The service was on time, they had everything I needed. They even found a leak in a water pump that I didn t know I had and replaced it as part of my routine service visit. Scott, my rep for the service call, was very professional, kept me updated during the day, and got me in and out really quickly. The dealership also felt safe and well managed during the COVID pandemic, with everyone wearing masks, plexiglas screens for separation during transactions, and an obvious effort to practice social distancing. If you have to make a service call, this is the way to do it. Way to go Lexus of Fremont!
