This was a pleasure dealing with our salesman Josh, Blair the financial service manager and Jack. As a team they really found what options in this vehicle we were looking and made things happen for us to receive the truck when we required it.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of a new or used vehicle.

I had been searching for a second vehicle for awhile. I was interested in the new Chevy Eqiunox. My other vehicle is a Chevy Malibu and I was very happy with it. So I thought why not another Chevy. Until a good friend of mine Ged started talking to me about Fords. Ged is employed at the guelph Ford dealership and gave me lots of information. And also educated me on certain promotions etc. that ford had going on. Ged talked to me about the 2016 Escapes and got me interested. When I was interested Ged past me over to the sales team specifically Billie Joel Hollinger. BJ made me comfortable instantly and never pressured me into anything. Left me to make my own decisions. But I also knew he was there for me if I need anything. I only went into Ford twice before purchasing my new 2016 Ford escape. Each time I sat down with BJ I felt comfortable enough to sit down and have a conversation about life and other things. It was like we had been friends for years who had distant for awhile and were just catching up. I have never bought a new vehicle nor have I ever bought a Ford. My experience at the Ford Guelph dealership would make me keep going back in the future for any other vehicles I purchase. They made it extremely easy to get into my vehicle. The whole team was friendly and made you feel at home. The finance lady Tracey help me to the extent of having absolutely no questions and was very pleasant to deal with.

First experience with Wayne Pitman dealership was purchasing a used 2009 Ford Flex this summer. Nicole was our sales person and she was always helpful and went out of her way before, during and after the vehicle delivery. The vehicle had a number of items taken care of before delivery and then a couple of issues came up soon after. Both the sales and service department were top-notch professionals and made everything as easy for us as possible. Tony, the sales manager, was also great to work with and helped us make a good deal for our trade-in as well.

most of the service was good but the tires were not all terrain and ford said they were so anyone wanting all terrain tires should specify with sales rep to make sure they get what they want.They were using an aggressive all season tire as a all terrain tire.This in my opinion should be changed.Even if it puts up the cost the person would be a lot happier. They would not have to go through what we had do to get it changed afterwards

Normally I do not do these reviews, but W.P. deserves this.
I bought our first Ford F150 21 years ago from W.P. It is still a daily driver with no issues.
We recently have purchased an Edge. They sincerely helped with the purchase, explained every detail. The service is absolutely first class. Biggest suprise was the winter tire buying experience. As like probably most people, I was looking everwhere else except at the dealership. Different Brand Stores turned me down, offered weeks of waiting list etc. So ended up at the dealership. Their quoted price was cheaper for the premium winter tires than other stores. There was no waiting list, actually they stored them free for a few weeks, and they upgraded the rims to aluminum ones at no extra charge.
In short, I very much recommend them If you are looking to buy a new or used Ford.

I had the pleasure of being offered a 48 hour demo drive in a nicely equipped 2014 Lincoln MXZ as well as a dinner package ( Dream Date ) for the Borealis Grille & Bar in Guelph and just wanted to thank the Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Inc. team for extending this offer to my wife and I during the past 2 days.
The MKZ is a real pleasure to drive and provides a nice contrast in ride and performance between my existing 2011 MKX and this sporty yet luxurious sedan.
This experience was most generous and greatly appreciated from the Pitman / Lincoln team and has allowed my wife and I to truly experience another flavor from the Lincoln offering to compare when decision time for our next vehicle purchase in which will be Lincoln for sure !
Special gratitude also must be extended to Ged Smyth for the highest level of professional customer interaction I have experienced in many years and not experienced prior to dealing with Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln in the past 4 years. Another special note must also be extended to the service team of Mike, Kevin and Jody for the regular and highest level of customer service experience received on all scheduled maintenance received during the past 4 years. Finally one stop auto shopping has been secured from sales to service . People make a business happen !

The staff and the product at Wayne Pitman Ford are top notch. They care a lot about the customer and the community. Ged just led a campaign for "Ten 4 Ten" and Ford donated $20 for every test drive. What a great fundraiser for a great cause!!
When I was looking for a truck to lease...BJ was on it and went over and beyond what my expectations were. I am so happy as the F150 I leased had more ability to tow than any other truck on the market for a lower price per month. Great job guys and the whole crew at Wayne Pitman Ford Guelph!!

