Our experience was great. The sales staff were very accomodating in letting us see, inspect and drive the vehicle. They made sure we had access to the entire detailed CarFax report, and in this case since they had serviced the vehicle for most of its life, were more than willing to share the repair and service history.

We've experienced a wide range of standards when it comes to the inspections and repairs dealers perform before they put vehicles on their lot and found Magnussent to be top shelf in this regard. Not only had they documented their inspection points and repairs, but we tried to find something overlooked and haven't found anything--even after owning the vehicle for awhile now.

At no time did we feel pressured, just served really well and that has extended to after the sale. Because we've been experiencing several days of rain, we were invited to bring back the vehicle for a free car wash and a technical consultation on the vehicle. They've also checked in 2-3 times to see if there is anything else they can do.
