite it was already paid for.

Nice place for meeting point, shopping or eat. But it's too crowded. From shopping mall to the hotel using lift, it takes forever. Literally forever

The hotel is near Haram, but the way to haram a little bit confusig for some people..

A Great hotel for just couples...but I don't recommend come here with families... because they will put you rooms with different floor. Our group always got variety rooms in all different floors....all seperated.

Within the haram. You can perform prayer with Jamaat from your Hotel lobbey.

This is my first time in Fairmont Makkah but it was awesome specially the service from my butler saippden umpar, in Shaa Allah we will come back.

All is excellent, good service, good environment, specially for Atyaf Restaurant all the services was excellent

I enjoyed every single minute, the spa had very friendly staff. The fact the hotel had Saudi employees makes me feel like home! The spa had a great jacuzzi and sauna.

Isnt it possible that a single lift can drop at Ground Floor. Changing 2 lifts loses time.

Breakfast awesome but it would be better if Indo Pak food can be included in breakfast.

It shouldn't be taller then Kaaba especially when it is right next to the Kaaba, for me its kind of disrespect to Allah swt's house.

Excellent hotel ,if you want everything luxury you must come to this hotel . Very good food , great staff with amazing service.

Access to rooms is thru multiple lifts, cumbersome, time consuming and annoying.
Beds are not in good shape
Breakfast is good, i rate it expensive and not worth your money

Always love to be back again and again. Confortable hotel and just step away from Al-Haram. You could find anything you need for your stay at Mecca at the ground floor

Our family enjoy lunch in lezzet restaurant the food is perfect taste,kazi help us to arrange seat in busy period, thank kazi he so kind and helpful.

We had lunch in restaurant,food is external good we enjoy, kazi approach us to taste bakso soup and take care of beach detail,he resort us and face us nice table.

Overlooking the MasjidAl Haram, a luxury hotel situated in the Clock Tower, very expensive

Perfect, must try. We have breakfast in indian restuarant the buffet and service up to mark, kazi is perfect host he welcome us and arrange us table in busy period he know how to deal guest,kazi made our day today.

I found that it is a great experience regarding service they must have 5 star's,

unbelievable plaec thousand of like millions of like .like iz a very small thing for we give a holly city of makkah .

Fairmont Makkah is the best hotel in Makkah. Stayed in April 2019, the rooms are really nice, big, clean and really comfortable. superb location, staff are quite helpful.

Lot's of shops in the clock tower, all ridiculously over priced. Hotel was nice, 5 star to Saudi standards (but on par with UK 3-4 star). Nice inclusive breakfast selection, staff are good. One issue is that there are too many beggars loitering outside the complex of the clock tower harassing passer's by. I'm all for giving charity, but a few local Arab's pre warned us about professional begging and how it is best not to give. Also if you are from the UK avoid 3-4 star hotels in Saudi as most of them are a real dive and not to our standards. If you are on your own, you could rough it possibly in a cheaper hotel, but they are further from the centre. I had my wife and four children on tow so this was best for us. Close to the centre and nice.