Just dropped by for the first service of my 2006 Mustang at the Quick Lane Service department. Very happy with the service and the attention to detail the tech's have. Also dropped by the parts department for a new key fob, very pleased with that experience as well. Overall five stars. I will never go back to the typical 15 minute oil change shops again!

I have no issues with the dealership they have always been great with us, but I am regretting buying a new Ford vehicle. I have a new Ford Explorer that has just gotten out of warranty that now needs a transmission, not impressed! Think twice before buying Ford.

This is the second new Vehicle I purchased from Wayne Pitman Ford in the past year. In April of 2015 I was looking for a new F150 and went to visit the folks at Wayne Pitman. Mike Pugsley was the sales rep assigned and he was excellent to work with! Mike took all the time I needed to explore all the various options/ packages/ financing etc. without putting excess pressure on me to buy. He was thorough and informative but not pushy.... which is what I want in a salesrep. I purchased the F150 and have been very happy with it and the service I ve since received from them... Jody and the guys in service have always been top notch. This April it was time to think about a new car for my wife as my 10 year old matrix was getting tired. I called Mike Pugsley again and repeated the very positive experience! Once I made the deal with Mike, he passed me over to Blaire to complete the paperwork and financing. She too was amazing and great to work with! My wife is now the proud driver of a new Fiesta Sedan!

Recently, I took my 2014 Ford Fusion in for a Check Engine light problem. They "supposedly" fixed the problem by replacing a module - that's what I was told. A few days after, the light came on again! We set up an appointment with them.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the appointment,and left a message to have the appointment rescheduled. No one got back to us. I must point out if you use the 800 number, you will end up going around in circles! I finally found the (519) number and left another message.That was two days ago, and they have Wayne Pitman has not had the decency or customer care to return our calls.
I am seriously thinking of reporting this to Ford Motor Co. (who I used to provide training for in the area of customer service) to see if maybe Wayne Pitman should have its Blue Oval status examined. I know of several people who have had similar issues with their customer service. And their sales people. I am a repeat customer of Ford vehicles and currently own three, but I will never purchase a vehicle from Wayne Pitman Ford, let alone have it serviced there.

After many months of searching and many Ford dealerships I have finally purchased a new F150 truck from Dan McQuain at Wayne Pitman Ford. The first time I met with Dan he assured me that he could get me the truck I wanted within my budget. During my vast search for the best price, Dan kept in touch with the latest deals available but did not pressure me. I realized that Dan was the most knowledgeable
sales person I dealt with as well as the most helpful.
I went back to Dan and am happy to say that my new F150 truck is now on order thanks to him. Thank you very much for all of your help.

Terrible experience with commercial sales. Salesman seemed very uninterested in working with us(potentially because we are quite young?). When we were led into his office, we recieved no greeting, but simply stood there awkwardly for a little bit while he finished a task on his computer that was obviously more important than us!

We were looking for more info and pricing on their 12-passenger vans after doing extensive research online. He wouldn't even talk to us because he was sure we needed a special license to drive it (which is true if it is for commercial purposes). First he claimed it was a 2-month process to get appropriate license, then apparently it grew to a 3-month process. Said we needed to do that before he would even explore pricing with us.

My wife and I walked out the door and looked at each other in disbelief. We called another Ford dealer from their parking lot and got accurate(and friendly) response from them. I was very shocked by how rudely we were treated as I had read a lot of good reviews about this dealer.

I would have rated 1-star(as it was a 1-star experience) but we had very little interaction outside of this one individual, and assume that overall the dealership is a decent business from other reviews. I also understand that very few people buy the Ford 12-passenger for personal use, and so the lack of knowledge about licensing was understandable. However, the lack of friendliness was not!

Had a great experience purchasing a certified pre-owend vehcile from Jenesis. The whole process went swiftly and with excellent customer service. Day 2 of driving my 2017 Flex and I am loving it! I also love the fact that I know my vehicle is covered even after the factory warranty expires with an additional 1 year 20km warranty because it is a certified vehcile. Thanks for everything Jenesis!

I came all the way from Toronto to this dealership to sign my bill of sale for a new top of the line Lincoln Aviator. The customer service was okay but I was very disappointed with the way this dealership tried to mislead me into paying almost $1000 over the price we agreed to on the phone. When I pointed out that the price we discussed was different all I was told was that these fees are non negotiable even though these fees were NEVER mentioned to me before. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a dealership who is honest and won t waste my time.

