Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel Review

As usual one of the best hotels in Macca. Everything was clean and neat as expected

Walking distance to Haram, friendly staff, good break fast and restaurant, very clean and spacious room with good storage. Booking team messed up getting Kaaba view, receptionist gave discount on upgrade to Kaaba view charging difference for only night we would stay. Shopping outlets, eating place are very close by and reasonably priced

The view from the room is amazing. Service is excellent, staffs are very friendly. Food is as fantastic as Makkah city.

Aldeira restaurant Place is amazing , location you can see almost all makkah , food is good they could bring more fruits , staff were amazing and welcoming I was served by yonus was helpful he provided me with karak tea that not available in the menu or buffet , I tried almost all the hotels here but this one in term of customer service is the best and the ambiance and food is the best .

Loved it. Very relaxing stay with excellent customer care.

Perfect for all age groups if you plan on doing Umrah or Hajj. My wife and I stayed here and it was clean and comfortable to get into Ihram and then relax after completion of our Umrah. Very close to kabah. There's a nice mall to go through on the way there with many different food options. Lots of English speaking staff. A bit pricey but worth it if this is a rare event for you.

Stunningly beautiful hotel. Steps away from Haram. Front desk and concierge were professionals and very helpful.

Bathroom is smelling like hell. Rest over all hotel is perfect. I just checked in 3hrs back. Will see further services as days will pass. Will change my room too.

The dinner in Atyaf Retaurant was excellent. We have now been there twice and Nawaz has provided superb service both times.

Very nice hotel , amazing atmosphere, very clean and tidy , the staff are so helpful and friendly, nouran helped me with the cheak in amazing lady , and mohazzib showed us around and to the room and explained our prevelages as gold customers , and showket helepd us in the gold lounge , i would recommend this hotel for every one

Located right in front of king abdul aziz gate. Such an ideal base for our umrah stay, the room is also spacious and comfortable. Met very friendly staff name Shaimaa at the restaurant and she can speak moderate English. Highly recommended

We stayed in Moven pick 2 times, once in a quard room n second time in a double bed room....room for quard was very very small...they gave us 2 single beds n 2 small beds....which was very unsomfortable.... Othetwise Staff is cooperative....breakfast buffet is Ok.their restaurant manager was very cooperative n helping..always gave us extra time if we were late

The best location. Really spacious rooms and a good breakfast spread. The staff is really friendly. Check-in and check-out was smooth. We really loved our stay and would love to come back in shaa Allah. I really recommend this one.

Overlooking g El 7aram. If you can't pray in el7arampray in the hotel mosque with glass walls overlooking Kaaba. Center location close to busses to taneem.

Had a wonderful time at Fairmont. Two set of elevators to go to room as in all hotels in clock tower, however, Fairmont has elevators exclusively for their guests to be used. During Friday, they let you use residence elevators also. Mosallah (Prayer room) at S2 is convenient in case Haram is crowded like on a Friday. We were served served special breakfast at Arab restaurant at the 29th floor. Corner table and the view at this restaurant was awesome. Housekeeping cleaned the room to sparkling everyday without fail. Bathroom amenities were replenished in plenty. Many more things to write as it made our trip this time special. In Shaa Allah will visit here soon.

Great tower of a hotel, adjacent to Makkah (Haram as hareef) holy place of Muslims. Which is declared as center of the earth.

We had breakfast at Al Deira Saudi restaurant and the restaurant was great! Better than the food was Kazi 's our servers service! His attitude, prompt and friendly demeanour was just superb. We had a great experience!

I am really touched by the service aspect if your restaurant on 29th floor. I was attened by a gentlmen had a named tag 'kazi' & ahmed. They were extremely courtious and made my day with their attitudes and serving aspect of customer service. Well done and I will come back here because of these guys!!

for the room it's comfortable, safety, and the service itself is good.. the restaurant's menu is good too, but i suggest for add more varians, and for restaurant's waiters need more friendly to customers and be more faster to service us..

mostly elevators are out off order. my room 3507. and 3509. mattress are deshape and very very uncomfortable unbelievable experience left room one day before

Staying in this hotel felt like un-justified!
Mata'af should be extended to at least 2 kilometers with NO building around and only with underground toilets and foldable umbrellas. On the same model of Masjid e Nabwi s a w.
This building should be wrapped up as the first one. It has been donated to Haram, but Haram doesn't need it!
Next master plan should have a max building hight restriction, the way they have in Medina.

In addition to my previous review the service in repack of checking in , porter service is really poor we waited over an hour for the porter to come after calling three times , eventually we took our own luggage down
