Kabaa view hotel is amazing. Service was exceptional.

Edit: It s been very disappointing experience with Elevators. 2 out of 6 (hotel elevators) non operational. No clear directions. (You have to change elevators twice in order to get to ground level.

Security check is a joke. The security guy standing by the lobby making everyone pass through the scanner (while scanning NOTHING). Poor scanner is just keep beeping. It s just creating a speed breaker (bottle neck effect) creating more congestion.

Nice place for relaxing, and remain you about how beautiful world is...

Great assortment at the breakfast buffet. Really enjoyed the food, service and view. And it was all reasonably priced as well.

It was just amazing with a very beautiful view. You could see the whole city at the top of the tower. Pay a visit here and see the amazing things that it has.

A proper 5 star hotel with an elaborate breakfast buffet. It is across the road from the Haram courtyard. Getting to and from the Haram is very convenient.

Excellent break fast buffet , very happy with service from Mr Jamsheer and Ahmed. Very courteous staff and excellent service. Could improve on clearing tables a bit efficiently to accommodate new guest comming in. The live station could use some extra hands as well to speed up the que for customers requesting customized eggs and ommlets.

Located close to Al Haram. Clean and provides good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended for those who to do Haj and Umrah. Prices varies according to season. A bit expensive during peak seasons.

This has been our first time visiting Makkah for Umrah with our family of 7 people. We chose the Hotel Fairmont Clocktower Makkah and I have nothing else to express rather than the outstanding and beyond the call of duty service. From the beginning to our check in to exemplary service at the buffet service especially by Mr. Riaz Hossain, the lady supervisor Laila and Mr. Mofizul was beyond words. This hotel is the definitive hotel to reside and experience the complete 360 service for the ultimate comfort in lodging and buffet service! Extremely recommended!

It's without any doubt Best Hotel to stay in Makkah. Close proximity to Mosque and rooms have an Amazing view of Kaaba without any obstruction. The staff is courteous and responsive. Facilities are top notch. Rooms are highly comfortable and well equipped with all necessary amenities.

So in my opinion. I would not stay here as ( booked a city room and was facing a wall) for the price one pays at Fairmont, one would expect a decent room. Many hotels all almost attached to each other for less price. Location is great as it's steps away from Haram. Service was good. Staff attentive and respectful. I would not book bed and breakfast as there are many restaurants around which is within the attached mall. Don't be decived by Google maps about distance. E.g. Pullman, Soifitel, Movenpick...

Great hotels, but hot water is hard to get in bathrooms plus they really smell for some reason. Other than that reception and room service is great and the view is absolutely amazing.

We stayed at Fairmont Makkah for 5 nights. This was our second visit to this hotel. As before the service was excellent the hotel staff is very curtious. We arrived late in the night and ordered room service which came in good time.
The breakfast has a wide varitey and the supervisor Riyaz Hussain was very cordial and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained and the service was good.
We will definitely recommend our friends in
USA to stay here whenever they come for Umrah Insha Allah.

Stayed at Swissotel Makkah. There are 2 Swissotels there. Slightly different names. The picture is from the hotel room at level 38. City view not the mosque view.

Near to the Holy Mosque. Next to Safwah Towers with lots of shopping opportunities.

Ahmad Kamal service is very good, quick service. Overall the breakfast buffet is really great. We would like to recommend him for his good service.

A great hotel, 5 stars. I'd recommend it to anyone, we were a family of 4, very clean, great and fast room service inspite of the huge crowded hotel and friendly reception, delicious & varied breakfast buffet, a big mall in the same tower with all choices of shops & restaurants, plus it's very close to The Haram 5 min.to King Abdul Aziz's Gate.
One thing could've been better, the waiting time for elavators maybe because of the big numbers of guests.

The hotel is located in the most convenient location. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating.
Breakfast is particularly lovely! A great spread and selection and wonderful staff especially Chef Abdul Aziz and Riaz Hussain . Riaz saw to our every need and ensured that we were happy and satisfied every morning.

Atyaf restaurant service was very nice and i truly recommend fairmont hotel to stay in makkah,All staff was very good and Especially Ejaz khan who made us feel good.

Everything is excellent except that the room was ice freezing and when i requested to change the room it took the hotel service team 4 hours to change my room and wasted my entire day

Service is AMAZING! Staff were exceptionally well. Masidar restaurant staff. Ashraf was very good with fast service, very friendly and polite. Nouf was also very polite and professional.

We had lunch in lezzet restuarant, lunch is extermely good, service done by kazi, maher was very good.

The service was beyond terrible. They don't clean rooms and takes hours to respond to basic requests. We had to call 20+ times per request and go down to hotel reception for them to take necessary action.
On top of that, when confronted about their very poor service levels, they start coming up with all sorts of excuses and blatant lies. When we were going to hotel reception to complain, we found another guy making the same complaint so we realized they have a bigger issue and it wasn't only our case. I advise all never to go there. Thanks

One-stop building. Food, Hotel, Shops and a huge Supermarket. Everything is inside.

Hotel service and the view of kaba shareef from this hotel is Allhamdullilah. Don't have words to explain you will see if you will go there too. I pray Allah subhan-hu-watallah will call you soon Ameen sumaAmeeen.

My family had breakfast in saudi Resturant,the buffet and service is amazing, the server keep each detail to know our need, kazi escort as and give nice view table and all management to such wonderfull staff.

Nearest to Kaba is the most advantages of this hotel. Even though the hotel is really good.

You will find everything you would like to enjoy during your breakfast, it was really an amazing visit to view Makkah as a whole from the highest place .

This hotel has a marvelous feel to it, defo worth all the reviews it has acquired. The resturant on the M3 floor has been amazing. I cant express enough how much they took care of us and looked after me and my mother. The staff are always pleasant and smiley. Without a doubt i will be telling all family and friends to definitely stay here for a better umrah experience.

I have breakfast in lezzet restuarant me and my family enjoy breakfast kazi serve as tea and staff clear the table as soon as finish great job kazi and staff we recommend my family to come this hotel.

The hotel and room was nice. The view of the Kaaba was the only reason why I didn't give the rating one star.
We arrived at noon and by 4pm our room was not ready. I had to make an upgrade to check in the same room type but with "gold" services which I did not need.

Unless you arrive after 4 or 5pm, and willing to pay a lot more than the average 5 stars hotels near by, I suggest you look somewhere else.