We purchase our vehicles from Wayne Pitman Ford and their service is incredible. My vehicle, a 2008 Lincoln MKX had a recall on its fuel tank and Wayne Pitman Ford ordered the new tank in and called me to book an appointment. When I arrived to have the tank installed the staff were so kind and helpful, they even provided a driver who dropped me off at a destination of my choosing. The service team kept me updated through out the day on their progress, let me know when my vehicle would be ready and then picked me up and drove me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. I will only ever purchase my vehicles from Wayne Pittman Ford and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

The service was conducted as stated with a few items I had not expected. Some warranty items took more time because of getting parts but again everything was processed diligently. I was kept informed at all stages.

I was just at the quick lane, I guess it's part of ford. But I was impressed with the quality of service. I'm a experienced DIY car mechanic, yet I don't have certain tools/machines, and when I go in for just an alignment, they told me that the wheel bearing I just replaced was bad. They brought me into the shop and showed me, I checked it myself. So because of them, I've found a bad wheel bearing from part source lol I am very impressed. Thank you for the great service

Friendly service agents who informed me of the issues, explained what they thought was My best options and did the work efficiently fast. No running the clock at this location.
Thank you Guys and Girls for keeping me on the road at a fair and reasonable price with timely service.
I have no reason to go back to a mechanic who prolongs my car issues and likely creates more issues for them to resolve, while taking all day to do so.

If I have to service my vehicle I will be back to Wayne Pitman Ford!

I find that the Quick Lane staff at Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln is friendly and professional. I have had no issues with the work that has been performed on my vehicles by this team. I've had two Fords that I take to this dealer and I have occasionally taken my Toyota there for service as well. I have had other dealer service centres try to up-sell me on service that is not really required (confirmed by an independent garage, which also costs money), but I find that this service centre is trustworthy. They will always check before doing additional work and they provide data for items like tires and brake wear to help with your decision.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln. I'm usually purchase import vehicles and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and service at this dealership. The staff at this location made it very simple and easy from start to finish! My car even arrived earlier than promised which was very exciting.

Jack Ayres took the time to find the best package for the features I was looking for in a vehicle. He was very easy going and I didn't feel any pressure during the sales and ordering process!

Blair Hillier who was responsible for taking me through the finance and warranty side of things was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to help me make the best choice for maintenance plans, warranty bundle and financing options.

B.J. Hollinger was the associate who delivered my car to me when it arrived. He took his time explaining all the features of the car (which had a lot more than my previous one), answered all my questions when I was there and was available afterwards for the questions I forgot to ask him at the time!

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln. From when you start looking for your vehicle to when you drive it off the lot, you will not be disappointed!

Was looking to replace my car and Wayne Pitman Ford was recommended by Ged. BJ found me a car that suited my needs (a 2014 Escape) and Blair sifted through the mountainous mess of paperwork to get me the vehicle quickly and within my budget. All involved were friendly and professional...and even those not involved gave me a smile and greeting whenever I came in. As a side note: I've been to a few dealerships and unlike other sales people, BJ seemed more concerned about getting me something I liked than just closing a deal. Great experience all around!

Nicole my sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and listened to everything I was looking for while helping me pick a new vehicle. Blair in financing was on the ball working extra hours to ensure I got the best deal possible. Mike in service was beyond fantastic while dealing with the behind the scenes "car stuff" going above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new vehicle. Ryan in detailing made sure my new to me car was shining and looked brand new upon pick up. Lastly Tony the used car manager was "the cherry on top" when it came to making sure I was (beyond) satisfied with my purchase. What a great service. Recently brought in my mkx f...

What a great service. Recently brought in my mkx for a check up due to a shifter and leak problems . Mike the service rep called me next day explaining the findings. They promised me the car will be ready Thursday or Friday but they managed to fix everything on Wednesday!. The vehicle is still under warranty but the service is very professional! The staff treat you with respect and professionalism which is rare these days. This is my second Lincoln Mkx from them and won't be the last. Thanks guys!

