I walked in to browse cars and test drive them. We were connected with Fred Omar, he helped us pick out a RX350, we went for a test drive and couple of hours later, left with a brand new car. Fred was absolutely amazing, he didn't rush us into buying at all. We compared many cars/features before making the decision. He was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend Fred. I even went back the next day to learn more about the features and functionality. He assigned someone to give us a walk through and in the end made sure we felt comfortable with the car.
