Friendly and knowledgeable staff and reasonable price marred only by the lack of communication and preparation of the tub prior to the White Glove Service. I was not informed about the cap for the outlet valve, and the junction settings for the tub circuitry programming were way off. I have not had the chance to try the tub yet due to the cold weather delaying setup, but I suspect I shall be pleased. Nat and Jordan in sales and Charlene in service were very patient addressing my questions and concerns.

The crew is wonderful and the service department goes out of its way to be sure they are treating the customer right. I bought my 1996 sovereign tub new there and have moved it once. The crew has made the effort to keep this hot tub running even now. Who knows how much longer this beautiful hot tub will last, but I have no complaints that my purchase has certainly been worth it. I have had so much enjoyment from it. I could have purchased the cheap ones and would have spent the same amount of money in 10 years that this tub has run me in 24.

Jordan was so patient, for a whole year, while I made up my mind on what I could afford and waited until the time was right. He was extremely helpful and we finally got the hot tub we'd been yearning for at a price we could afford.
Having been a previous Mainely Tubs happy customer, I knew that I would ONLY buy from them. Ordering, delivery and set up was seamless and quick. The delivery men were extremely helpful in making sure we were all set up and understood how to care for our new tub.
There is no better way to start and/or end the day than relaxing in a Mainely Tubs hot tub!

This is our second tub purchased at Mainely Tubs. Nat Cobb was sales person for our latest one. He was very knowledgeable and easy to do business with. He also checked back a few times to be sure we were completely satisfied after tub was delivered and installed. The delivery/set-up went very well also. Old tub was removed and new one installed very quickly and techs. were very polite and were able to point out differences between old and new tubs and answer any questions I had. Tub was filling and heating before they left. Overall enjoyable and effortless experience. Thanks Again.

Mainely Tubs has been excellent to deal with for all our hot tub needs. From purchase to service we have been happy. This specific repair seems to have been exactly what was needed. My only complaint was how the billing happened. I was told I would be billed, and after just a few days instead of getting a bill I received an email confirmation on my credit card. I have made several purchases in the past using this card, but I never authorized this card to be kept on file, and I definitely did not authorize this payment to be made without at least sending me a bill first.
I did not even know what the total would be prior to seeing the email. To me this seems like extremely poor business practices and it is the first time I have been disappointed with your company. The service was fine, the bill was reasonable, but I just do not accept that this practice. It makes it difficult to trust your company.

Have gone to Mainely Tubs for supplies for years. When it was time for a new hot tub last year we went in and spoke with Jordan. Told him exactly what we were looking for and what we didn't want in a tub. He showed us the perfect tub and we bought it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Mainely Tubs offers the best customer service of any outfit I've ever worked with. I arrived at my summer house just hours before guests arrived on a Saturday, only to find that the heating mechanism wasn't working and their shop had just closed. I left a message and got calls back from their president (who was away on vacation) and operations manager, and they put me in touch with a service person who walked me through how to fix it. Then they bumped me up to 1st call on Monday morning. Not only are they so responsive, but everyone there is so friendly! We inherited an older hot tub so we occasionally need repairs, and they have always come right out to fix the problem. Last season I asked to extend my contract by a week to accommodate a holiday weekend and they were extremely accommodating and didn't charge me extra. I am completely impressed with how this business is run and recommend it enthusiastically!

They had great tubs at great prices. Stephen Senter did not try to hard sell us and made every effort to give us the best price possible. This company had the best selection to choose from and had them all available for viewing at their new showroom in Rye NH. Based on my experience with them, I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a new hot tub. I love mine!

Super friendly! I have a tub that came with the house that they don't carry the brand. Anyways, theres no company around here that has them and I wanted to get help from a person so I visited their store in scarborough for chemicals and maintenance tips. The folks were super helpful and friendly. When the times comes for my next tub I'm definitely going here!

Great job to the whole team!!! The sales person was excellent. The delivery team did a great job on the removal of the old tub & installation of the new one. We had an odd warranty issue that the obviously highly skilled repair person systematically figured out. New part was installed & have had no other issues. The salt water system is virtually maintenance free, it s unbelievable! Thanks again Mainley Tubs!

The friendly Service agent quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts to repair it. Pricing was reasonable.

Overall, Mainely Tubs is great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help. My only complaint is that the products they carry that are needed for maintenance seem to me to be overpriced. The salt cell for the salt water systems, for example, are almost $1000! And they need to be replaced every 2 years! And come to find out, there s an alternative product on the market that is under $300, which they don t carry. Other than that, they re a good company to deal with.

From scheduling our 1st visit through the install everything was great! Love the no pressure staff. Love the hot tub. And as I write this review we have had the tub about 9 months and we are enjoying it as the weather outside is currently 2 degrees with a windchill of -8.