Sorry to be so long getting back to you regarding our recent purchase of a 2016 MKZ. We have nothing but good things to say about the young lady Elisha, who took us through the purchase process. I think my husband is still not completely sure we actually got a great deal - "employee pricing" and of course we both felt the car we were turning in was worth more than we were given as a trade in price. Now, if I could only have my old car back! Maybe in time I will get to like the new one but after 2 weeks I can't say I'm thrilled. Mainly don't like the keyless entry and start feature. I often like to lock my purse in the trunk and use the combination entry but this is something I can't do if I have the key in my purse as the trunk won't close. Also, I never took my keys with me on the 2011, just left them in the beveridge holder and used the combination to get in the car. Can't do that either, as soon as I touch the handle the door will open so this also means anyone else could also open the car. Find the combination on the door panel more difficult for fingers than the push button ones on the 2011. Oh well, maybe in time I will get to feel comfortable with the 2016 but must admit I sure would be happy to have the 2011 back. Sorry I couldn't be more positive about the 2016.

So, the boys who run the service center are really great at what they do and really friendly and pleasant to deal with as well. Jody and the guys are awesome! My measure of a business is always how they handle themselves when things aren't going well. I had one of these situations, where something happened to my car that nobody could predict. One phone call was all it took. These guys were all over it, making sure I had a tow to get in, and a rental car to get to work the next day. It's really hard to put a price tag on great service, but I give these guys 5 stars. Much appreciated, and I recommend them highly!

Had an issue with my vehicle regarding some rattling noice coming from bottom of the vehicle. Although they said everything was fixed and even had a test drive after fixing, I noticed the same issue in the same day that I got service done. When I called the service department to let them know about this, they were not happy and tried to put blame on me. This may be depend on who ever answer your call.

They met my expectations for a Ford Dealership, at least in the Service end. (I've never had to deal with other departments). They were punctual and got the vehicle up to standards like they said they would.

I brought my 2018 F150 in for a Lease end safety check, the truck had 26K and is in mint condition, The tech 455 said the truck needed rear brakes? 2mm measurement? I said, REALLY? 26K and needs brakes and the rear to boot! For those that don't understand, trust me, it was a BS call!!! I said to the advisor that I'm going to check it myself and did, the lowest measure was 3mm inboard, again for those that don't understand 1.6 would and should have been a pass! And to add insult to injury they charged an additional $35.00 for a tire rotation, the wheels were off for the safety check! UNBELIEVEABLE! No Stars for Wayne Pitman Ford.

Late last Friday we had a small crisis with a front wheel bearing on our Ranger rendering it un-drivable. The truck was towed to Pitman Ford and an early Saturday morning call to the Quick Lane service was met with a friendly "We will look at it right away." We heard back within the hour and were able to pick the truck up early afternoon... on a Saturday. We found the service efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Great service that I recommend highly.

nothing but professional staff through out the whole dealership i have been a customer since October 2012 and BJ Hollinger has helped me out with the purchase of my 2013 focus when my truck was just costing me way to much in gas, and i can not thank him enough when my fiance wrote off her car in the winter of 2014 he worked fast and got us in to a new escape with in weeks. The service staff are also excellent helping me with all my warranty and recall claims and getting them done quick

We have been having them take care of our service needs for almost 6 years and are very happy. Knowledgeable, personable, the shuttle driver Robert a delight. A really great place to deal with.

I have to give it to Wayne Pitman Ford and especially Sal; he made shopping for a new veechile easy. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease with some concerns. I shopped around looking at other dealership before I settled on a 2017 Ford Escape SE. Sal was the great, He made sure everything was taken care of on the day I picked up my new vehicle, explained all the high tech new features and made it a speedy transaction. I would first like to start off by saying thank you to Wayne Pitman for the warm welcome and wonderful hospitality. They treated me and my wife like family and atmosphere at Pitman Ford was truly amazing. I want expecting this kind of warm welcome and it really made me fall in love with Ford more.

I would personally want to say Bernie has been one of the best people I have ever met. Never pushed me to make a deal and always looked out for my best interest. He has made my experience once in a lifetime, for that I will remain loyal to this location. Bernie had demonstrated that he cares dearly for the customers and always put customers first. Me and my wife is extremely happy with our ford and we cannot wait to deal with Bernie and Pitman Ford staff in the near future.

I also want to give a huge shout out to Blair who would tirelessly in making sure I get my ford edge. She also has made my experience the icing on the cake as she has kept in touch with me with the process rather than making me wait until the final answer was giving. Truly a wonderful and amazing person.
