Huge place, maybe too huge and bearly places to sit.

I bought a purse for my wife for Christmas. Ruth helped me pick the right one. She was super fun and friendly. Christmas time is super crowded so people like Ruth make the business worthwhile

Good old Macy's has a great selection of Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Michael Kors. Last call deals are even cheaper than in outlets.

Way too busy for me! People everywhere, stuff all over the place. Only one toilet at the lowest level with a queue that is just too long.

Truly the largest store. Christmas decorations all over was amazing. Macy's santa land is very enjoyable for kids.

Nice mall especially for tourists, you can find many brands and categories under the same roof and at the heart of the city

Always a pleasure to be in Macy's....You get to shop the best brands and enjoy your Starbucks coffee if you get tired.

Macy s in NY city is crazy big. Lots of stores and list of people. It is fun but lots of people makes it a bit hard to shop.

This is one huge department store.
There are about 8 floors.

You can find men's, women's and children's wear.
Cosmetics and bags. Even furniture.
Each floor goes to one category.
They have a variety of collections.
And some sub stores that offer great discounts.
Macy's caters to most of the high end brands and displays a sober variety in each of them.

There are lifts and escalators that are pretty effecient. Usually the wait for elevators is long.
There is also a Starbucks inside if you're not too much of a shopping person.
It's not too far from Time's Square.

There is space for parking too.

The toilets were in a very, very, very messy condition. Thought to inform managment of same. If a toilet then it must be clean. Dirty, messy toilets in rhe 21 century are unacceptable.

A NYC landmark, thats gets better like fine wine. When in New York City during the holiday season, this must be a destination , even if you dont feel like spending money. Must see Santa of you have the kids, and the store goes all out to give you that holiday experience.

A mega store with all of what you need .
Most of clothes brands are there.
Also there are several place to eat or drink coffee such as Starbucks.
It has magnificent decorations specially in Christmas.

The best macys there is & the original. Best 2 go when they have specials.

Old Macy's charm in the same place where the charm was built. It will take forever to finish it all, so be aware of how big it is, a block and 7 floors ( mezaninne and lower levels add 2 more )of shopping

Not as good as used to be. There are very few sellers to help you. Some of the escalators were on mantainance and I gave up to wait the elevators. The prices were very high and the quality of some products were not good. We have to mining by yourself to find good deals, but we found some good products to our son.

HUGE COLLECTION. some stuff was like designer's collection. I liked the immitation jewellery shops.

This Macy's has something for EVERYONE! The employees are very helpful!

7 story building. You have to spend half a day or more to see everything. Beautiful place.

I did my sons yearly school shopping here and let me tell you that this location was so sloppy , so unorganized , I asked an employee for help and they weren t able to point me in the right direction ... seriously I don t understand why you re working in customer service if you hate your customers #UNIONWHEREYOUAT

I love this store its brilliant dont go to the Michael Kors shop for bags you need to come here much cheaper also Calvin Klein dkny etc also Levi jeans are a bargain

I love Macy s. It is my first place for shopping. I find everything I need and how much you pay how much they reward you.

Liked the Christmas decorations and also special deals..however there are no enough restrooms and hence had to go all the wy to another floor.

Huge store with tons of options and helpful workers on the floor. This is one of the most well-run places that we visited during our weekend. Santaland was very neat (though a bit chaotic), and the festive window displays outside were very well executed. I definitely recommend visiting this store.

It's one of the biggest departments store of the world even if you are not going to shop just for a visit is very worth it, especially during the Christmas Holidays. Very easy to get there. There's a small restaurant and Starbucks inside the store. Pretty nice!

The service level in Macy's is the key to their upcoming failure... I am impressed by the lack of customer Focus...

All I need is money, because I can ALWAYS find clothes, shoes, fragrances, makeup and accessories at this Macy's. I'm petite, and I can find petite clothing, which makes my shopping so much easier. Thank you Macy's; now if you would only give discounts to us Seniors!

Worlds largest department store. Has clothes and accessories for the entire family. Stocks most of the upmarket and daily brands. Came here on new years day. Had great sales and discounts. A must visit to New York

Over the years, I have enjoyed shopping at Macy's. On this visit, we were in the shoe department and had a very attentive salesperson. We had a guest visiting from Europe and we wanted to give a retail experience in NYC, so our visit was pure magic with the store decorated beautifully for the holidays. We had dinner at Stella's on the 6th floor which was fabulous.

Really liked Macy's since I've never been there before. Found more than I was looking for and all staff were very helpful.

Its hard for me too give a big chain store 4 stars but that shows you how good macys is. The one issue I would say they can work on but i take into consideration based off how big they are is customer service.

Claribell at the Clinique counter was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Made my purchase a breeze!

It s been years since I popped into Macy s and I must say I m so glad we did. Impeccable service and selection in the shoe salon. A must visit is the Starbucks Reserve, where one can enjoy shipping a glass of delightful bubbles.

Great place to stop in NYC. Shopping, food, and Santa. Conveniently located near a subway station.

Absolutely beautiful. Must stop. Especially if during the holiday season. If you want to explore it all give yourself time. This pace is huge. And its 4 stories. You can find everything in this place. From basic to high end. From food to clothing to fine jewelry

Always a staple for Christmas shopping. Decorations were fun and festive. Very clean store

Don't be intimidated by the size, 9 floors, 2 buildings... always finding something great.

A good place to relax, go smell some flowers... totally surrounded by good food and retail if that's your thing... be sure to visit Macys! The world's largest store! #Literally... take a book and chill out reading in the square ...

A great stop during the holidays. Of course my son was most impressed by the wooden escalators on the upper floors. A must see.

Retail stores are dying and it's clear why. Too many people trying to sell you something. My experience is just so much better shopping online.

Just a well known corner-shop with the usual franchises. The gift and souvenir shop might be improved if Macys offered quality goods about the city rather than just the shop.

Not only this place is awesome but also very helpful, I had lost my wallet here which had my licence in that, I reported in their lost and found department, made few follow ups for new 2-3 weeks and one day I got courier from Macy's :-). Location is great , decoration windows are awesome

Really nice department store. Old escalators were nice to see. I went during their spring flowers show and it was real beautiful.