We bought a home with an existing hot tub and wanted help getting it started and maintaining it correctly since we have never had one before. Mainely Tubs has been great to work with and made the process easy and accessible. Both Liz and Heather in the office were helpful and responsive when I had questions. I would highly recommend this company based on our experience.

Some of the best customer service I ve ever received. Patrick was incredibly helpful, he guided me through a million questions and phone calls. I d recommend anyone use this place. It s easy to find cheap saunas online but the quality of the saunas available here combined with the customer service makes it worth every extra penny. Can t say enough good things.

After searching Craigslist for a used hot tub we discovered that we were not interested in buying someone else's problems with no guarantees and had to do all the labor ourselves. Installation and set up was fast and efficient! Like a well oiled machine, everyone knew their job and they were in and out in less than 2 hours!

Mainely Tubs sells great hot tubs but what makes them special is that the owner - who grew it from zero to #1 dealer now in all of the USA - personally called me to explain one frustration I've had since owning my hot tub. And their technicians are uniformly superior.

Our entire experience with the Mainely Tubs staff was pleasurable. From our initial visit to the store with sales, to delivery, to service... the team is on top of their game with friendliness and knowledge. Jordan's expertise in matching a hot tub that suits our needs is right on! The tub has already eased a lot of our chronic pain issues, as well as giving us a good night of sleep. (I can't remember a time when I have woken up in the morning feeling refreshed and rested, but I do now!) A little side note: my sister is a massage therapist who devotes much of her time to deep tissue massage. It is extremely hard on her hands and forearms, causing them pain and extreme muscle tension/tightness. After an especially difficult work-week, she visited this weekend and used our tub. She was blown away at how she was able to release all pain and tightness in those areas. Her exact words were, "Wow! I feel like *I* just got a massage!" Way to go, Mainely Tubs! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

These guys stand behind their products! I had a small speaker issue with my Hot Spring Spa and they came right out and took care of it, under warranty none-the-less. Great people, great products, great service! Love my hot tub!!

Very disappointing service from Mainely Tubs. I hear ads on the radio everyday to buy your hot tub there. But I have had a new cover on order since October. We have called a few times to check and see when it might be arriving and get terrible attitude. I was told "other people have been waiting longer". It may be true, but certainly not helpful. I would be weary of buying a hot tub here. They are very helpful with the first purchase but if you need anything......forget it.

Nice showroom and salesperson was not pushy! They do not work on commission and don't care if you buy a $5000 tub or a $25000 tub. They just provide the knowledge of the product to make sure you get the best tub for you.

Excellent Service!!! I called on a Monday morning about 10:30am to let them know that the heater in my tub had stopped working over the weekend. I spoke with Charlene on the phone and she was very professional and accommodating. I asked when they could send someone out and she said they could squeeze me in THAT DAY so I could still watch Monday Night Football in the tub! Kevin was the technician that came to the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the blown circuit board and also found a couple of other items that needed attention. He actually had the parts on the truck and took care of them at the appointment to save me another service call in the future. He was super! In and out in under an hour! Thanks so much for the awesome service!

My hot springs prodigy had an error warning message and would not function at all. The service team walked me through a few things to check and try that may fix the issue over the phone. Unfortunately none of them worked. They scheduled a service tech to come out same day. Within a few hours they came out, diagnosed, and replaced a sensor and had me back up and running. Very impressed with Mainely Tubs service team. Thank you all very much. I look forward to your dedicated support in the future.

Mainely Tubs provides great personal service and was extremely helpful in the spa selection process. We spent several weekends testing out different models in their showroom before making a decision. They also came out to our house to help assess the best lay out and location with our backyard design.

I bought my hot tub in a private sale 3 years ago. The circulation pump was sounding like it was on it's way out so I called Mainely Tubs. They were there in 2 days, had to order the pump and that took 5 days. The technicians called an hour before they got to the house. They were very professional and prompt. Had my tub repaired in less than an hour. The technicians even gave me a number of tips to help me keep my tub in tip top condition. I will not hesitate to call Mainely Tubs when I need them! Finally the day of delivery arrived and the high level of professionalism and service continued with the delivery and installation-don't even think of using your own electrician-Rick Emery, their preferred electrician is just great-saves on all the co-ordination issues with a third party guy.
The whole process from start to finish was just awesome. I would definately recommend them. I have no-one I can single out, they were all just great.

I've been dealing with Mainely Tubs for more than 7 years. First with repairing an old tub I "inherited" from the previous owner of my home and with a refurbished tub I purchased in 2013. The in-store staff and the field service technicians are always very pleasant and helpful. If you're buying a hot tub or in need of repair, then Mainely Tubs is the place to go in Maine!!!

