The best place for your money. Service from Mr. Kazi the restaurant manager is exceptional and very pleased. Will stay there every time.

I found everything to be absolutely pleasant and the food was over the top. The variety is so amazing subhanallah.

Brother Riyaz from the Lezzat Cafe made sure that everything was taken care of and always asked if I needed anything.

Would recommend to everyone!

I've gone through the good reviews and booked this hotel. Surprisingly I've received very poor level of service. We have booked two rooms. But during check in we have got only one room where they have put all our luggage. Later when we have got the other room, I've requested reception to transfer our luggage to new room. But none has responded to our request. Later I've called from room and requested again still no one has responded. I've made a third call and requested them again. Still I found none to respond to my request. Later we have transferred our luggage by ourselves. The reception service is poor and slow, found no brush and paste in bathroom. I will definitely not recommend this hotel spending so much money.

Best hotel I have visited till now, I was there during Haj period, food-staff-services all were pretty good even though the Hotel was completely booked & the view from up their "Mashallah". If you like to get pampered go there off-season.

If you want to be in close proximity to Al-Haram then stay here. It's a nice place to stay with family.

The hotel is perfectly situated, in the heart on mekka ; the ka'ba and al masjid alharam are right nearby. Overall, the service was impeccable

The service here is terrible and not worth the money. They treat you awful and do not care for anything you have to say. A terrible hotel and a horrific experience overall. Stayed in the gold executive suite and they consistently harassed us for good reviews in our room and gave us terrible service with it. They also locked us out of our room with all our luggage still inside because they had a technical difficulty claiming we weren t booked for another day despite already staying here for 11 days. This was terrible and you better believe others will hear about this. I sincearley hope Abdel Aziz Eid the so called manager of this hotel reads this because he needs to fix this excuse of a staff. They bring things extremely late as well claiming it will be a few minutes . Ridiculous. Utterly ridiculous. The staff is incapabale, the hotel managers are always on break or vacation. They came into my room and basically forced me to write a good review and stayed on my head until I did. Living in the gold executive suite was not at all what they advertised. I really wish I didn t pay this much money to stay here. This was a WASTE. I can only offer my advice to everyone reading that this isn t worth it and the only way to get thru this is just to know you re here for Allah. But it s a real test of patience. All these good reviews are probably them bullying people in their rooms to give them the reviews.

This is an excellent 5 star hotel in Makkah inside the grand clock tower. The service is super fast and excellent. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights as part of our Umrah and Hajj package. The rooms are spacious, clean and full of amaneties. The Mazedaar restaurant on floor M3 is posh and elegant. The ambiance is super cool too. The staff is super courteous and polite. Especially the staff supervisor Mr. Kazi. He goes above and beyond to provide best service whatsoever. He is very funny, polite and a hardworking manager at the restaurant. During all our visits to the restaurant, he made sure my family got served well during every breakfast and dinner on our stay. I would recommend this hotel and especially the restaurant manager Mr. Kazi. If you ever get a chance to eat at this restaurant don t forget to meet Mr. Kazi because he would definitely take care of you and your family well. We had the best experience.

My friends and I ate at the Saudi Restaurant for breakfast.. The ambiance is beautiful, amazing view, and the service was excellent. Omar made my omelette to order and was so patient fulfilling everyone's request. Our server was Yunus and friendly and attentive. The supervisor, Kazi, was a gracious and generous host, making our dining experience an excellent one.

Clean and close to Masjidil Haram. As Indonesian we eat rice for breakfast, please add Indonesian menu

Location is very nice. Friendly staff. Breakfast is superb. Only problem is elevators which are always busy. Also it's not possible to reach there easily . Most roads are closed and need very experienced driver from Mecca itself to drive you there. Another issue is that there's no rules for prices for example I booked from website to find some guests there already paid less for the same room with late booking.

Amazing breakfast, customer service and facilities. But not the 5 star standard you expect. Great food court.

However, the purpose of Ummrah isnt all above. We seem to have lost focus on the struggles instead and look for conviences.

I have a one butler saipoden umpar and hes a nice guy, I like to stay here I hope that I can come back again with my family.again

So satisfy with the foods, our whole family can not resist not to skip breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got room with straight view to kabah as well, alhamdulillah. May Allah bless this hotel and all its crew.
