Parking problem in umrah time please stay out car in khudai parking and go cab or pay park hotel so much cost

We had breakfast in saudi restaurant ,during our stay we enjoy in restaurant server are attending every detail , we are happy with there service thanks to management to have such wonderful staff.

Very good view hotel and very friendly staff with excellent service. More signboard of direction will be better.

Amazing, beautiful and convenient proximity to the holy mosque. It's has all you need under one roof. Food, shopping and accommodations while having sights and sounds of the holy right from your bed

Nice place to stay, near from Al Haram. Need improvement of the breakfast variety specially for Asian menu

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant serves a wide range of food, the location is excellent and close to everything. However, the one thing I didn t like is the elevators there too many of them and you have to use 2 or 3 of them to reach the haram

Not prepare the room before we enter , key not working no sleepers no sejadah

Please bring better chefs and nicer restaurant staff

Location wise, the best hotel to stay at in Makkah as it is part of the Haram. Breakfast buffet was not to my liking, very low standards for a world class hotel. Elevators were always busy and took us forever to get on one. Room service was not good at all! Otherwise, the rooms were nice and clean with a beautiful view of The Ka'abah. Lunch buffet was fantastic. Lobby was beautiful. Includes a prayer room as part of the Haram.

We had breakfast in Lezzet Restaurant the food is good and service given by Kazi.He's polite,helpful and grooming according to hotel standard.

The view isbreally amazing and also the food. Really recommend. In lezzet restaurant. The supervisor, mr. Kazi also gave as such a really pleasant attitude. The coffee are amazing.

It was OK jakozi n sauna.. It was good to sit in sauna n and jakuzi

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Yet, the WiFi was broken. The restaurant at M2 need to find a friendly solution for not wasting the leftovers. There is a praying area with a view of Haram; you can reach by using the elevator by pressing S2.

Advice: book your room here but not at the weekends just to enjoy the peace at Haram and avoid using the elevators with the crowd

We had breakfast and lunch in lezzet resturant, the food and buffet is so nice, service and staff r so calm and polite espesically kazi come to our table to ask quality and service, Thanks kazi.

The restaurant lezzet has great food of tasty. The Buffy has different kind of food and the delicious of India food. The supervisor Kazi take care off of his customers and have conversations about how the menu and they can differ. He is open feedback and love hear about the service.

Fatin was amazing. As soon as we walked in, she welcomed us , showed us around and that made it so much better and comfortable. We love this gym and we will use it every time we are here

Best enviroment in the whole world , peaceful , no one will bother u . many places to eat , effortable and taste is god . From free food , min 5 riyal to any ammount u can spend on food , shopping souvenirs or just take a stroll .

Saudi restaurant 29th floor was too good, Food, ambience and people awesome. Highly recommended.

I love this place so much tbh the food at atyaf restaurant is amazing and suits everyone, the cleanliness, the staff is more than wonderful helpful and cheerful and i d give 1000000 for the location super close to haram

The breakfast on the 29th floor was absolutely amazing. The service was truly top notch ... many thanks to our outstanding servers: Yunis, Fahad, and Mohammed Richa. Also, Sameer made us some of the best omelettes we ve ever had. After staying here at the Fairmont, along with the delicious and large-variety breakfast, this is the only place I plan on coming back to insha Allah.

Stay was really good, enjoyed breakfast at lizzat restaurant. Serviced by kazi and Riaz. They are thorough gentlemen.
Can you add parathas in your breakfast menu though.

Mashallah the restaurant Mazadar was excellent! The staff is very sweet and very helpful. The brother Kazi was very helpful and was very kind. He ensured we had our drinks and that we were seated comfortably. It was very difficult for such a large group but they managed to help us all! Jak for all the staff

Closest you'll be to the haram! Great staff, service, and hospitality. Beautiful modern rooms and well maintained. Also in the clock tower so great central access to shopping and food. Highly recommend!

The room is brilliant, room service will ask daily if you need them to clean the room. The hotel is very close to Al-Haram & has supermarket and good shops in the same building which is convenient. The food served at the restaurants however are mostly Arabic and Indian style. You can also order via a call from your room. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Fairmont services was bad bad everytime worst than before if u have problems there is no one to solve or help, on other hands Food was not good and bad cold every day in my stay was same food not recommended at all , other hotel such as Hilton services was more than excellent high quality food, the staff and management make your stay like a king in vacation
