I called mainley tubs because my 2001 tub was not working properly. A technician called me the same day and gave me a couple ideas of what to look for and try and said to call back if still having problems. The first thing i tried, it worked. Mainely tubs is great with service and products!

Be wary of products and services offered UNLESS you're dealing with Kevin, Jordan, Max, Matt, or Mike. The others do not care. Majority of tech will try to upsell you or pretend something is broken so they can get commission spiffs to boost their low rate of pay. Management is so far disconnected. Hope they can turn their business around but unfortunately Mainely Tubs is running a monopoly in Maine with little to no competitors.
Bought a used Hot Springs from private sale about a year ago. Mainely Tubs transported it from Portland to Augusta area flawlessly and for reasonable fee.
Just needed them again for a service call - heater board needed replacing. Again, performed work flawlessly and their communication was excellent. Highly recommend them to anyone looking!

I bought my tub over 5 years ago from Mainely Tubs. Every year I ask them to start it up for me in the Spring, and close it up in the late fall. I trust them and am always satisfied with their customer service. They have been helpful with any problems that have come up. Always friendly and effective.
We purchased our Grandee tub from Mainely Tubs in 2012, to be installed in new construction then underway. They delivered and installed the tub in accordance with our schedule. Since then we have bought related supplies for the tub, and have found their staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. We have had two occasions to call on them for service, and in each case the service was timely and effective. Easy to deal with.
The service is exceptional. I called or emailed several times, especially after I first got the hot tub and had lots of questions. The response was always fast, knowledgeable and friendly even on nights or weekends.
Patrick was great, extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the process of purchasing a tub. Service was great, the delivery guys were super efficient and picked up all the boxes and packaging during set up, very professional team of hardworking folks. Highly recommend!

We love our hot tub! Mainely Hot Tubs and Jordan were incredibly wonderful to work with! We never felt pressured, we were given straight forward, honest answers to all our questions. Jordan even went above and beyond helping us be ready for set up and installation. He was always available for a quick question/call. I would highly recommend checking them out!
We bought a salt water tub and were told that it was extremely low maintenance.
We had trouble after trouble, technicians were at our house every other month. Sarcastically I say we were shocked that the month after our warranty ran out, the technician that was called to our house yet again for the same issue, said that he had finally figured out what was wrong and the repair would cost almost $2000. This was the same issue we had had from the very beginning. We had it fixed and fought the issue of payment. Only after the bill was sent to a collection agency, we got our lawyers involved and the company conceded.
The repair they made STILL did not solve the problem.....for months we tried to problem solve on our own. We ended up going to another place to get the chemicals for the hot tub. From that point on, just from changing the chemicals, we have had not one issue with our hot tub. NOT ONE.
I would NEVER recommend Mainly tubs for anything.
We just had our 2 year end of warranty service call. Kevin and his trainee were extremely professional and very thorough using a checklist of things to test to make sure everything was in proper working order. We love our tub (6 person Hotspot Relay) and have no regrets on our investment. Great company all around from sales to service.