Wonderful company that delivers excellent service. The service person who prepared my tub gave me, a new hot tub owner, detailed instructions on the routine maintenance required. He also left information on the various service plans the company provides. Highly recommend.

They used to be spot on with attentive service but went in there yesterday for a part and nobody could do anything: person at the register couldn't look up the part or charge for it. Had to wait for someone else to help but then they couldn't find the key to get the part. I hope it was a one-off but it didn't go better when we had to follow up on the phone. Since then the owner called, got the part and everything straightened out, even offered to drive the parts to our house. Problem resolution at its finest.

Everyone that we have dealt with as far as cashiers, workmen and phone help have been top-notch. We are so happy to have bought our hot tub from Mainely Tubs.

Great deal and a great staff from sales right through the delivery. I am extremely happy with this whole experience and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a hot tub.

Delivery went very well. The crew was very respectful and informative. The only problem we had was with tub itself. After it was wired up and we tried to turn it pump 2 had no power. We called and talked to the service department. We had a really hard time making them understand what was happening. They kept wanting us to open the jets and adjust the diverter. That wasn't the problem. So our electrician rechecked everything he did and found to he correct. He then started checking the control pan that was installed by the manufacturer and found a wire to pump 2 was not connected to the correct color. The service person told him to fix it. He did and it started. So this was a little frustrating. This in no way reflects badly on Mainely Tubs just the manufacturer. We are loving are tub!

Mainely Tubs servicing gets an A+ rating. I had an issue with the power light flashing on my 6 year old Spa. The Spa was located in NH at a vacation home. I forgot about it for a week and then remembered to call. I called the service department and left a message. Like any normal person when you leave a message you expect to hear from the company in maybe a few days if you're lucky. Within in 15 minutes of leaving the message, Mainely Tubs called. They just happen to have a technician in my area and he was on his way over. I was assured that the tech had parts in the van to fix just about any problem I might have. When he got there, the technician found a burst pipe and I was losing water fast. He got there just in time, had all the parts he needed, and service my tub perfectly. No need to buy a Hot Tub from anyone but Mainely Tubs. It's all about the service.

Mainly Tubs was great to work with. We had been trying for 7 months to have our hot tub serviced by a competitor that we HAD been using for 13 years. We decided to take our business elsewhere and am so glad we did, we got an appointment within two weeks and the spa was fixed that day! We are back to enjoying or spa and will be using Mainly Tubs from here on out.

Great place to buy but there after sales is terrible. Tub is a little over a year old and the pillows are bubbling and peeling. Mainely tub won't stand behind them.

We've made several Mainely Tubs purchases over the years, but never again. We recently bought a unit for our ski house. Tub was delivered by their awesome delivery crew. Our electrician begins the process of wiring it up to the existing 220v system and notices multiple stickers inside the unit saying 110v. Uh-oh. So we check the receipt -- "220v unit." We call Mainely Tubs. After a lot of scrambling, we're told -- "Looks like we delivered the wrong unit." The electrician packs up all his tools and starts to load his truck. We get another phone call -- "We now think we converted that tub to 220v, so go ahead and ignore the stickers." Bottom line -- it was an expensive screw up. And while mistakes happen -- it's been Mainely Tubs reaction that has been most disappointing. No "hey, we're sorry about that." Just a shrug of the shoulders. Definitely our last purchase from them.

From the moment we walked into the store.....our first meeting with Laurie until we stepped into the hot tub our experience with Mainely Tubs, has been excellent! Laurie was extremely patient and friendly, not pushy at all. She guided us through the options and we were sold! The installation folks were very informative and the follow-up from these folks has been excellent. Our big family is loving our tub!! I think of the 20 days we have had it we have been in nearly every day, sometimes more than once!

Our experience with Mainely Tubs was excellent from scheduling our first "test soaks" to ongoing maintenance. Our sales person Laurie was excellent and very accommodating. We live over an hour away and getting there within their store hours was a challenge. She was willing to stay after and answer all of our questions and made us feel like we were the most important customers in the world. The delivery went super smoothly...from the planning to the actual drop off. I would highly recommend them to any and all, regardless of your budget, they will take care of you!

The service department is always very responsive and punctual. My limelight pulse developed a couple of mysterious leaks and although it took multiple trips they stayed at it until it was completely resolved.

The technician was very helpful and finally after a year and a half, the control panel works. It should have been replaced last year instead of just tightening a loose screw

My wife and I were happy to buy a tub from Jordan and the team at Mainely Tubs. There were no surprises, and everything worked great out of the box. Jordan was excellent in helping us make a decision on the right tub for us, and the team who delivered the tub was polite, professional, and left no mess. I 100% recommend!
