One of the worst Lexus dealers I have been to! Tried to get a quote for a small fix over the phone, but made me come onsite so that they can take a look. When I got there they didn't even look at it and quoted $400 for tightening a screw. The customer service rep looked very unmotivated and unprofessional! Dont know how they operate such a big dealership with people like these.
Next day I fixed it on my own in 10 mins. Like what the heck? Are they high or something?
